Next day it was Sunday and Keira was still sleeping like a log. So Feng Xinying decided to stay at home. Since her room was now close to Xie Yuansheng's room she could hear even the slightest of the noises. She realized that since it was a Sunday even he must have also been there. To avoid him as much as possible, Feng Xinying decided to stay back in her room itself. She took a shower and went to the balcony to bask in sun when her phone rang. It was Luciano. Feng Xinying was so happy to see his number flashing that she picked his call immediately.

"Luciano! How are you? It has been so long since we have met!" she shrieked excitedly.

However, someone on the adjacent balcony was listening to her and getting envious by the second. In the past life Luciano had been one pain in the neck for Xie Yuansheng, as he was always hovering around Feng Xinying like a bee around the flower.

Luciano was much older to Feng Xinying but was smitten by her. He never left an opportunity to be with her. When Feng Xinying came back from the US, he followed her hurriedly after winding his work from there.

"My baby girl!" said Luciano. "I have missed you. I am very much in China. Let us meet!"

"Sure, why don't you come over to my place," said Feng Xinying obviously igniting someone's wrath in the adjacent balcony.

But this time he would deal with Luciano.

Dressed like a peacock, Luciano came to Feng mansion. When the butler announced his presence, Feng Xinying ran downstairs to meet him. She shrieked with joy as soon as she saw him. Xie Yuansheng came out of his room and saw her. Before she could run down the stairs, Xie Yuansheng ran down, faster than her and went to shake his hands with Luciano. He knew that Feng Xinying would come and hug him, which would irate him a lot. When Feng Xinying came down, gaping at Xie Yuansheng as he went on to hug Luciano. Luciano was bewildered at Xie Yuansheng's sudden greeting.

Feng Xinying came to Luciano to hug him, but Xie Yuansheng stood in between them. When Luciano would go to the right, he would go to the right, when he would go left, Xie Yuansheng would go left. It became so awkward for Feng Xinying that she gave up on it.

In the end Feng Xinying became embarrassed and sat down on the nearest sofa. When Xie Yuansheng saw that she had sat down, satisfied, he grinned and sat on a sofa opposite to her. But to his shock, Luciano went and sat next to her. Luciano looked at Xie Yuansheng with narrowed eyes and then started talking to her as though the two lovers had met after a long time ignoring him completely.

While they were talking Xie Yuansheng was looking at his phone and ping was heard in Feng Xinying phone. It was a message from him.

[Clause 5: The promisee is not allowed to hug or embrace any other man other than the promiser during the contract period.]

Feng Xinying opened the text and glared at him but Xie Yuansheng just smiled at her innocently.

While talking to her, Luciano started rubbing his eyes. He said, "Feng Xinying, there is something in my eyes. Could you please see?"

Feng Xinying said, "Yes sure."

She got up and went near her when someone coughed loudly from behind. She pursed her lips and stood a little away from Luciano. Then she pointed to his left eye and said, "Is this the one?"

"Yes, this one. Please help me take a look," he replied.

She opened his eye wide with two fingers and looked. Then she just blew air in it. Luciano blinked his eyes and looked in front at Xie Yuansheng who was watching the two of them with scorn. Luciano looked at Feng Xinying again and said, "Can you please help me take a look at the right eye too?"

"Yes sure," she said and repeated the process. With a slight smile Luciano gave a thumb up sign to her while looking at Xie Yuansheng.

Xie Yuansheng became so angry that he got up from there and went to the dining area. He arranged a few things over there much to servants' surprise and started pacing up and down. Then he pulled a chair using his injured hand and sat on it. "Ow!" he shouted in pain. He thought of asking the servants to call Feng Xinying over there, but he refrained.

Meanwhile Feng Xinying asked Luciano, "Are you feeling better now?"

He nodded and smiled.

"Okay, then let me get you some tea," she said.

"Oh no, it's fine," he said. But a servant had come by that time and said, "Young miss, I have already prepared tea."

Feng Xinying was surprised and lifted her head to see that Xie Yuansheng was coming from behind with a sweet smile spread on his face. "I took the liberty of getting the tea prepared. Is it okay?"

Feng Xinying gulped. She stuttered, "Yes- yes, its fine."
