When Xie Yuansheng looked at the email, he was furious. He went out to talk to Feng Xinyin but she wasn't there in her cubicle. He asked the girl who was in the neighboring cabin, "Where is Feng Xinying?"

Before that girl could answer, Yun Chen came running and said, "CEO Xie Yuansheng, Feng Xinying has gone to the ground floor event hall where the event will be organized. She is really working hard on it. Thank you CEO for approving the event."

Without a word, Xie Yuansheng hurried to the elevator and pressed the button for the ground floor. However, as soon as he reached the fifth floor, the lift stopped and opened to take the employees who were waiting. Lim Fei Yen also entered with them. She looked at Xie Yuansheng and smiled politely tucking her hair behind her ear.

Xie Yuansheng rolled his eyes and looked away. He was eager to go to the ground floor and face Feng Xinying.

When he reached downstairs, he found that Lim Fei Yen was also going in the same direction as his. He thought that she was following him, so he increased his pace and left her far behind soon.

He found Feng Xinying standing in a corner of the event hall giving instructions to some junior employees. He went to her. When the junior employees saw him, they were excited and afraid at the same time. The CEO had never come so close to them ever. They greeted him and left the place as soon as possible because he looked very angry. They left him with Feng Xinying who was his head secretary.

"So you are really excited about this event?" he asked her with a clenched jaw.

"I am!" came the prompt reply.

"Why didn't you take my permission?"

"Well, it's a team event you must be happy about. After all not many people get the opportunity of having a team event with Wu Bosun," calmly she replied.

She started going from there when some other people came to ask what all events should they include. They greeted the CEO and also asked about his suggestions.

One of them said, "We are planning a three-legged race or a wheel barrow race. That is really going to be fun!"

The other got excited one said, "Let's have three legged race. Even the CEO can join."

Xie Yuansheng narrowed his eyes at them and replied, "No, I wont join," in very strict voice making them flinch.

They lowered their head and then one of them said, "Feng Xinying, you must also join the games."

"Ah, no, no!" she replied with a sweet smile.

"Oh you must! After all you are responsible for getting Wu Bosun for this event. We can't be thankful enough. He is like our God! Please you must join the games," said the excited one.

Feng Xinying looked at Xie Yuansheng and asked, "Should I join the games?" hoping that he would say no because of his jealousy but he said, "Yes, Yes! Join the games. You should increase your interaction with the celebrity!"

Feng Xinying's face fell. She said, "Okay, thanks CEO."

Xie Yuansheng was now extremely annoyed. He left the event hall. He had come down to dissuade Feng Xinying and he left after agreeing to the employees' request to make her join the game. He went to his office.

When the office hours got over, he waited for Feng Xinying to go together but she didn't even call him or text him. He came out only to find that there was no one on the desk except Yun Chen. As usual she came running up to him.

"Sir, may I help you?"

"Where is Feng Xinying?"

"The last I saw her when she was talking to Wu Bosun on the phone. She was confirming whether he is coming or not. Then she went to the corner of the hall to talk to him," she replied as though remembering it.

Xie Yuansheng blew hot air and left the office. Once again he went to the event hall and found Feng Xinying surrounded by a large number of employees. She was chatting and joking with them.

As he was walking towards her, he realized that when she had come, she was too arrogant and stubborn, but now she was talking in a relaxed way with everyone around her as she kept instructing them. He smiled at the change in her.

When he approached them, the employees became aware and a hush fell. All of them stopped chatting and greeted him.

He looked at them and said, "I am happy that all of you are working together for this event. Now all of you should pack up and leave!" He looked at Feng Xinying tenderly forgetting what Yun Chen had said.

The employees started laughing but just before leaving one of the girls said, "Feng Xinying, please call Wu Bosun again and confirm whether he is coming or not. I still cannot believe that he is coming for our event tomorrow."

Xie Yuansheng mood plunged as soon as he heard that.
