Ru Shishi then went to the room where Xie Weihui was and together they talk for a long time. Ru Shishi told all about her hardships. She cried and said how her adoptive mother used to hurt her a lot and had always been very rude to her. As a matter of fact she had in the last asked her to give money to treat her for her cancer. The treatment was very expensive. Ru Shishi said that her adoptive mother even forced her to get in illegal stuff in order to finance her treatment.

By the end of her story, Xie Weihui started crying and hugged her daughter tightly. It was such a heart-wrenching story that she started hating Feng Zhantian for forcing her to abandon the child. She hated his daughter Feng Xinying for being such a heartless woman. She thought that now whatever she would do, she would do for her daughter only. She was very sad when even Xie Yuansheng wasn't courteous to his cousin sister.

In reality, Ru Shishi's mother was a simple teacher who had worked extremely hard to make ends meet. Her husband had thrown her out of the house because she was unable to have babies. So she had adopted this little girl eighteen years back and had ever since done whatever she could in her capacity to bring her up. Yet another child that she had taken care of was Wu Bosun. His parents didn't have money to educate the child. Ru Shishi's mother had helped his education throughout the school. When he wanted support for his college, his parents refused, but she supported him. At that time, Ru Shishi was only seven years of age. Ever since Wu Bosun hadn't looked back and he had become successful. He had offered her to come to her and take his help, but that lady had a very strong will power. She said that she didn't help him to take any favors back but only because she wanted to. Wu Bosun had promised her that he would help her whenever she wanted.

When she was getting her treatment from the hospital and she was not able to support herself, she knew that her end was near. She had used whatever savings she had for her treatment and for Ru Shishi. She had instructed Ru Shishi that she could go and find this man. Ru Shishi had left her soon after in search of Wu Bosun and never even bothered to find out what had happened to her. She had told Wu Bosun that her mother had died.

Ru Shishi was always fond of good clothes and jewelry. She would love to see it on others. Her last lover was a man much older than her. She had used him properly as he used to spend a lot of money on her and then in order to get out of that place, she had killed him. There was no looking back.

Xei Weihui cried a lot and said, "Shishi, now no more sufferings for you, I will take good care of my daughter."

Ru Shishi smiled and replied, "Now that I am with my real mother, no one can harm me. But mother you must make me meet my cousin brothers. I am sure that once I meet them, they would love to be with me."

Xie Weihui had told her about Xie Yuansheng and Xie Shengjun. She was eager to meet the two powerhouses of the country.

"Let us have dinner mother. We have a lot to do tomorrow. Where have taken your new house?"

"I have taken in the same locality as the Feng Mansion. It is not as big as the Feng Mansion is but that locality is elite. It is a large and spacious apartment whose balcony opens in the twentieth floor. You will love it."

Ru Shishi exhaled, "I would have loved to be with big sister and Xie Yuansheng but they don't like me…"

"Don't talk about Feng Xinying. She is a vamp!" Xie Weihui shouted.

"Mother, please don't increase your blood pressure. I am sure the big sister will come to like me soon." She paused as though looking very sad. Then she said, "Come mother let us have dinner."

Xie Weihui hugged her daughter. She was a lotus in the dirt around her. She thought that even though her adoptive mother had brought her up so badly, she managed to keep herself pure. She smiled at her and together they went to have dinner with Wu Bosun.

Next day Xei Weihui got up early to wrap up Ru Shishi's things from Wu Bosun's house while Ru Shishi got dressed. Along with Wu Bosun they had to go to the country's most reputed agency, The Starline Agency for registering themselves.

Wu Bosun looked at Ru Shishi who was looking very cute like a high school student. She was wearing a short blue colored dress with black boots. He couldn't help but think that had things been okay for her she would have been in a normal school. He smiled at her. The driver drove them to the agency. They reached there in an hour and when they reached there, to their shock they found Feng Xinying and Zhou Ah Ming also sitting there waiting for the owner to some and talk to them.

Feng Xinying and Zhou Ah Ming noticed the two of them. While Zhou Ah Ming narrowed his eyes, Feng Xinying's stance softened a little. Both Wu Bosun and Ru Shishi went and sat down on a sofa far away from them in the waiting room.

In order to provoke the atmosphere, Ru Shishi remarked, "Oh! So the snake is here too. Feng Xinying, you are making a big mistake by keeping his as your secretary."

Zhou Ah Ming opened his mouth to say something, but Feng Xinying stopped him. "Ru Shishi, it is better that you only take care of yourself and not interfere into what I am doing," she replied strictly.

"You-" Ru Shishi clenched her fist in anger.

Wu Bosun stopped her by holding her hand. "But Brother Bosun, I was only giving her good advice."

"You shouldn't give free advice to those who don't deserve it," said Wu Bosun staring at Feng Xinying.

"Okay brother…" said Ru Shishi and lowered her head.
