The Rise of the White Lotus Chapter 78 – Queen Dowager Churu

Lexi was awoken by a striking pain. All the awfulness feeling that a person could feel was all gathered having a meeting on her head.

“Arrrgh–!” Lexi scowled in angst as she rolled on the side of the bed while holding her head. She could still feel her mind routinely spun as she tried to open her eyes. Her dried as a dessert throat and her aching muscles as if she just wrestled with someone only added to her frustration.

Churu watched Lexi with a knowing expression plastered across her white chubby face. She shook her head as Lexi kept on rolling on the enormous bed while lowly groaning.

Long minutes had passed when Lexi successfully dragged her heavy body to sit up. Alas, the moment she did, the soft warm comforter that covered her slid down; exposing her naked top.

Feeling the cold inbound breeze of the room, hugging her bare back up to her front, Lexi looked down. She blinked a couple of times before her expression gradually change which was impactful enough to kick the throbbing pain in her head out.

“Uh huh, chu…” Churu hummed as she nodded her head being reminded of the disastrous occurence last night.

Lexi hastily grabbed the comforter and held it on her chest to cover her exposed front. Looking around, Lexi didn’t had the leisure to appreciate her exquisite surroundings as she was more shocked to see an unfamiliar room!

She was evidently speechless. How could she end up in this ridiculously majestic place? What’s more? She woke up naked with only her thin tanga panty on?

Stopping her extra widened eyes on Churu who sat at the center top of the table near the floor to length window, Lexi gaped her mouth open but no words came out from it.

Churu only shrugged in return as if she has nothing to say to her. After some more time, Lexi finally found the words to utter albeit in a hoarse voice.

“Sissy, don’t tell me…” Lexi heart sank thinking of the worst case scenario that could have happened last night between her and Ethan Lu. Her lower lips trembled as she continued,

“…did me and him had se — no, no, no!” Lexi held her head in distress as she tried to recall what happened last night but to no avail, she couldn’t!

The last thing she remembered last night was the irrelevant conversation she had with Ethan while she downed three cans of beer in one go.

“What chu? Did you had SEX with Mr. main task chu? How I wish chu!” Churu flew towards Lexi’s side as she spat her dismayed statements.

Though Churu helped her accomplish one of her side quests, alas, it was time for some scolding for Lexi’s reckless move!

What if Ethan Lu was indeed a perverted man that would take advantage of her? Churu would have to make extra means to knock him out, and if her existing skills wouldn’t suffice… she’ll have to be extreme and commit more sins by dragging his soul to the netherlands.

Fortunately, Ethan Lu knew his limits and isn’t that type of jerk that needs to change who he was before he gets his rightful girl.

“R-= really?” Lexi stuttered with a slight relief. She trusted Churu that never lied to her since day one — just leaving few details behind. She added,

“Where am I?”

“Mr. Main task presidential suite chu. His family is indeed wealthy chu — but before you distract me chu…” Churu inhaled heavily and when she exhaled, her scolding tagged along with it.

“How can you be so reckless chu! Drinking with a man you recently befriend and chuuu! This is triggering chu! Do you know what will happen if Ethan Lu took advantage of you chu?!” Churu burst as she felt exasperated with every passing second.

Lexi stared how aggravate Churu was with her reckless action. However, instead of feeling wronged, Lexi gently smiled at the adorable dumpling that was throwing a huge fit.

“But, you are here right? I know someone had my back so I got the confidence to test him. But still, I’m sorry to make you worry a lot and thank you for looking after me.” Regardless of the fact that every word she spat scratched her throat, Lexi didn’t mind.

“Hmp! You have to promise me that you won’t do this with others unless it was Mr. Main task chu!” Churu humped as she crossed arms around her chest.

Surely, she was touched that Lexi trusted her too much but she has to remind her to be careful with others. After all, the consequences she would receive if she meddle more with other human’s affair was worse than the time that ‘old hag’ beat her up.

“I won’t, I swear.” Lexi nodded obediently to quench the anger of the Queen Dowager Churu. Lexi scanned her surroundings again and spotted a folded clothes on the bedside.

After Lexi managed to take a quick shower and put on the oversized shirt and pajamas, Lexi stood in front of the bedroom’s door as she mustered all her courage.

“Sissy, you sure nothing happened between them right?” Lexi asked once more to find her little confidence to face Ethan Lu.

“If you meant about losing your chastity, nah, you’re still a virgin chu.” Churu reassured which made Lexi’s brows twitch.

Does she have to emphasize that?

“Alright,” Lexi let out a heavy breathe before slowly sliding the door. She slid it open enough for her to peek. Seeing that Ethan wasn’t around, Lexi cautiously opened the door and warily tiptoed her way out.

However, just as she took a few steps outside the grandiose room, Lexi jolted hearing Ethan’s loud voice.

“Ha! Good afternoon, Lexi Yang!”

Lexi slowly turned her head to his voice’s direction and there, she spotted him. She clearly saw him grinded his teeth as if he was seething with anger.

“Oops, forgot to tell you something chu…”
