At the same time, a meeting was taking place. It was not somewhere in the physical world though. The meeting was taking place inside the Mental World. Kurama had initiated contact with Shukaku.

"How are you, Raccoon?" Kurama greeted him.

Shukaku scoffed, "Huh, I heard you got caught while looking for me? Stupid Fox."

There was silence now, as well as some tension between them. Kurama sighed, "Let's not mess up and disappoint Shiro again. He was also locked in a cage for decades just like us. We're all victims here."

Shukaku agreed, "Yes, I had met Gyuki a long time ago. He told me what had happened. Who would have thought an Otsutsuki would come here? And Shiro being... an experiment."

"Never say that in front of him. I believe it's high time Shiro also starts a human family. Shiro and we are immortal, but we don't feel the heat or need for that kind of love, meanwhile, he does. We should try to find a good mate for him." Kurama suggested.

Shukaku agreed. Both of them were surprisingly being very cooperative with each other. "Yes, we should do that. Hehe... then we can play with a miniature Shiro again as he will have children."

Kurama also smiled while thinking of that, "I can... already imagine that. He will be getting us out soon. Let's not do anything to embarrass him."

"Sure, I can't wait to get to our country though," Shukaku said excitedly.

Kurama agreed and decided to leave. "I will be going back now, I need to have a conversation with my dumbass Jinchuriki."

But, surprisingly, in the greatest time of crisis in Konoha, these two were nowhere to be seen. Danzo, who was also a powerful shinobi, was nowhere to be seen. So, Jiraiya took the seat to his left and his son stood beside him to help him if needed.

Soon, in front of him, all the Jonin took a seat. They sat down on pillows and waited to hear what the Hokage had to say.

"All of you must be eager to understand what has been going on in the village since the morning. I am here to answer you all.

"Today, Sunagakure attacked us. But, they themselves were deceived by Orochimaru, who had killed their Kazekage and was impersonating him. He led the attack to destroy the village with the help of the one-tailed beast.

"He then used a forbidden jutsu to bring back Lord first, Lord second and Lord fourth to life, with all their might. But luckily, Lord Dama of the Dama Country helped us. As Orochimaru made Lord first and second to destroy the village, Lord Dama stopped Orochimaru.

"Then, seeing it would have led to more destruction if we fought there, to defeat the three reanimated Hokage, we decided to take them away from here, in which Lord Dama helped us.

"But, finally, I had to use the Dead Demon Consuming seal to defeat the three Hokages. Thankfully, Lord Dama helped me and didn't let my whole soul be taken by the Shinigami, that is why you see me alive today. This was what happened today."

He fabricated a lot of the parts of the story. Because he understood that there was no good if his village fought Shiroken. It was better if they thought good about him. Anyway, only Jiraiya, him and a few Anbu know about what truly happened.

"Who is Lord Dama, Lord Hokage? He was so easily able to tame the one-tails." Kakashi asked the question that mattered. He also wanted to know more about this Lord Dama, because the words of Monari had taken residence inside his mind.

Hokage glanced at Jiraiya, who nodded at him. Hiruzen sighed and started, "What I am about to tell you is top-secret and anyone who lets out this information will become a traitor. Do you still want to know? If you cannot promise this then leave."

Of course, only a fool would leave. All of them here were loyal battle-hardened Jonins, why would they fear keeping a secret? Each of them already carried many secrets that none knew.

Seeing their firm determination, Hiruzen spoke, "Lord Dama is... the son of the 9 tailed beasts."

*BOOM*

The meeting hall exploded into murmurs and questions. What Hiruzen said didn't make sense to anyone there. But, seeing Hiruzen and Jiraiya's serious face, they knew it must be true.

Asuma, who was standing beside Hiruzen, asked in shock, "Are you serious? How is that even possible?"

Hiruzen nodded and continued, "Calm down. I didn't say he was their biological son. He was adopted by them. Our Konoha has a history with him too, as he and Lord First fought decades ago when Lord First wanted to catch the beasts.

"But, according to Lord Hashirama's words, Lord Dama was busy fighting someone else at that moment. Someone so strong who could have destroyed our world as we know it. Seeing that he was not a match for either the strange being or Lord Dama, Lord First took advantage and caught all the tailed beasts, who were trying to help Lord Dama.

"Eventually, Lord Dama was able to defeat the strange being, but then for some reason, after the fight, Lord Dama disappeared for decades. Then, a few years ago he returned. And since then, he has been travelling the world, looking for the tailed beasts, his family, and freeing them.

"We... Lord Hashirama, and then us... we have been enslaving someone's family for decades. All of mankind has committed a big crime against him. Yet, he is benevolent and helps us."

When Hiruzen stopped, everyone took a deep breath. This was a lot to take in. This information had so many highlights. One, that Lord Dama was stronger than Hashirama, and two, that there was also a third person who was stronger. The enslaving crime also hit their minds hard.

"Lord Hokage, you said Lord Dama fought Lord First. But how can this be true? Lord Dama looks so young. At most, he's in his 40s." Kurenai asked.

This time Jiraiya spoke, "From what I understand, Lord Dama is not like us. He does not use Chakra either. What he entirely uses is Natural Energy. I do not know how that is possible but I know that there is a Great Toad Sage in Mount Myoboku who is more than a thousand years old. So, it is correct to assume that Lord Dama is at least centuries old. Not just him, but his sister, Monari, who has a Mangekyo Sharingan, also predates the formation of Konoha.

"These beings... They are, in true words, "Sages" of our world," Jiraiya revealed.

And it shocked everyone in the room. Their world view was shifting and such grand revelations were coming one after another. Most of them had only heard about the Mangekyo Sharingan, so news about Monari was as big as a shocker as Shiroken's age.

"H-How should we proceed with Lord Dama then?" Shikaku Nara asked the main question.

Hiruzen immediately blurted, "Caution and friendliness. He means no harm as long as we don't mean harm to him. And under no circumstances are any of you to spy on him. Always assume that he knows about you if you are even in a kilometre radius from him."

Inoichi Yamanaka seemed shocked, "HE HAS SUCH SENSORY TECHNIQUE?"

Jiraiya answered with a sigh, "I'm afraid he has all the techniques each of us in this room knows, but just increase their power by thousands of times. That will be his power."

Another round of gasps arose. At this moment, they truly accepted that Shiroken was a true Sage.
