Primordial Dimensions Chapter 208

Shane smiled brightly when he saw the seven familiar outlines of his aunts and uncles.
Including his father, there were 12 people he spent most of his time with, but he was only close to 8 of them.
He could see everyone he was close to right now, which made Shane extremely happy.
From Aunt Gabi, who taught archery and how to act in the wilderness, to Aunt Kia, who taught him everything about knowledge, war-strategies, everyone was there.
If anyone were to see his aunts and uncles at the same place they would probably faint because at least one of them was most likely their role model.
However, Shane could only feel happy to see Aunt Gabi, Aunt Kia, Aunt Loris, Aunt Lory and Uncle Max, Uncle Lars, Uncle Kai, and Uncle Cheng, all at one place after such a long time.
In the end, all of them were one big team that supported each other in all ways. While Aunt Loris and Uncle Kai worked hard to supply everyone with weapons and potions, Aunt Lory and Uncle Cheng were the strongest combat fighters.
On the other side, Aunt Gabi was good at tracking down enemies while Lars was well versed in fighting and leading other people, which gave him the right to become mankind's Marshall.
Last but not least, there was Uncle Max, the only tamer on their team. He was not the best fighter but he tried his best to research all kinds of beasts to find their weaknesses which he would share with humanity once his information was proven to be correct.
Additionally, he wanted the [Tamer] occupation to excel further because it was a strong occupation as long as one was able to make the best out of it.
Max always complained that there was no system guide to help the taming occupation to acquire a skill about how to evolve tamed beasts or to upgrade their quality, which would allow the Tamers to become extremely powerful!
If he knew that Shane exactly had the skill he was dying to have himself, Uncle Max would be overjoyed.

However, that would only last for a short moment because Shane would have to tell him that this quality upgrade skill was restricted to his own beasts.
As such, he would only know what ingredients his tamed beasts required to increase their quality.
This was extremely good for Shane, but at the same time, it would fuel other's jealousy which is not really favorable.
Even if Shane was happy to see his family again, the world seed within him was currently screaming for the mana that was compressed inside the mana stones behind him.
Thus, he exerted his title's skill and unleashed the world seed's complete mana absorption in an instant.
The moment he unleashed his world seed's mana absorption, Shane began to exert his [Tier-2 (Gold)] mana gathering technique as well which opened his pores allowing more mana to enter his body at an accelerated pace.
His current mana absorption pace was comparable if not stronger to everyone around him at the moment.
This was shocking but even more so was that the mana around Shane seemed to have great amity with him and one could see jealousy, pride, and hope in everyone's eyes.
"If he could use all of that for himself, he wouldn't be put to shame against someone at the Exalted stage…" Uncle Kai mumbled before he turned toward Kia.
"And you are sure that this is only a one-time occurrence? Both mana absorption and demand for mana will decrease rapidly after the world seed within Shane blooms, right?"
Uncle Kai seemed to be hopeful and frightened at the same time, and he sighed in relief when Aunt Kia replied
"His mana absorption will decrease rapidly while the same applies for his mana demand. The current situation only occurred because Shane reduced the period until the world seed blooms to a very short time.
The World inside Shane won't need much to supply itself in the beginning because its size will most likely be that of a grain. Only once it becomes larger will its demand increase.

As such, Shane has to be careful in the future about how large his world can become to supply it with enough mana inside and outside the Primordial Dimensions. I don't know how strong the suction force of his world's mana absorption will be, but I guess it's corresponding or similar to Shane's mana absorption. There is an additional factor that seems to be his great amity with mana particles but that is definitely advantageous...Further--"
"Kia, I know you like to hold long speeches but how about we focus on Shane now? You can explain everything once we have laid the mana stones around him, right?" Aunt Lory intervened Kia's speech which Shane had been listening to carefully and he grumbled
"Restless as always…"
This caused Aunt Lory to turn around with a devilish smile as she asked
"What did you say??"
Avoiding eye contact with the Devil Lory as Shane liked to call her in his mind, he tried to change the subject as he said,
"The large hill of mana stones is already laid out, what else is there to prepare for me?"
Before Lory could say anything, Max intervened as he answered him with a teasing smile
"You think that this batch of mana stones is enough to let your world seed blossom? That's just a small part of the batch your father brought. The other mana stones from Merl, Mayr, and Olar are still with us.
It's obvious why they're not here, but you should be aware of their submissive behavior when your father is on a trip, right? They're probably somewhere wagging their tails, following him."
It was clear that Uncle Max did not think highly of Merl, Mayr, and Olar who were also considered as Shane's aunt and uncles.
They always followed Shane's father and it was rare to see them separated which was frowned upon by everyone.
According to what Shane had figured out so far, the three had been once saved by his father which caused them to thank him by signing a system contract with John Stella.
However, Shane had no way of knowing that because neither his father spoke about that nor his aunts and uncles knew about it.
Maybe they knew and they were reluctant to let him know which was also possible, but he perceived that the latter was unlikely.
Shane just nodded his head after Uncle Max finished speaking and everyone started to unload their mana stones, before a huge mountain of [Soul] grade mana stones laid in front of him.
They separated them a little so as to perfectly fit in the radius of his world seed's mana absorption.
He was completely surrounded by mana stones hailing from the advanced dimension which made him hopeful and he could already feel the mana surging within him, as Aunt Kia said.
"If possible, try to enter a calm state for the next few days to absorb mana. The most you absorb in the beginning, the fewer the hurdles, in the end, will become! Your world seed's demand for mana is slightly higher than we estimated, but there are more than enough mana stones to supply the world seed for the next two weeks….I think."
Shane, who was seated in the middle of a huge mass of mana stones couldn't help but raise his eyebrows as he heard Aunt Kia's confident voice that turned uncertain at the end when she finished with the words "..I think"
This caused him to shout out "YOU THINK?" and everyone else present thought exactly the same as they eyed Kia.
Uncle Cheng who had been quiet the entire time suddenly asked,
"What are we going to do if the world seed doesn't bloom because there is not enough mana?"

The Choice is Not Yours
Author's Note: (As of November 20, 2021) I rewrote all the chapters perhaps more than a year ago, but haven't announced that I did so. Because that kind of announcement would include something along the lines of, "I'm working on the story so expect new chapters!" But the truth is, I lack motivation to do anything. And I would hate myself if I broke a promise. I'm extremely sorry if you have been patiently waiting for uploads. These days, I've been studying, not well, but studying somewhat. I will definitely bring more to show, with regular uploads. If not this story then there's another story I've been writing that's really exciting to me. It's not exactly similar to this story since it has a male lead and he is a baneful asshole with even less morals. I hope you'll like it when it comes to existence. And I'll leave my announcement off with the aforementioned promise. Meet Amber, a tomboyish, unstable, and cheeky lass who likes to keep to herself. According to her, she'll live the rest of her life on auto-pilot mode, awhile holding onto the few things that make her remotely happy. However, she forgot that people never really leave you alone, be it humans or even the Gods. And exactly that happens, ending her monotonous life on such the Gods' whim. But at what cost to her? Will she be able to hold onto the things she holds dear? Or will she fail miserably and lose herself in the process? That's what the Gods want to know. Disclaimer: I do not own the cover photo.Warning: If you are easily triggered, I am not writing this novel for you.
