'Hmm… This is some really nice smelling tea.' A man in white robes said as he had made his tea from some new leaves he had bought earlier.
'This must surely taste good then.' The man said as he brought the teacup to his lips and let the liquid slowly but surely, enter through his lips and into his mouth.

However, before he was even able to swallow, there were 3 loud and quick knocks on his door.
"PFFTTT!!!" He immediately spat out the tea that was in his mouth as he looked at his door with a frown.
'Who the heck disturbed me when I was drinking my tea.' The man thought to himself as he placed down the teacup and cleaned the floor before he walked to the door.
"What is it." He asked as he opened the door.
However, he was faced with two youths.
"What is it Chad and whoever you are." The man asked them both.
"So, we just had two new members to our dormitory. However, they didn't get their communication devices yet, and they went to explore the mountain. They haven't come back yet! And it's been hours." Chad answered.
"What! That's bad! Do you know what their names were?!" The man asked him.
"No! They never told me. However, it's been hours! It's literally night, and crows don't normally caw at night." Chad said.
"Ugh… Crows cawing at night isn't just some tale told to scare children. It's actually true. We have some bad luck on our hands. It's better if I go. You all stay here." The man said as he went to his closet to get a change of clothes, as well as armor.
"Alright then." The man said as he finally walked to the wall, where a sword was laying on two pieces of wood to keep it from falling.

"Let's go." The man said as he opened his window and jumped through it.
"... The heck? Is the landlord always like this?" Benji asked Chad.
"Yeah, no. I think he has two personalities. One dumb, and another really dumb personality." Chad replied as he went inside the landlord's room to close his window.
He then left the room and closed it. He was even nice enough to put a sign on the landlord's door saying he was away for the time being.
"Do you think those two will be fine?" Benji asked Chad.
"Ahahaha… How in the world would I know? You know I am weak for a benchmark. You can't compare a beast to a human being. Seeing how that they had to dispatch an entire team to kill the beast, who knows if two kids can eliminate it." Chad replied.

"Growll." A growl came from outside the cave.
"Here it comes!" Lance said as he got into a stance with his katana.
"Yeah!" Sam shouted as he had his shield and hammer ready for any incoming attacks.

'Ayaya! Please don't be late me!' The landlord thought to himself as he bolted from tree to tree while his sword was attached to his waist.
