Chapter 1975: Wedding
With their pile of equipment, they had now completely finished the Black Temple Instance Dungeon.
Sky Moon used his own power to cement his position on the commander ranking, and his commanding authority in the club. After all, Lu Li didn’t give any tips to him from the start to the finish of this Instance Dungeon.
Lu Li had already decided to relax and let him command the Sunwell from the beginning.
If they could get the First Clear, that was the best, it was no problem otherwise. A professional gamer’s life couldn’t be too smooth, otherwise, they would lack resilience and the motivation to keep going forward.
Lu Li held two blades in his hand and brought Cursed Vision of Sargeras with him. He snapped a picture with everyone in front of Black Temple as a memento.
That was also the last photo of him in his single life.
Starting from tomorrow, he would have an extra responsibility in his life. He would become someone’s husband, and in the future, he might have to shoulder the responsibility of being a father.
Lu Li wasn’t afraid of this responsibility, so in terms of this uncertain but foreseeable future, he didn’t have any fears at all.
After a night of sweet dreams, he woke up early the next day and logged into the game.
The Black Sea Coast Stronghold was decorated with colourful lanterns. They already had celebratory events in the daytime, and the game them some awesome congratulatory gifts. In this map, they could farm festive monsters which would drop wedding sweets and gift boxes.
They had always showed strong support for this odd couple. Now that this pair had reached their final destination, there was no doubt that they could provide the most publicity for the official dating system.
Yes, you can find a girlfriend in the game.
Yes, you can find a wife in the game.
Yes, you can find your fair-skinned, rich beauty in the game.

Of course, the game designers couldn’t make this event game-wide. They didn’t have enough time; even they worked overtime non-stop it couldn’t be done.
All of the Black Sea Coast had entered into nighttime earlier – most likely to heighten up the atmosphere for the wedding.
However, a dark night didn’t mean darkness. With all the flowers and trees lit up, the entire area was illuminated.
Thousands of players streamed into the Black Sea Coast. Even the busiest person would choose to take a day off from their gaming life.
It was relatively casual for ordinary players to enter, but those who wanted to show off would give presents.
The trumpet on top of the Stronghold would be regularly blasting out a tune.
“Wood Fearing, the leader of the Gods of Dusk club, congratulates ‘the odd couple’ on their wedding. Note, ‘the odd couple’ was what Wood Fearing insisted on saying. It’s got nothing to do with me; I’m just a messenger.”
“The Azure Guard club, Stellar Union Silver Radiant, and Floral Paralysis join hands on congratulating ‘the odd couple’ on their wedding, note as above.”
“Join hands. Dammit, Fat Monkey, wait. You best not go out anymore.”
“The new leader of Glory Capital, her majesty queen Wendelian, as well as the famed Open Sky commentator, her majesty queen Nine Phoenix, congratulate Water Fairy on her joyous wedding. Note, how come you have to be different to others? Could it be that you’re not congratulating our boss. You can see he’s so happy he can’t even speak.”
“Alright, the girls don’t care about me. Oh, here comes another girl – our Maple sis. Maple sis I love you. Do you love me? Haha, save your Fireballs and keep them for your single, partner-less self.”
“Majin Temple’s leader, Unforgettable Maple, together with the harem, congratulates the odd couple on their marriage.”
“Wings of Dawn’s leader Dream 13…hey, Elevenless, how come you didn’t come? I really miss him.”

“He’s crying at home. The girl of his dreams is getting married; it’s hard for his heart to bear.”
“Hehe, then you have a chance. You two are brothers after all.”
“Haha, Monkey, we will see. After today, I think you might leave the group.”
“What do we in Ruling Sword have to be afraid of!”
“There’s no we, just you. Just go die where you ought to die.”
Square Root 3 was receiving guests downstairs and was quickly growing annoyed to death by Fat Monkey. That guy was an expert at making people angry, and there was Azure Sea Breeze too, who was always whiny. They were both so sharp and annoying.
“Glo…Glory Capital,” Fat Monkey stammered, suddenly becoming serious.
“Glory Capital’s former leader Sorrowless congratulates Lu Li and Water Fairy on their wedding.”
No one dared to look down on him – he was still the big boss of Glory Capital, still the top player in the game, and there were still countless people by his side willing to do whatever he asked.
Fat Monkey had some very complex feelings.
Many people said that after Sorrowless, he would become the Mage God that had the most potential. It was a shame that these were just words; even he himself didn’t take them to heart.
Sorrowless retiring didn’t mean that he wouldn’t be playing games. In terms of gaming, he could still
deliver a shameful, crushing defeat.
More and more people kept on coming.
Those idle onlookers even actually heard that there was an NPC that gave their congratulations to the odd couple.
Two players flirting around and planning to spend their happy, unashamed lives together with each other shocked the NPCs. The table of NPCs all seemed to too enigmatic to be understood. You simply couldn’t see where they actually came from.
However, when considering Lu Li and Water Fairy’s professions, as well as their attitudes towards the NPCs, everyone was able to get make a rough guess.
Thief players used passionate eyes to look over at that table, but no one dared to make conversation.
By the time all the guests had arrived, an MC began going through the usual protocol. Because it was a wedding held in a game, they saved themselves from carrying out a lot of the traditions.
They didn’t know who had proposed this lousy idea, but they actually wanted the bride and groom to have a battle.
Seeing Water Fairy’s eager eyes for it, Lu Li had a bit of a breakdown.
What sort of wedding would have two people holding knives and jabbing each other?
There was no one in the past who did this, and probably no one in the future either.
“Whoever wins will have the final say in the household!” Deadly Green Orange cried.
“Whoever wins manages the money.”
“Yeah, yeah, do it like that! Whoever loses has the buy the groceries!”
Fat Monkey was the kind of person who wanted to watch the world burn.
Everyone was saying this was to celebrate. If they could have a little fun, then no one would refuse.
“You shouldn’t really dare to win.”
Lu Li was about to vomit blood. It was enough to have him fight on his wedding day, but they had even set a trap for him.
However, since Water Fairy wanted this wedding to be a trendsetter, what was more to be said?
Both of them quickly changed into their equipment.
Water Fairy wore a whole suit of war clothes, looking very heroic and valiant.
Lu Li almost wore a full set of equipment too, except he only wielded a single-handed sword and didn’t have any headgear.
If you were playing chess and didn’t have your rooks, knights and bishops, then it was basically impossible to win.
