Xie Yuansheng watched her going out of the drawing room with a gaped mouth. Suddenly there was a ping on his phone as a message flashed. The sender had sent him the photo of Guo Junxo's girlfriend. When Xie Yuansheng saw the photo, he face palmed. What did he do? Why did he become so impatient? In his previous life also he was this impatient with Feng Xinying and so in this life he had made a resolution to be patient with her but as soon as he saw her with another man, his jealousy flared up.

On her way out, Feng Xinying met Xie Yuansheng's aunt, Xie Weihui. She was going somewhere and was waiting for the driver to pull the car out.

By that time, the car had come and Xie Weihui sat inside. She rolled down the window and asked, "Are you extremely sure?"

Feng Xinying's anger was not settling. She remembered how badly she was stuck yesterday night in an untoward situation and how she was almost shot. She was literally his knight in shining armor, and this is how he behaved in the morning. "Yes, I am hundred percent sure! I dislike him!"

Xie Weihui rolled up the window and the car went out of the gates.

Meanwhile, Xie Yuansheng came out walking real fast. He was afraid that he would lose Feng Xinying again today and she might go to the office without any protection.

When he saw that she was just standing there on the entrance, he breathed a sigh of relief. He said, "I am getting the car. We will go together and we will take a guard with us. After yesterday's incident with Keira, I cannot let you go alone."

Xie Yuansheng sulked. There was no way he could convince her. He turned to go to the office with dropped shoulders. He wanted to kill Wang Zirong for misleading him. If he hadn't been mislead, this situation wouldn't have arrived.

When he reached the office, he straightaway went to his room. He saw the empty desk of Feng Xinying while crossing the hall and became all the more depressed.

That day Yun Chen had joined back. She saw that Feng Xinying hadn't come to the office and was elated. She thought that perhaps the scheme that she had cooked up with Wang Zirong worked and that Xie Yuansheng must have been very angry with Feng Xinying. Yun Chen was ecstatic. She was chirping around and even called Wang Zirong to inform her about their success. Wang Zirong couldn't believe her ears. He sounded so angry that Yun Chen dropped her phone from her hand. But she was happy that now she was being called to the office instead of Feng Xinying. She picked up the files and ran to the office.

"Yun Chen, why is the data on this project so messed up? If you cannot do your job properly, take more vacation. Should I fire you?" Xie Yuansheng was mad at her.

For the next two hours, people could see Yun Chen running in and out of the office as they heard Xie Yuansheng's loud and angry voice as he called Yun Chen time and again. In the meetings also his mood was so foul that he didn't approve any plans. The junior managers were all extremely scared of their CEO. They had never seen him like this before.

However, even though, he was in such a bad mood, Yun Chen was satisfied because her adversary Feng Xinying wasn't there.

In the afternoon, Wang Zirong came to meet Xie Yuansheng after lunch. She entered his office without knocking. He was resting on the sofa with his eyes closed. She quietly tiptoed, went behind him and covered his eyes with her hands. He got up with a start. She chuckled and said, "Guess who?"

He removed her hand from his eyes with a huge jerk and stood up to face her. "Wang Zirong!" He yelled her name. Wang Zirong was taken aback. She cringed at his foul mood and wondered what had gone wrong. "I think you need a slight massage on forehead," she said with a sweet smile ignoring his anger.

"I think you need a week's suspension!" he replied with coldness in his eyes. The aura around him became so cold that it was like shards of ice.

Wang Zirong shrank in fear. "Wh- Why are you saying that Xie Yuansheng?"

"Because you gave me false information about Feng Xinying and Guo Junxo," he replied. "Guo Junxo is not going around with Feng Xinying."

"But- but my information…"

Xie Yuansheng brought his hand up in front of his face to shut her. Then in a very menacing tone he said, "You can collect your two days suspension letter from Yun Chen." Saying that he went to the door and held it open for her to leave.
