Georges stood up with panic written all over his face. "Please don't say that, I wouldn't dare to let Young Master Xishen be my patient."

"Cut the crap," Huo Xishen ordered in a cold and aloof tone of voice. "I want the treatment plan."

"Mr. Huo, this is a psychological issue that I really don't have a treatment plan for. You have to overcome it yourself!"

Georges was close to getting down on his knees.

He had been volunteering at a clinic that provided free medical treatment for the needy some time ago. Now that he finally had the time to go for a vacation, he planned to go to the Maldives to get some sun but he was suddenly forcefully taken away by Huo Xishen's subordinates to treat his misogyny.

'Damn it! I told him to get it treated years ago but he refused to do so. Yet, he suddenly wants to get it treated now for the sake of his wife who's apparently too vulnerable to take care of herself?'

Georges secretly criticized Huo Xishen in disdain but he nevertheless, remained smiling on the surface. "Chengyu can vouch for me, there really isn't a treatment plan for this."

Huo Xishen didn't put him in a difficult spot, which was rather rare of him. After a moment of silence, he suddenly said, "If I don't break out in cold sweat or feel nauseous after having physical contact with women, does that mean that my condition has gotten much better?"

"Uh...it should be the case..." Georges looked at Huo Xishen with some curiosity. "Did you have physical contact with your wife? Did you two accidentally sleep with each other?"

Georges looked extremely gossipy.

Huo Xishen replied in an unusually calm manner, "She kissed me."

"Oh."

Georges first lowered his head unaffectedly but he soon processed what he heard and came to a sudden realization. Staring wide-eyed at Huo Xishen, he asked, "What!? Did you say that your wife kissed you?"

Huo Xishen nodded.

Georges and Huo Chengyu looked at each other with their mouths wide open. In the end, all they said was "sh*t".

After a long time, Georges snapped back to his senses and said, "Ahem, well, let's congratulate our dear Mr. Huo Xishen who has technically been single all his life, on finally losing his first kiss."

After saying that, he even clapped his hands merrily.

Huo Xishen clipped with a threatening gaze, "Get straight to the point."

"Fine, what did you feel at the time?"

"I broke out in some cold sweat."

"Anything else?"

"I trembled a little."

"Anything else?"

Huo Xishen pursed his lips and didn't say anything.

Georges knew that this meant that he didn't have any other reactions.

He snapped his fingers and said with excitement, "That's a good thing. Maybe, you'll be able to completely accept your wife after sharing a few more kisses with her. Then, you'll be able to do whatever you want to do with her and have no problem bearing several children."

Huo Xishen was a little surprised too. "Xishen, I didn't expect you and Jinyi to progress so quickly."

Huo Xishen glanced at him ambiguously and said, "I'd prefer if you address her as your sister-in-law."

Huo Chengyu smiled at him, picked up a medical book, and started reading it.

After leaving the base camp, Huo Xishen sent Yan Jinyi a video call request.

Yan Jinyi was having spicy hotpot with Tan Sangsang.

When the video call was connected, Yan Jinyi was chewing on a large slice of beef and enjoying herself while facing the camera.

"What's up?" Her words were a bit slurred.

Huo Xishen stared at her greasy lips.

"Darling, what are you eating?"

"Spicy hotpot. Mr. Huo, do you want to join us?" Yan Jinyi asked as she pointed the camera at her bowl of soup that had a thick layer of chili oil floating above it.

Huo Xishen was a picky eater and in his opinion, spicy hotpot was junk food.

Yan Jinyi was just being polite by asking him and totally didn't expect him to accept her invitation at all.

He even arrived as soon as he could.

At this point, Yan Jinyi had just finished eating. She was seated on a small chair by the side of the road with her head raised as she looked at Huo Xishen.

Clad in a turtleneck sweater and a black coat, paired with trousers and expensive leather shoes, he looked rather out of place.
