Feng Xinying read her notes again and again. Her mouth became dry and her head became dizzy when she matched her notes with the original project line. She kept the papers down and started placing calls.

Back in the hospital, Xie Yuansheng wanted to leave Chang Ling and go back to the office, however, as soon as he would want to leave, she would hold her head and say that she was feeling dizzy. He had become worried about her health and then he instructed to the doctor to test her whether she was pregnant or not. The doctor asked him to be there around her while he sent her for the tests. All the tests took a lot of time and so he had to keep running around her.

"Is it okay if I call Lim Chuen here? I have to go to the office now," he asked politely.

"Father is not here. He has also gone with De Zhi. They have gone to Japan," she replied. "You can leave if you like CEO Xie Yuansheng. I will manage," she added.

"Oh no! I just wanted to make sure that someone near you is here. In that case give your mother-in-law's number, I will call her," he suggested.

Chang Ling gave him the number but it was switched off. "It is switched off," he said to her exasperated now.

"So sorry, Xie Yuansheng, but my mother-in-law doesn't talk to me. She has blocked my number…" Chang Ling looked down in her lap.

Xie Yuansheng pitied that woman.

A ward boy came and took Chang Ling inside for an ultrasound.

It was evening 5PM when all the tests were done. Both Xie Yuansheng and Chang Ling were waiting for the reports. Xie Yuansheng had taken a VIP room for her and he checked his emails while she kept sleeping there.

Suddenly the door of the room opened and Feng Xinying entered. She was carrying a thin folder of files. She looked at Xie Yuansheng and then Chang Ling. Xie Yuansheng got up and held her arms, "Why did you leave without even waiting for me? How come you have become so rude?"

Feng Xinying removed his hands from her arms and walked to Chang Ling. Chang Ling looked disturbed as she sat on the bed with a frown on her face. "Miss Xinying, are you still angry? My intentions were pure," she said looking upset.

"Chang Ling, you should feel upset actually. This folder contains all the information regarding the swimwear project." Feng Xinying turned to look at Xie Yuansheng and continued, "I will list all the anomalies that led to a loss in the project."

Chang Ling's face paled as Xie Yuansheng became alert.

Without wasting time Feng Xinying started, "Mr. Lim Chuen became a stakeholder in the swimwear company on Chang Ling's recommendation. Did you know that Xie Yuansheng?"

"What? No, I didn't know!"

"Once he became the stakeholder, Chang Ling removed all the original vendors that I had carefully selected and replaced them with the cheap ones on the pretext that they would provide equally nice raw materials. The thing was that when I checked these vendors, none of them had physical addresses. All of them were online vendors who were like ghosts. Basically, they just didn't exist anywhere. All these companies had ghost addresses. When I contacted the numbers that were listed, none of the numbers went through.

"Now you will ask me as to how come the junior employees never came to know about it? Well, they were asked not to contact the vendors since they were giving raw materials on such cheap prices only because of Chang Ling. So only Miss Ling contacted them.

"When I checked the bills that were produced to clear these 'cheap vendors', I found that none of them were less than fifty thousand Yuan. Several of them ran over one million Yuan. The bills were fake!

"Now Miss Ling also reduced the manpower right from the beginning on the pretext that once the project becomes profitable it would self sustain. Employees in the factory left the project because they were heavily overworked and less paid.

"So the conduit of passing the money and showing literal losses was very easy. A little bit of tampered graphs to show to the CEO, and everything fitted well."

Xie Yuansheng looked at Chang Ling with shock. Chang Ling's face became white.

"Since Lim Chuen was a stakeholder, everything that happened seemed legit because after all the losses were faced by him too. However, what happened in reality was that the money allocated in the budget was siphoned through the fake companies that Miss Chang Ling had created on the web to exhibit the vendors. Those were all shell companies. She owned them. The bills that were paid went to these shell companies. I traced them all and the money went into the accounts of certain Mrs. Zhi."

Feng Xinying took the bank papers out and showed them to Xie Yuansheng.

"While she showed that the project had caused a huge loss of twenty million Yuan, which the company had to suffer, she pocketed a large amount without any problem making everyone a real fool. The loss seemed legit."

Feng Xinying turned to look at Xie Yuansheng and said with a scorn, "You believed this green tea bitch. I am disappointed in you!" She looked at Chang Ling, "Are you really ill? I have checked all your medical records. They claim that you are fit and fine."

"Chang Ling, you cheat!" shouted Xie Yuansheng.

Chang Ling started howling loudly. "CEO Xie Yuansheng, your wife is putting false allegations on me. I have not done any of this. I don't even know what shell companies is she talking about. My husband is in Japan and so you people are trying to scare me."

Suddenly the door opened wide and Lim De Zhi walked in. "Where is my darling?" he cried as he saw Chang Ling.

Xie Yuansheng's eyes became wide with shock.

Feng Xinying scoffed, "I took the liberty to call your husband to take care of you. He was in a long meeting since 1PM in his company but the moment he heard you were ill, he rushed."
