When the secretary went to collect the photos from the lab, the photographer said something, which gave him goose bumps. He returned back with the report. Yan Xiaojun became stressed. He asked him to give the report about the photos to him. When the secretary left, he read the report and his face contorted. It was alarming. He had to find a way to stop Ying Yue from creating a disaster in his married life.

Back at home Rosa was so happy to about Yan Xiaojun's decision that she was jumping around the house like a little girl. She forgot that she was a mother of a child and behaved like a teenager who had just achieved highest marks in her annual exams. She wanted to go and hug Yan Xiaojun. As soon as she realized what she was thinking, she blushed. She smacked her head with her hand and tried to concentrate on her project details. But her mind was beckoning her to go to meet Yan Xiaojun and personally thank him.

On what pretext would she go there? While she was thinking, she heard Ivan crying and she got an idea.

She asked the nanny to dress up Ivan, as she wanted to go out for shopping. An hour later she asked the driver to take the car to the shopping mall. Ivan and his nanny accompanied her. She shopped for his clothes and then went to buy a small gift for Yan Xiaojun as a gesture of her gratitude. At first she didn't know what to give him, but after brainstorming for a long time, she thought of buying her favorite cologne for men. She loved that scent whenever her father used to wear it. She hunted for a long time before she could finally find it because it was an international brand. Finally, she left for his office at 5pm.

All the way to the office, Ivan was being cranky. He wanted to be lifted from his carrycot and come to her. But she couldn't help it because she wanted to reach Yan Xiaojun's office as soon as possible. She mollycoddled him all the way until they reached the office. As soon as they reached, she picked him up in her lap. Ivan was teething, so he bit her shoulders instantly making her wince in pain. It was already 6pm.

She started going towards his office. The employees outside were afraid that if the missus would see what was happening in the office, it would lead to bad consequences. Ying Yue was present inside, and they knew that she was their boss's girlfriend in the past. Obviously no wife would tolerate the fact that her husband was meeting his ex. They tried to stop her by catching up with her. One of them forcefully took Ivan from her lap and indulged in playing with him but Ivan was so scared of them that he made a face and was about to cry. Rosa immediately collected Ivan and excused herself to go to her husband's office. No one was allowed to enter the office but no one could stop Rosa, as she was the boss's wife.

As her hand was on the doorknob, she heard a woman's voice.

"Have you got the two million Yuan? Don't tell me that you haven't got it, because then I will just show these pictures to Rosa."

Rosa stilled at the door. Ivan was biting her shoulder, however, she didn't feel the pain. What pictures?

Yan Xiaojun was wild, "Ying Yue, don't do this nonsense. All this was my past. Yes, I did have girlfriends in the past, but so what? It is not a crime."

Rosa shuddered. She wanted to go in and face the woman however her feet were glued to the ground.

"Of course not! But did you tell her that you were with me when you had that one-night stand with her?" said Ying Yue.

"Ying Yue, you are mad! I am giving you one last chance to get out of this office and my life. If you won't, you may end up regretting it," shouted Yan Xiaojun.

Rosa understood the context. 'Oh! So she was that woman with whom Yan Xiaojun had come to Bulgaria.'

Ying Yue laughed, "Yan Xiaojun, I am well prepared. So give me the money or these pictures will be posted to your address or rather would be personally handed over by me to your beautiful wife!"

Rosa left the doorknob and went to the nanny to hand over Ivan to her. Then she turned towards the office and marched inside.

Yan Xiaojun was stunned to see her. His expression became sad. How did Rosa come to his office at this moment? Why was God playing such cruel jokes with him?

Even Ying Yue and the secretary were surprised.

Rosa came and stood by her husband's side. She looked at Ying Yue and smiled. She said, "Oh hello! How are you? If I remember correctly, you are the same woman who accompanied Yan Xiaojun to our guesthouse in Bulgaria?"

Ying Yue was taken aback at her direct attitude. She said, "Yes…" Ying Yue wasn't prepared for this kind of situation. "How are you Rosa?" she added.

"Oh! I am fine! How are you? Rather, why are you?"

Ying Yue pressed her lips and narrowed her eyes, "What do you mean?"

"I mean what I say. Why are you here? Isn't my husband done and dusted with you? You are his ex-girlfriend – right?"

Ying Yue nodded.

"I am his wife," growled Rosa, as if warning her to stay away from him.

Ying Yue had to manage the situation. She looked at Yan Xiaojun and said, "I am waiting for the money. Hand it over and I will leave."

"What money?" asked Rosa crossing her hands across her chest.

Everybody became quiet. Sweat beads formed on Yan Xiaojun's head, which Rosa noticed. She smiled and held his hand reassuring him. She turned her gaze towards Ying Yue and understood that she was there to blackmail him. She snarled at her, "I don't care whether my husband had any relationship with you. That was his past but Ivan and me, are his present. So get out of this office before I scratch that face of yours."

Ying Yue was becoming impatient, as Rosa was foiling her plan. Waving the envelop of pictures in front of his face, she said, "Yan Xiaojun, this is the last time I am asking you."
