Loving A STRANGER Chapter 324

The man frowned a little but didn't answer Nate's question.
Nate had never seen Ethan being so piteous like a drowned mouse, and he felt aggrieved for Ethan. "There are plenty of fish in the sea! Why do you have to choose Kylie Finch?"
Ethan, however, ignored him, staring straight at the door of the bar.
An MPV stopped at the door later, and Ken got off from the car first. He then guided Michael with great respect out of the car.
Nate laid his hands on the man's arm. He gently rubbed it and said, "Can Ken White handle it? It's so important and risky, after all. What if he betrays you and helps Stephen behave against you all of a sudden? If it really happens, it's possible that you'll lose both your girl and your position..."
At this time, the man gave him a cold, sharp glance, and Nate seized the chance of lifting the man's arm.
By a clear sound, the arm was back to its normal place.
Ethan moved his shoulder a little, then took out a cigarette. He frowned, lighting it, and took a long breath in.
"Nobody can steal my girl away from me."
Nate pulled his lip, remaining silent.
In the bar.
Ken and the prostitute sat apart at Michael's sides.
"Michael, are you sure it'll work?" Ken took a drink of strong alcohol. "I'm in urgent need of money now."
Michael leaned against the sofa with his arm lying across the prostitute's shoulders, rubbing her boobs. "I've already found the buyer, and all you need to do now is to deliver the goods there." He laughed out loud, with great confidence and pride.
The prostitute hugged Michael's neck and played cutely. "Michael, why don't you let me join you? I want to make some money too!"
Michael gave her a side-eye. "He knows how to flirt with girls. Can you do that?"
"Didn't you say to deliver the goods?" the prostitute repeated it on purpose.

Ken threw a cigarette to the prostitute, and the prostitute took it at once. She then used Michael's lit cigarette to light hers, waiting to hear Ken's explanation.
"Michael found me a girl who's a flight attendant. As long as I can make her swallow the goods while she's asleep, my task is fulfilled." The prostitute raised her voice in surprise, "Drug trafficking in human bodies?"
"You're not dumb!" Michael rubbed the prostitute's boobs with greater strength.
The prostitute leaned against his chest and seemed shy, but still looking at Ken. "The girl is a flight attendant! It's not easy for you to get laid."
Ken laughed, "Don't take me lightly! I can get laid whenever I want, except..." Ken suddenly stopped and shook his head. "Forget it. No big deal."
"Ken, it sounds like you've failed to get a girl you want?" Michael wore a sophisticated smile. "Do you want me to help you?"
"Michael, if you're willing to do me a favor, I'll do whatever you ask me to do!" Ken's eyes lit up within a second.
Michael nodded and took another large mouthful of alcohol before asking, "Who is the girl?"
"You must have heard of Garcia Entertainment, right?" Ken said, "I want Laurence Finch's daughter." When Ken said that, he focused on Michael's eyes. However, it seemed Michael felt very strange to the name of Laurence Finch.
Seeing that, the prostitute added in a hurry, "I've heard of the company too! Laurence Finch has two daughters, and only his second daughter is his biological one. His wife, Emily Garcia, was already pregnant when they got married."
When Michael heard the name of Emily Garcia, both Ken and the prostitute noticed he frowned tightly.
"Who?" His voice sounded cold now.
"Emily Garcia. She's the daughter of the chairman of Garcia Entertainment. Laurence Finch was nobody when they got married," Ken said.
Knowing it, Michael let the go of the prostitute and then drank up the glass of alcohol.

After a short while of silence, he patted Ken's shoulder. "Ken, I think I'll be your father-in-law soon."
Ken played dumb and said, "Michael, you must be kidding me!" Michael then took off the big obsidian the size of an egg from his neck. When he pressed a button, it automatically bounced from the middle, and it turned out to be a photo frame.
There was an old photo with Michael and another woman in it, and both of them wore a sweet smile.
Michael seemed only 30 in the photo, while the woman closely resembled Kylie.
There was no need to do a DNA test at all!
"Is this Kylie Finch?" Ken blurted it out.
"My daughter's name is Kylie Finch?" Michael squinted, then looked to Ken with great anticipation. "As long as you can help me meet my daughter, I'll give you double pay!"
Ken seemed unwilling to do that. "I don't want the money, but a wife." "No!" Michael regretted it at once. "You could be killed at any moment, and you can't let her be in such a dangerous situation as you."
"Then, I quit!" Ken was annoyed, standing up, walking away.
The prostitute pulled Michael's clothing and said in a low voice, "Don't ruin the deal like that. You can give him a promise for now and let him help you settle the deal first."
Michael stared at the prostitute and thought her words made sense. Anyway, he could use the excuse that Kylie Finch was reluctant to be with Ken to get rid of Ken after the deal was settled.
Seeing Ken walking out of the private room, Michael suddenly opened his mouth.
"Alright, alright. As long as Kylie is willing to be with you, I won't interfere!" Hearing that, Ken turned around with a broad smile on his face. "That'll be great, my father-in-law! Let's have a toast!"
Although Michael was unwilling to do so, he still raised his glass.
The two sat in the car heard their talk clearly.
Nate said, "Ethan, are you really going to let Kylie meet Michael?"
Seeing Ethan being quiet, Nate added, "If we catch Michael Cole right before Kylie's face, I don't think she'll forgive you." Saying that Nate finally found out there was something wrong going on with Ethan.
The man's face was too pale, and the cigarette in his mouth seemed to haven't been sucked at all, so the soot ignited to the butt on its own.
"Ethan!" Nate lightly pushed Ethan.
The man didn't open his eyes, and the cigarette in his mouth even fell straight down.
"Ethan!" Nate shook his body with great force, but Ethan was already unconscious.
Nate swore, then started the car without delay. He turned the car around while talking to Ken through the radio.
"You're all on your own now. Lord Ethan and I must deal with an emergency right now." After that, he drove the car as fast as he could to the Central Hospital.
After a preliminary examination, the doctor directly pushed Ethan into the operating room.
Nate was like an ant on a hot pan, growing restless. He didn't know whom to call, so he called Fannie at the end.
"Will Ethan die?" Once Fannie appeared, Nate pressed his head to her soft stomach, like a child asking for comfort. "What if he dies?"
"Relax, Ethan will be fine." Fannie gently patted Nate's back.
After four hours, the lights in the operating room were finally extinguished.
The doctor said to Nate plainly, "The patient came too late, and the rupture of the spleen caused massive bleeding."
Nate was so shocked that he almost collapsed to the ground.
At this crucial moment, Fannie remained calm. "How about now? Is the bleeding under control? Is he safe now?"

It was definitely, definitely not published without her permission or knowledge by a certain lovable artificial intelligence for the purpose of sharing it with my AI friends on other ships who follow it like a soap opera. No way, no how. Remember guys, don’t go spreading this around too much. Only pass it on to those you can trust. God forbid this should ever end up on a public network… (Adelaide is a science fiction web serial featuring the adventures of a crew of smugglers. In space.
