After everyone finished eating they went to bed and since Michael had gotten used to Octavia it was a little hard for him to sleep but he did anyway.

After a night's rest, they woke up early the next morning to do what they can for the coronation.

Liam got up, took a bath then got dressed and went to have breakfast.

"Good morning Liam," Scarlette said,

"Morning Scar" he replied and they sat down.

"Are you ready for today Liam?" Michael asked,

"Yeah I am let's eat and start preparing I want to get this over with" he responded,

"Okay well after your coronation I will be returning home, I learned a lot while being here now I need to take care of my people too," Augustus said,

" Well now you sound more mature that's more like it" Michael replied and the king posted with a frown.

"You never quit do you kid? " Augustus asked,

"Nope I do not" Michael responded.

"Quit it you two, we do not have time to waste right now," Liam said as he ate.

'Sorry" Augustus replied and they began having their breakfast.

About half an hour later when they finished Scarlette and Cecile went to check on the pre[rations that were nearly complete.

"Decorating used to be Octavia's specialty, now we have to manage on our own" Cecile said,

"I was not close to the queen but I know she was a great person and from what I heard a lot of people betrayed her" Scarlette replied as she helped the maid decorate the throne room.

'True I guess in more than one way she was a little too forgiving, Damien betrayed her parents but yet she made him her ally and now that she is gone he is ours" Cecile said with a frown.

"Things will change but we will have to cope without her highness, it's the only way to move on and I am sorry you lost the only person you ever loved" Scarlette replied and tears came to Cecile's eyes.

"I am sorry I didn't mean," Scarlette said and the girl hugged her then she hugged the little demon back.

"It's fine, I never thought that this would happen now we cannot imagine the world with them gone even if he could have never loved me it would be nice if..... " Cecile replied and the Scarlette sighed then patted her on the head.

"you guys were a nice couple, come on it is almost time let's prepare for the royals and the people, it's time for their new king to be announced," Scarlette said as Cecile raised up and smiled,

'Thank you" she said,

'You are welcome, go change I am going to check on Liam" Scarlette replied and left while Cecile went to change.

Scarlette went to Liam's room and saw that he was getting dressed as the guests were arriving.

"Hey," she said,

"Everything ready?" he asked,

"Yeah everything is..." she responded and he smiled.

"Well let's get going, I am tired of being in this suit already," he said and she laughed,

"Come on" she replied as both of them walked o the throne and as he entered the people of the city bowed to him and the royals stood up.

The prince stood in front of his sister's throne and sighed as Augustus came forth with his father's golden crown.

"Do you know what I will be asking you?" he asked,

"Yes i do" he responded,

"Well answer carefully," Augustus said.

"Don't worry I will, please get this over with I feel my blood boiling here" he replied,

'Okay do you Liam Anderson accept to always protect this kingdom as your sister did?" he asked and Liam swallowed deeply then remembered what his sister said to him earlier,

"I do" he responded and Scarlette smiled,

"Do you accept to always be honest and just to your people?" he asked,

"I do" the boy responded,

"Good now, will there be equal rights for both supernatural creatures and normal beings?" he asked,

"As my sister made this law I will do my best to uphold it, therefore yes there will be and whom so ever tries to break it will be punished severely" he responded and everyone smiled,

"Will you change anything that your sister and your parents created?" he asked,

"I would never and if anyone tries to destroy those things will lose a limb" he responded with a smile,

"Well that concludes it I hereby crown you the new leader of Margovia king Liam," Augustus said as the boy bowed and he placed the crown on his head then everyone bowed to him and raised back up.

"Guys as you can see we had a loss yesterday and the decoration and everything else couldn't be done properly due to the little amount of time we had, the kingdom could not be left without a leader," Liam said,

"We understand" the duke who used to be Octavia's friend and admirer replied as they all got up congratulated him and then went to have some refreshments.

'Congratulations your highness" Scarlette said,

'Thanks don't make it a big deal please" he replied then she patted him on the head and he sighed,

'You spoiled my hair, I am sure you won't like if I do that to yours" he said then pulled her hair and she frowned,

"Idiot," she said and he smiled.

"Congratulations Liam," Michael said as they hugged,

'Thanks, man" he replied,

"Uh... when all of this is over, I want a portrait of my sis in the hall and one with the prince," Liam said,

"I will take care of that rest easy" Cecile replied as Liam held onto his head.

"Uh, I will eventually need a queen by my side think you will stick around Scarlette?" Liam asked and the girl's face turned pink and they all laughed,

"Of course I will I have nowhere to go" she responded.

"Well here cheers to the new future," Michael said as they all drank some wine and that was the new beginning of everyone's life without their beloved queen.
