Feng Xinying nodded and meekly went to the table where the senior officials were sitting. Obviously Keira tagged along. Being a chirpy one, she said hello to all of them ignoring their serious demeanors.

Wang Zǐróng tasted vinegar. When she heard that Xie Yuansheng had invited all the VPs of the company for lunch in the cafeteria, she was excited. She thought that perhaps he wanted to spend time with her in order to compensate for the morning. But when she heard him calling her and inviting her to sit next to them, her face darkened.

Feng Xinying sat on the far right of the table in the opposite row of Xie Yuansheng, next to the Vice President of Marketing who immediately became flustered by her presence. He couldn't concentrate on eating. So while everyone else was talking, he was only stealing glances at Feng Xinying.

Once again Xie Yuansheng became angry and was boiling inwards. He looked at the marketing VP and said, "I am hearing that our hotels are not being perceived at quality hotels. There is a report flashing on some travel websites."

The VP started sweating. His attention was drawn to the CEO. "I am sorry sir, but I will find out the root cause of this issue."

"Yes, you must. As a matter of fact, I suggest that you stop eating and investigate about it right now," said Xie Yuansheng narrowing his eyes at him.

Within a few seconds that VP left. Almost everyone else on the table became serious.

Then Xie Yuansheng looked at Feng Xinying and said, "Have you found out what I had asked you about?"

"Yes, I have already prepared a report. It is ready whenever you want to see," she replied.

Wang Zǐróng's curiosity level went five notches high when she heard about it. She texted Yun Chen to find out about the report in Feng Xinying's computer before the lunch got over.

In the next twenty minutes, all of them ate lunch with conversation that mainly revolved around the latest politics of the country.

As soon as it was over, they all started going to their respective floors. But Wang Zǐróng went along with Xie Yuansheng and the two friends. She had to talk to Yun Chen.

"Don't you have work in your office Wang Zǐróng?" asked Xie Yuansheng with a smirk.

"I have to pick a file from the finance department," she said with a soft laugh.

When they reached the office floor, Xie Yuansheng said, "Keira, Feng Xinying will be busy for a long time. Should I get you dropped back at your place?"

It was the first interaction of Keira with Xie Yuansheng. She liked the fact that he was very well controlled. She laughed silently at the lunchtime when she saw him rebuke the senior official that was glancing at Feng Xinying every now and then. "I haven't been able to spend with Xiao Ying," she replied with a pout. "I want to be with her."

He smiled at her and replied, "Okay, once the office is over I will drop her to your place."

Keira smiled and "Thank you!" She stayed back in the lift to go back down while the remaining stepped out of it.

"Feng Xinying, please come with me to the office," said Xie Yuansheng and walked to his office.

As soon as Wang Zǐróng saw the two of them disappearing behind the office door, she hurriedly went to Yun Chen to ask about the file from Feng Xinying's computer.

"I am sorry, but they have taken away Feng Xinying's computer for repair soon after she had finished her research," replied a confounded Yun Chen.

In the office, when Feng Xinying entered after Xie Yuansheng, she saw that Yao Yi was already seated there comfortably sipping hot coffee. Feng Xinying smiled but was surprised. She greeted her again.

"How are you dear child?" asked Yao Yi.

"I am good, auntie," she replied politely.

Xie Yuansheng sat right in front of Yao Yi and said, "Let's talk business."

In the morning Wang Zǐróng had literally barged in the meeting just five minutes before as soon as she heard from Yun Chen about it. She was driving to the office when she got a phone call from Yun Chen.

"Madam, Xie Yuansheng and Feng Xinying have gone to meet Yao Yi," she had reported. Wang Zǐróng had panicked.

Lim Chen was interested in that hotel. Wang Zǐróng was his spy in the Feng Conglomerate. She knew that Xie Yuansheng was highly interested in the hotel and she had to somehow make him decide against it. So she had the perfect plan. She asked Yun Chen to make fake report about Yao Yi's hotel and fax it to her office. As soon as Wang Zǐróng reached her office, she picked the file and rushed to Yao Yi. She had reached the meeting point much before Xie Yuansheng thankfully. She waited for him to come so that she could present the negative report in front of him to double the impact of making it look like a rotten project.
