My Four Other Selves Chapter 69

"Yeah! Yeah! Whatever, just go already."
"Okay." Zhang Yong said and then put his both hands on the little slab in front of the window.
He pushed his whole body up with as much power as he could and finally his foot wasn't on Senior Zhang Yong's shoulders. His both legs were dandling in the air as he was trying to push his body more up.
With a little push the window opened and he pushed himself more up. He was finally able to get inside the room through the window because of his efforts.
A smile on his face appeared as he realized he was able to reach inside the room. His smile immediately faded when he saw that man still sitting there on the chair but his head was tilted to a side indicating that he was already dead.
Zhang Yong felt a little pity for that guy and sighed but he didn't want to waste a minute more there as those demons could still be there in that house, searching for them.
Zhang Yong hurriedly moved towards the table in search of some information which could be helpful for them. He wanted to stop there and check all those papers and only get those papers which were useful for them but after listening to a voice coming from outside, he had second thoughts.
He didn't want to get caught by those demons again and just have another fight so he just started to collect the things on the table hurriedly. He didn't care what papers he was collecting.
He was just collecting whatever was coming in his hands and shoving all those papers in his pocket not caring if they were folded or not.
Then he moved towards the drawers of the table and hurriedly started opening them. His hands were shivering because of the fear. Fear of some one coming inside and seeing him there. Still he was trying his best to stay calm and collect as many things as possible.
He opened the first drawer and found nothing there. He didn't even bother closing it and just moved towards the next leaving that drawer open.
As soon as he opened the next drawer he found some papers kept in it which he hurriedly picked up and again shoved inside his pants pocket. Then he moved towards the shelf where there were some books kept on it.

He moved his hand here and there on the shelf making the books move here and there so that he could find some papers in those books too but when he didn't see any thing important there he just let go of that.
He was just about to move towards that man when suddenly his foot came on those things which Senior Zhang Yong removed from the basket earlier so that he could put water in it.
Zhang Yong found some folded papers laying there on the floor. He bent down and picked those papers. He wanted to open them too but then he didn't open them and put them in his pockets too hurriedly.
This time Zhang Yong moved towards the man who was still tied with that chair. There was still some foam on his chin and on the corner of his lips. Zhang Yong, without caring for that man's condition, moved towards him.
He started to move his hands on his body to see if he had any weapons there on his body or if any other useful thing.
He patted his shirt and first tried to find some thing under his shirt but when he wasn't able to find any thing there he moved his hands down towards his pants and started to pat them on the pockets.
He was moving his hands on his back when suddenly he felt some thing hard there on his back. He pulled up that man's shirt only to see a small dagger held in his pants.
Zhang Yong hurriedly removed that dagger from his pants and put it inside his own pants. Then he tried to see if that man was having some thing else on him or not but when he wasn't able to find any thing he just moved away from him.
Zhang Yong was now standing in front of that man. His both hands on his waist as he was analyzing the man when suddenly he heard a voice calling him from behind, "Hey, who are you?"
Zhang Yong got stilled for a minute hearing that voice. He didn't dare move even an inch from his place. It felt like his foot just got stuck there and he didn't even know what to do next.
"Hey! Turn around!" Zhang Yong again heard that creepy voice coming from behind.

Zhang Yong realized that the voice coming from behind was of no one other than those demons from earlier. He wanted to turn around and see if there were more than just one demon.
But he wasn't finding that much courage inside him to even turn around.
"Hey! We are talking to you!"
Hearing this Zhang Yong immediately realized that there was not just one demon standing there behind his back but he could realize that they were standing a little distance away from him.
He wanted to run away from there as fast as he could and after hearing that voice just as he regained his consciousness, he heaved a big sigh before looking towards the window and the next moment he started to run.
Zhang Yong put his head down and his both hands in a tight fist as he ran towards the window as fast as he could. He didn't even bother looking back for once and just ran towards the window fastly.
The demons who were standing behind him also got alert as Zhang Yong started to run towards the window. They also got still before finally running towards Zhang Yong.
Zhang Yong reached near the window. His both hands were on it but as soon as he was about to jump down from there one of the demons got hold of him.
He held Zhang Yong there from his waist and pushed him backwards. Zhang Yong was shocked and fear consumed him when he realized he was pushed backwards.
He fell down there on the ground with a big thud and as soon as he was on the ground he groaned with pain. His both hands were there on the floor, supporting his back from touching the ground while he was groaning with pain and trying his best to get up from the floor.
He now looked up and realized that there were two demons standing in front of him. For a minute Zhang Yong got scared and then hurriedly tried to get up from the floor.
He put in some effort but was able to get up and now was standing in front of them while looking at his back trying to think of a way to get out of there.
He wanted to get out of the room from the door but he knew that if he were to go out of the room through the door he would end up straight in the lounge and there might be more demons and the whole situation would just get more messed up. He wouldn't be able to get out of there that easily then.
So he decided to just stay put in his place and try to get out through the window but those two demons standing in front of the window were just making it difficult for him to get out of there.
The two demons in the front analyzed him for some time before finally one of the demons said aloud, "Hey! This is the same guy who killed our boss and ran away."
"Ohhh. Get him."
The other demon said and snapped his head towards Zhang Yong as he glared at him.
Zhang Yong took a step back when he saw one of the demons now stepping forward. He saw him pulling out a sword from the back and directly aimed it towards Zhang Yong.
Zhang Yong got shocked for a minute seeing him aiming his sword towards Zhang Yong but then Zhang Yong also pulled out his sword from the back.
This time he pulled out the same sword which he won in the fight and aimed it towards those two demons. He himself looked at the sword for a moment realizing that he pulled out the wrong sword but then he still continued aiming it towards those two as he didn't have enough time to put it back and pull out his own sword so he just let it be.
The two demons standing in the front got shocked seeing that sword in Zhang Yong's hands. Both of them looked at each other like they were saying some thing to each other through their eyes.
This continued for some time and Zhang Yong just stood there in the front aiming his sword at them. He didn't take any action and let those two do whatever they wanted to do for the time being.
Both the demons looked back at Zhang Yong and then suddenly.....

The Novel's Extra's Extra
As a reader, Cristopher always looked for things that entertained him, didn't matter what the "critics" said, all that matters was his own opinion on the novel, so he started reading "The Novel's Extra", a webnovel that despicts an author who is transmigrated to his own novel. It was fun and all with its own good and bad points, really, one of his favorites novels at the end of the journey, and that's taking into account the little fact that he didn't have too many things he was able to enjoy, not in that empty shell that was called life for him... Why could someone be born like that? With a void inside, an endless void that slowly consumes oneself... But... for better or worse... everything changed one day, the same day he woke up to discover he had the same faith of the author whose novel he just finished reading, becoming an extra in a novel, becoming The novel's extra's extra... /Ok, now that's the description I thought of... first of all, for those of you who are reading this, if any, a few points I have to make clear: 1. I'm not an english native speaker, so if you find anything wrong in the text, please let me know, that would help me learn, and I would be thankful for that.2. I'm writting this out of pure "enjoyment", so while I'll try to be constant, I'll not make any promises.3. True reason why I'm writing this is because I'm going through a moderate to crippling depression right now (and no, is not because anything trully bad and horrendous happened to me, it seems to have something to do with my brain's malfuctioning, among other things), and doctors told me to try writing as I enjoy reading. So yeah, this is more like a self-help excercise, to keep myself distracted while trying to be safe from my self.4. I choose to make a fanfiction of "The Novel's Extra" as I don't trully know how to write, and because I really loved that webnovel, though there are some points I didn't particulary liked.5. If you see some (let's be clear, really much) self insertion on this series, well, that may be me trying to escape reality, to which I make an early warning and disclaimer, and also ask for forgiveness, as I said before, this is more of an excercise, so don't take it too serious.6. I'll be a slow writer, as I have to still check a few things from the novel, even when I've read it like 3 or 4 times already, and because I know shit about writing a novel or a series.7. If you get to enjoy this, then that's good, I would be glad about it, maybe even more motivated, but I don't really expect this to be any good. Thanks to you all who may, or may not, be reading this novel./
