The atmosphere at the mountain was really cold, so cold that the queen got chapped lips.

"Kid, little girl are you here?" she called out but got no response and due to tiredness, she sat down in the snow by a tree.

"I hope I see you again kid, I will help you," she said as the guy in blue appeared and she jumped.

"H... how did you find me?" she asked,

"You have a strong scent, I came to give you a heads up my army won't be arriving at your kingdom anytime soon so you still have a little time to think about my deal, I am giving you a second chance your highness do not waste it," he said as she pushed her and she was about to fall off the clip but she held on tightly as he disappeared laughing.

"That bastard," she said as she tried to pull herself up but just then the tiger that she saw earlier came, placed his tail out and she grabbed onto it then the tiger pulled her up.

She threw herself on the snow and sighed.

"Thank you: she said then the tiger licked her hand and she patted it on the head.

"Thank you kitty," she said and it purred.

"Ah kitty did you see a little girl with black hair and in rags come through here?" she asked but unfortunately the tiger could not speak.

She laughed and hugged the tiger.

"I have always had my friends around me and now that I am alone again..." she said then sighed,

"I know maybe I can keep you, I have never had a pet before," she said and the tiger stared at her.

"What?" she asked as she got up smiling and then tiger followed her as she went back to the cabin.

Upon arriving there the huge cat went in with her and lay down on her soft mat.

She smiled ", make yourself at home".

The girl then went into the kitchen and prepared some food for herself and the big cat while doing that she wrote a letter for her brother and sent it using her magic by creating a fake hawk.

Back in Margovia, they received the letter sent to them from Octavia.

"Whose letter is it?" Michael said as the hawk disappeared,

"It is from Octavia" he responded and they all surrounded him to hear what it said.

Liam opened the letter and read it out loud, "hi brother I am sorry for leaving the way I did and I hope you guys are doing fine. I did not want to hurt you at all, but I feel that it is safer for you guys when I am not around, hope you are not angry there Liam".

They all smiled.

"Well at least we know she is fine, what else does it say?" Scarlette asked,

"It also says, "I want to tell you that you guys should be careful I do not think that the guy in blue will attack at the time we expected him to, stay safe and have your guard up at all times he is cunning".

"That is all it says, she is warning us, therefore the guy in blue met with her again," Liam said,

"You think she will be fine on her own he is dangerous?" Michael asked and Cassius folded his cuffs in anger.

"She will be fine right Liam?" Cassius asked,

"Probably, dang let's just be careful and watch who you speak to outside of this castle, I am going to tell Daniel" Liam responded,

"No need I heard everything," Daniel said,

"How long have you been standing there?" Liam asked,

"Just when the hawk came" he responded and they laughed.

"Well we might as well take a break, let's go to the waterfall there we will be able to take some fresh air," Augustus said,

"You are right let's pack some things and take a break" Scarlette replied,

"Okay we will help," Michael said as they went to the kitchen and packed a basket of things, which were mostly eatables then they all walked to the waterfall and placed everything under a huge purple blossom tree.

As they all sat down Michael laid back on the soft grass.

"This feels really good," he said with a sigh,

"Yeah, it is nice to get a break" Cassius replied as he drank some water.

While they were relaxing Octavia was feeding her new pet, which behaved well for a tiger and that surprised the queen.

"You are a really good kitty," she said as she rubbed its head.

She then sat down near the cat, closed her eyes, and focused on her dark energy.

A little while after she started glowing white and the cat jumped then stared at her.

"If I can have proper control over the darkness within then I will be able to protect my friends, I have to rely on something that I have always hated, the darkness," she said to herself as she inhaled and exhaled.

Soon enough the darkness started to come out of her body and surround her like a little tornado that is about to cause a lot of destruction as she floated in the air.

"I wish to control the darkness within me," she said as her body stopped glowing white and started to glow black but just then her powers started to go out of control and the darkness threw her outside into a tree and her leg got injured then the darkness disappeared and the cat went to her.

The cat rubbed its head against her in tension and she rubbed its head then smiled as she got up but due to her injury she nearly fell and the cat braced her.

"Thank you," she said as she held onto the cat and went back into the cabin.

"Thank you, will you stay with me Kitty?" she asked as she treated her ankle, and then the cat sat by her side showing her that it's not going anywhere.
