All Attributes would also be reduced by 20%, and the effects could stack. Lonesome Flower was capable of dispelling curses, but he was the only Mage and this would be a very tiresome task for him.

However, compared to Magistrate Barthilas, he was simply no match.

It only took Lu Li and the others twelve minutes to take down this sports legend.

Although this was just a side boss, this didn’t limit his drops. Postmaster Malone was even more popular than the magistrate because he was the only boss who dropped Magister’s Boots, which were part of the Magister’s Regalia set for Mages.
