The onlookers could only gape their mouths even more in awe, the moment the two big shots agreed in unison and followed Lexi. Aside from awe, their gaze was laced with enviousness because these two surely had their eyes on Lexi’s product. It was just a matter of who would be Lexi’s pick to be partnered with in her business. Regardless, Lexi’s future company and great wealth were already set in stone.

“Mr. Shao, Miss Ning, I will pass from the pleasantries and start introductions with my product— may I?” Smiling, Lexi was pushing her luck and bluntly uttered as if she didn’t want to waste their time and hers as well for flattery.

“Go on, dear.” Raising her brows as a smile formed on the corners of her lips, Aubrey Ning was evidently pleased and had a good impression towards Lexi. Be it her demeanor or her straightforwardness, Aubrey Ning somehow liked her already. The only question in her mind was, was if her product could at least reach her standards or surpass her expectations?

“Please,” Gently nodding his head once, Benjamin Shao agreed as he understood Lexi’s intention and he actually preferred her to go on to the details of the product instead of going around in circles.

“Thank you,” Still bearing her politeness, Lexi then lifted an unlabeled squeeze bottle that made the two frown in an instant. Yet, Lexi ignored their change of expression as she already expected this expression. “This is the beauty dr.’s own version of pure clay facial cleanser…” Lexi started introducing her product with confidence. She explained all of the details and benefits of the organic product she formulated herself.

As she explained, Lexi dared to ask the two to try out her product which they willingly tested. Putting an ample amount on their hands, the two began rubbing their hands together to feel its texture. The clay facial cleanser seemed to be like any other cleanser, the only difference with Lexi’s was they could feel a slight microscopic particle used as a scrub. It wasn’t rough but rather has a gentle feel about it which was commendable.

“Bentonite clay had been used since a few thousands of years ago, but it had been currently underrated with all of the other types of skin care products that’s on the market. Therefore, only a few, I assumed that includes Mr. Shao and Miss Ning, had already known about the detoxifying effect of bentonite…” Lexi continued to explain the main ingredient of the product and how it was thoroughly made for the effect to be gentle on the skin without affecting the benefits of the main ingredient to be reduced. Lexi went on and on and focused on the vital points of the product. She made her explanation short yet precise without going around in circles.

When she was done, she asked the two to rinse their hands which they agreed and followed her. The moment their hands were rinsed, the two bigshots marginally raised their brows as they dried their hands and rubbed them again at the same time. Seeing their reactions, Lexi smiled in satisfaction.

“As you can feel, the moment you rinsed off your hands, your hands had felt smoother than ever— an instant result that Beauty Dr.’s detoxifying facial cleanser offers.” Lexi proudly declared with a polite tone and a smile.

“It does have a nice feel to it— it’s good.” Agreeing with Lexi, Aubrey Ning continued to rub her hands together as if her skin was smoother than a baby’s bum cheeks. Surely, this instant result piqued her interest in the product and was impressed by the formulator.

“I am interested.” Without further ado, Benjamin Shao showed his interest in the product as he had been looking for the same product that his manufacturers were unable to satisfy him with thus far. Hence, for them to not waste time complimenting the product, Benjamin Shao was up to fighting Aubrey Ning about this formulation.

Lexi only smiled and didn’t show any signs of being thrilled as she gestured the two to return to their seats to continue their discussion at ease. Well, inside Lexi’s mind, since the two were already introduced to her baby, now was the time for them to talk about numbers. However, even though she was thrilled that these two legends were impressed, she knew for sure that talking numbers with them would be a headache. After all, both would surely try to rip her off with the price and offers— Lexi wasn’t wrong because the moment they sat, the two were already taking their turns to speak.

“Miss Yang, I am indeed interested in the product, however, may I ask, did you plan to put it under your own brand or be a manufacturer? Which of the two?” Still blunt as ever, Benjamin Shao seemed to transform into a different person as he acted as the CEO and founder of Marble Belle while he uttered his inquiry and directly looked at Lexi. Meanwhile, Aubrey Ning didn’t speak as her questions were already asked. Hence, all she needed to do was to listen to Lexi’s response.

“I planned to establish it under my own company and manufacture it as well.” Without breaking her eye contact with Benjamin Shao, Lexi honestly responded. Alas, her response had made the two let out a faint snicker upon hearing her foolish answer.

“No offense, Miss Yang. But, establishing it under your own company instead of being a manufacturer to either one of us isn’t a very good choice in my opinion. Yes, I understand your enthusiasm and expectation about the product but the thing is, if you made a deal with me or to Mr. Shao, we can assure you that you don’t have to be concerned about selling it as we already have our own stalls across the country— even global distributors, we already have that. Saves you from running errands here and there as we can launch it as soon as possible under our label.” Halting her chuckle, Aubrey Ning explained her insight about her plans. After all, being a manufacturer and rebranding company, Lexi would have to give up her own Beauty Dr, brand as it would place her in a tight predicament. This time, even Benjamin Shao nodded his head in agreement as Aubrey Ning was accurate on that.

In his mind, Lexi only has one body— she couldn’t do everything especially when she was just starting. Hence, in his honest opinion, with her skills in formulations, she would be a successful rebranding company. But, she has to give up her own brand as it would conflict with her future clients.
