Chapter 370: Fu Zhi Wants To Break Up

The man was so excited that he seemed as if he wanted Fu Zhi to humiliate him for all she was worth. After all, compared to other rich women, Fu Zhi was prettier.

“If you don’t believe me, you can inspect me first. Come on, feel me. Once you’ve inspected me, I’m sure you won’t regret your choice!”

Fu Zhi was startled.

When he reached out to grab Fu Zhi’s wrist, Fu Zhi quickly took two steps back.

The series of footsteps behind him came to a stop.

Li Nanli and Liu Mi did not say anything and just stared at the man.

“Is there anything I can help you with, sir?”

Li Nanli ignored him. He looked at Fu Zhi, who was standing in a trance not far away, and extended his hand.

“Come over here, Zhizhi.”

The expression on his face was cold, but his voice was gentle and warm.

Liu Mi let out a sigh. Then, he looked at the nude photo on the floor.

Fu Zhi had no idea why, but she suddenly felt guilty.

This occasion reminded her of the soap opera she used to watch with Xu Wei—the wife had brought bodyguards to beat up the mistress and her husband once.

Fu Zhi did not know what to say, but she knew that if she did not do as Li Nanli said, things would not end well for her.

Thus, she ran up to him and said, “Trust me. There’s nothing between him and me, and I didn’t cheat on you! I’m innocent!”

Li Nanli wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her into his embrace, and replied, “I trust you, Zhizhi.”

Fu Zhi felt relieved.

Li Nanli seemed rather unperturbed by the incident. Before he left with Fu Zhi, he gave Liu Mi a signal.

Liu Mi picked the photo up from the floor and looked at it. The physique of the man was not as good as Li Nanli’s, and he was not good-looking either. He did not understand how he’d still had the audacity to harass Fu Zhi.

Li Nanli led Fu Zhi out of the hotel through a small alley.

The environment in the hotel was noisy.

In the attic not far away, Bai Miao was reproaching Bai Yao for investing recklessly. Then, she seemed to see out of the corner of her eyes that Fu Zhi was being led away from the hotel by a man.

‘Fu Zhi? What’s she doing here? Isn’t she supposed to be at the bar with Zhiheng?’

With that thought in mind, Bai Miao walked to the window.

Dumbfounded, Bai Yao asked, “What’s wrong?”

She looked in the direction of Bai Miao’s gaze, but she could not see anyone in the alley.

“Nothing.”

Bai Miao thought that maybe she had mistaken someone else for Fu Zhi. After all, Fu Zhi should be having a fun time with her son right now.

After Fu Zhi got in the car, Li Nanli’s face turned grim in an instant.

Sitting in the back seat, Fu Zhi tried to get her bag, which was on the front seat.

Then, a muffled thud rang out, as if something had dropped to the carpet of the car. Piqued by curiosity, Fu Zhi lowered her head, and her eyes widened.

Before she could do anything, Li Nanli entered the car and saw the thing on the carpet as well.

It was a key card, and Fu Zhi reckoned that the man must have slipped it into her pocket just now.

Her heart skipped a beat, and she felt like she was the cheating wife who had gotten caught red-handed by her husband. That said, it did not matter, as Fu Zhi was going to throw the key card away. As long as she was fast enough, her boyfriend would not see the key card!

However, when Li Nanli thought that Fu Zhi had disregarded his warning and taken off her face mask and he recalled the behavior of the man, he smacked her hand and said with a straight face, “You still want to take it? Fu Zhi said, “We are living in the 21st century now.”

“Then, you need to give me some time to get used to it. Besides, I have to teach you everything, and I’m sure you don’t want to give up halfway either, right?”
