My Battleship Can Receive Infinite Upgrades Chapter 24

Lin Dong did not launch any more attacks. Instead, he steadily stopped in space.
Opposite him, the Remu civilization's fleet was awaiting him.
The Thunder Flash did not charge forward. Instead, it turned around, avoiding the orbits of the 2 militarized fortresses and slowly retreated out of the galaxy.
The Remu civilization immediately reacted. A large fleet consisting of 5 motherships and 600 battleships gathered together and sped toward Lin Dong.
Behind Lin Dong, there were nearly 2,000 battleships that formed an arc as they advanced forward, ready to trap Lin Dong any time.
The distance between the battleships was very small. If necessary, they could stack each other and increase the difficulty of breaking through.
Lin Dong used the detection radar to look at the situation behind him. When he saw this, he could not help but praise. "Impressive. A decisive move."
The commander of Remu civilization clearly understood that with the battle prowess displayed by Thunder Flash, the defensive line formed by a small-scale fleet would be completely unable to stop Lin Dong from breaking through. Hence, he simply removed the 4 planets' defensive line and used all his strength to chase and surround Thunder Flash.
With their formation, Lin Dong had no interest in attacking them anymore.
If the Thunder Flash was at its peak, he could give it a try. Charging into the enemy's formation and killing all of them at once, the price might be a slight injury to its armor and ship structure.
However, the current Thunder Flash lacked ammunition and it was difficult for Lin Dong to make a move.
Lin Dong did not intend to fight with them. He had gained enough source points. Perhaps, he could turn around and kill them. By relying on the remaining ammunition, he could still take down dozens of battleships. However, 25% of the gains were only worth around 10 source points.
Lin Dong did not need that.
The nervousness before Lin Dong entered the alternate space battlefield, the planning and execution after investigating the situation, he had been busy for over 10 hours. Thus, it was time to relax.
In the face of the Remu civilization fleet that was closely pursuing him, the Thunder Flash's engine slowly exerted force and continuously increased its speed. 3 hours later, the Thunder Flash flew out of the Remu galaxy.
The Remu civilization fleet stopped chasing him once he got out of their galaxy. They only sent out a few dozen scouting battleships and followed the Thunder Flash from afar. This continued until the Thunder Flash was no longer within the detection radar's maximum range.

There were still 7 hours before Lin Dong could exit the alternate space battlefield. There were no longer any enemies around him and it was very safe.
Lin Dong checked his surroundings and immediately relaxed. He lay comfortably on the commander's seat.
A rank 1 interstellar civilization did not have the ability to chase after the Thunder Flash.
There was no need to consider whether the Remu civilization would be able to seek help from a higher rank interstellar civilization within a short period of time.
In the vast universe, every interstellar civilization was restricted by light years.
If any higher rank civilization rushed over to provide support, Lin Dong would have already left this alternate dimension battlefield by then.
Although the continuous battle for over 10 hours was not very intense, Lin Dong was the only one operating the battleship. Hence, he had no choice but to maintain a high level of concentration. This consumed a large amount of his spiritual energy.
Currently, he was lying on the commander's seat. He was exhausted.
At the same time, his stomach started rumbling. After entering the alternate space battlefield, he did not eat anything for over 10 hours.
He opened his mouth and instructed the robots to prepare food. He did not need to do all of this by himself.
Within a few minutes, a sumptuous meal was placed in front of him.
After eating, Lin Dong slowly stood up from the commander's seat. He took a leisurely stroll in the command cabin.
After adjusting the light-filtering mode, starlight scattered down from the sky. It was as though he was in a sea of stars.
The corner of Lin Dong's mouth curled slightly.
He had successfully completed his first alternate space battlefield mission. After getting used to it, he would accumulate source points little by little. No one would be able to stop him.
Time passed bit by bit. There was only 1 hour left before the alternate space battlefield ended.
Lin Dong, who had nothing to do, took a tour around the Thunder Flash. Previously, he did not carefully inspect the ship because he needed to mine ores. He was free at the moment, so he wanted to understand the specific structure of Thunder Flash.
The cabin was divided into 4 layers.
There was a command cabin, 4 operating cabins, dozens of crew cabins, a medical cabin, a reception cabin, and 3 cargo cabins that were distributed in different parts of the ship.

Functional compartments such as entertainment cabin, conference cabin and spare cabin were all set up.
To Lin Dong, it was huge.
However, under normal circumstances, a Spark battleship was not something that could be operated by just the commander alone. Other members were needed to support and observe the various aspects of the situation. Thus, the commander would not have to do all the work.
After returning to the command cabin, Lin Dong sat back in the commander's seat and began to check his source points.
Remaining source points: 1,994 points!
The source points increased from 1,894 to 1,994, An additional 100 source points.
It seemed like the flood was still causing trouble.
This time, he had obtained 1,994 source points. Was 1994 source points a lot?
According to Lin Dong's memories, every time an ordinary Spark battleship opened a alternate space battlefield, those that could successfully return could only obtain a few dozen to a few hundred source points only. However, those that died in the alternate space battlefield would not get anything out of it.
On average, the profit from a alternate space battlefield was around 100 source points.
The average profit was low, and one had to bear a great risk.
Lin Dong had a personal support system, and the Thunder Flash could enter the alternate space battlefield far more frequently than an ordinary Spark battleship.
An ordinary Spark battleship would not enter the alternate space battlefield more than twice a year on average because the signals from alternate space were difficult to capture.
However, it was different for Lin Dong.
Every time the Spark battleship entered the alternate space battlefield, it would have a month's buffer time. With the time limit, Lin Dong could enter the alternate space battlefield a total of 12 times a year!
This was 6 times higher than the average!
This time, if not for the fact that the Thunder Flash only had a 25% acquisition rate of obtaining source points, Lin Dong could obtain 7976 source points!
The majority of the source points obtained by the Thunder Flash this time were obtained from the civilians of the Remu civilization.
For every 10,000 civilians of the Remu civilization, 1 source point would be obtained.
With a 25% rate of obtaining source points, obtaining 1994 source points meant that Lin Dong had only caused over 70 million deaths in a galaxy with a population of over 10 billion.
Less than 1% of the population!
The main reason was naturally that his battleship did not possess any weapons of mass destruction and it was seriously short of ammunition.
However, Lin Dong was still satisfied on the whole.
The battleship itself had little ammunition left. This was an objective situation. After all, he did not expect to encounter such a rich and massive galaxy before he entered the alternate space battlefield.
Lin Dong was very open-minded about this. As long as he continued to improve, he would not lack source points in the future.
Moreover, he had originally planned to go through several alternate space battlefields in order to gather enough source points to change the name of his battleship. This time around, he was quite happy that he had managed to do it all at once.
"Time to get things done!"
The first step was naturally to change the name of his Thunder Flash.
After connecting to the All Spark on the battleship, Lin Dong chose to re-engrave the name of the battleship. The command was accepted.
"Please enter a new name for your battleship."
"Time Ship," Lin Dong said with a tinge of excitement.
He was able to return to the past, so he wanted to give his battleship a name related to time.
"I'm sorry. The name that you have entered has already been used."
Lin dong frowned slightly. "Time Travel!"
"I'm sorry. The name that you have entered has already been used."
.....
After continuously changing more than 10 names, it kept showing that it could not be used. Lin Dong felt a little helpless.
He finally understood why most of the Spark battleships that he had come into contact with had such low standard names. Be it Lorne's Thunder Flash, or the Sylvester family's Leopard, Black Panther, Little Panther.
It was not that the commanders did not love their battleships, but the names of the Spark battleships could not be repeated. The ancestors had used up almost all the good names, so we could only use low standard names.

The Order
The Order takes place within the Human-led Empire, within Glory City. In this Empire in which Magic is policed and its use is regulated, Mages are required to have a licence in order to practice Magic. The Magically inclined, Non-Human Races that have lived under Human rule lived a markedly different life to Humans, which had led to a somewhat contentious relationship. A law enforcement agency known as The Order is responsible for maintaining Magical order, and is also responsible for doling out justice to those who break the law. Consisting of the Magic using Mages, and the more technologically inclined Knights, these Agents are regarded as protectors by some, but as oppressors by many. The tale follows the exploits of Izano Zuko, a mysterious man, covered from head to toe in burn scars and wrapped in bandages. He arrives in Glory City with the backing of the City Lord, unknown abilities and secret intentions. Trouble starts up almost as soon as he arrives, and Zuko is thrown into a conflict between the Order and an unknown enemy. This is a complete book, and I plan to upload a chapter every week or so. No cover as yet.
