Wu Lina had one hand on the doorknob while the other one sat on her hips. She narrowed her eyes at Pān Shīshī and said, "CEO Yang please get up from that chair right now and come over here."

Yang Xinyu was enjoying this war of jealousy but he still had to get up from the chair. He pushed it back, making Pān Shīshī tumble backward, and walked around the table to reach his wife.

Wu Lina closed the door behind her, opened the first button of her blouse as he approached her.

Pān Shīshī's eyes were wide with the scandal that was taking place in front of her.

Yang Xinyu came and stood in front of Wu Lina . Wu Lina held his tie to pull him down towards her. She cupped her hands on his face and kissed him passionately while Yang Xinyu's hand had a mind of its own and went to squeeze her breast..

Pān Shīshī seemed to have lost her voice. She tumbled backwards, this time almost twisting her ankle.

"Xini baby, I am hungry," said Wu Lina after making out with him in front of the skimpy secretary. Then she looked at her with an obvious look.

The secretary felt like she lost her mind. Before she could collect her wits, Yang Xinyu said to her, "Go, bring some snacks for this young lady here. You can leave now, as we are busy. Only come back when the snacks are here."

"Xini, I want to eat noodles with beef," said Wu Lina.

"Have you heard her?" said Yang Xinyu looking at Pān Shīshī.

The secretary nodded and left, dazed at what happened just now. How could a young girl like the one in the CEO's office be more seductive than her? She hated her. This was big news and she had to share it with her fellow colleagues. She ordered the snacks before spreading the rumor that Yang Xinyu was making out with a woman in his office.

Everybody became curious because they knew he had come along with his wife.

The snacks came on time and Pān Shīshī delivered them to Yang Xinyu's office. Inside the couple were in a very intimate position. The girl was sitting on his lap eating nuts from the bowl on the desk while the CEO had circled both his arms around her to reach his computer and type something there.

Pān Shīshī kept the snacks on the coffee table in front of the CEO table. She coughed a little to announce her arrival. While Wu Lina looked at her with indifference, Yang Xinyu was hardly bothered.

"Your snacks are here, CEO," she said trying to vie for his attention.

He didn't reply. Wu Lina continued to stare at her and waved her arm at the door..

When she left the room, Wu Lina got down from his lap and went to eat the snacks. It hadn't been more than ten minutes after Yang Xinyu finished his task and got up to join her only to see she had munched on the last noodle that was left in the plate. He gaped at her.

"What?" asked Wu Lina, when she saw him looking at her strangely.

His lips curved, "My baby dinosaur!"

But before Wu Lina could say any other word in her defense, she got a queasy feeling in her stomach. It was as if the stomach revolted to what she had eaten. She ran to the bathroom and vomited the content of her stomach.

Outside, Yang Xinyu immediately ran to retrieve his notes from his wallet and started reading them.

Morning sickness – Check.

He had a huge smile on his face without even realizing it.

Aghast at her condition, Wu Lina came out looking drained out. "Yang Xinyu I am ill. I think I have contracted some disease in Seychelles." Then she looked at his smiling face, "Why the hell are you smiling? I am so unwell."

"Come here baby, don't worry. You will be alright in some time," he circled her shoulders and walked her to the sofa. "Do you want to join the office today?" he asked casually.

"No! I am unwell. I want to rest today," she almost yelled at him.

"It's all your fault," she said after he made her lie on the sofa.

"You should have chosen a different honeymoon destination. I think I am down with some unknown disease," she said with concern etched on her face. Was she dying? Her eyes became misty. She had just gotten married.

"How is this my fault?"

"It is! It is your fault. You never discussed with me."

"Okay, I agree, it is my fault," said Yang Xinyu giving her no chance to argue any further.

"Do you want to eat more?" asked Yang Xinyu still smiling.

"Okay… but don't order fish… I hate the smell…" she said totally tired and exasperated.

Yang Xinyu rushed to look at his notes.

Heightened sense of smell – Check

Emotional imbalance – Check

He looked at his wife and blew a kiss at her. Wu Lina looked at him with a weird expression and rolled her eyes.

He ordered something sweet for her this time. When the dish arrived, Wu Lina devoured it. Her gargantuan diet so early in pregnancy was worrying him a bit. Would she become a giant?

Meanwhile, the rumor about a different woman had spread like fire in the office.

Yang Xinyu had to leave for his meeting with Yang Fangxu's uncle and the Vice President of the factory. Before leaving he said, "Lina, stay in the office. Don't leave. We will go for lunch together. Okay?"

She nodded and he left.

When one of the senior managers saw him leave the office, he couldn't wait to see the woman in his office. He opened the door to see a sleepy Wu Lina in a rumpled shirt. He closed the door faster than lightning; fearing for his safety. He cursed Pān Shīshī under breath. He went to her and said, "You foolish woman, that is Wu Lina, CEO Yang's wife! Stop spreading stupid rumors."

It was Pān Shīshī's turn to close her mouth with her hands. What had she done?

In the meeting room, Yang Fanxu's uncle was waiting. He was getting impatient by the second. "What does that brat think of himself? I will report this matter to the Chairman. How dare he call us here and make us wait?"
