Chapter 357: He Catches Us Up
Translator: Transn Editor: Transn
No one was outside Skygale Valley.
The wind had already eased off and it was at it weakest so everyone used this chance to step in.
SWOOSH!
Su Mo moved as fast as a lightning while rushing into Skygale Valley like a bright light.
As soon as he entered the valley, more than a dozen sharp wind blades immediately went for his face. Even before hitting him, he already felt a cold chill all over his skin. This made him see that the weakened wind blades were still extremely powerful.
He immediately made a large air shield of Genuine Vitality to block them.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
The shield shook sharply whith every hit.
However, they were not strong enough to break Su Mo’s air shield and he rushed into the depths of the valley with his incredible speed.
The deeper into the valley he dived, the stronger the wind was. The power of the wind blade was comparable to a strong weapon.
After a kilometer, a few figures appeared in front of him. Most of them were at Lv 6 True Spirit Realm.
However, some of them were covered with blood and retreating in shock.
One kilometer was their limit because they were not strong enough. They had no chance to reach the depths of the valley.
Su Mo continued moving forward at a tremendous speed and quickly started passing a few people.
“Huh! He is only at Lv 6 True Spirit Realm. His fast speed will just lead him to death!”
Those who were overtaken said that resentfully.
Ignoring their dissatisfaction, Su Mo kept moving forward, but when he was four miles away from the entry, his air shield of Genuine Vitality was no longer useful, so he had to cover his body with a thick layer of Body-protection Genuine Vitality instead of the shield.

Furthermore, with his level of physical defense even if these wind blades hit on his body, they would not leave any wound.
However, no wound did not mean painless, so he made that protection for himself.
The defense of his Body-protection Genuine Vitality and his physical body were strong enough to block the attack of a Lv 7 True Spirit Realm martial artist. Of course, the hypothetical attacker had to be an ordinary one, and none of the martial artists here were ordinary.
Su Mo’s speed was still pretty fast, and he quickly rushed deep into the valley. On his way, he had been taking all the attacks of the wind blades.
Even if some strong wind blade occasionally broke his Body-protection Genuine Vitality and hit on his body, the blade would crack at once without inflicting any damage on him.
Soon, all of the Lv 6 True Spirit Realm martial artists had been overtaken by him and a dozen Lv 7 True Spirit Realm martial artists appeared in front of him.
“Hmm?”
These men were slowly moving forward. Su Mo’s appearance surprised them.
“How powerful his defense is!”
They all exclaimed surprised by Su Mo’s wicked defense.
SWOOSH!
Su Mo speeded toward them; he would instantly overtake them at that speed.
“Boy, I won’t let you overtake us. Get back!”
In front of Su Mo, a handsome young man in black sneered and suddenly punched Su Mo.
He did not want to be passed. The more people there were in front of him, the fewer chances he had he could get 10,000-year Stalactite.
RUMBLE!
A giant fist radiance rushed toward Su Mo.
Fighting in Skygale Valley was more difficult than in the outside world. First of all, the fighters had to be careful of the terrifying wind blades. Moreover, long-range attacks would be weakened by the wind blades.

Half of the young man’s fist radiance power had been drained away before it hit Su Mo.
“You’re digging your grave!”
Su Mo crashed the attack with one punch and coldly looked at him.
Afterward, he approached the young man in an instant.
CLANG!
He quickly pulled out his Spirit-slayer Sword and lashed the young man in black. The moving sword gave off a dazzling light in the air.
“Scram!” the man shouted angrily and punched the sword radiance.
…
He was not afraid of Su Mo at all because his attack appeared to be too weak in his eyes.
In a moment, the fist collided with the sword radiance.
POOM!
A muffled sound was heard and then the violent force poured from Spirit-slayer Sword broke the young man’s Body-protection Genuine Vitality.
SWOOSH!
The poor man flew out like a shell and was torn into pieces by the fierce wind blades after flying only a few meters away.
SWISH!
Su Mo quickly grabbed the man’s hand and put it into his storage ring.
The reason was that the man’s storage ring was on that hand.
“How’s that possible?”
The death of the young man shocked others.
The man Su Mo had killed was a Lv 7 True Spirit Realm expert and was one of the top five geniuses of a strong domain, but he had been instantly murdered by a Lv 6 True Spirit Realm martial artist.
“He’s a Body-refining Expert!”
No one dared to stop Su Mo again.
He also did not kill anyone else and quickly rushed toward the depths of Skygale Valley.
He was very anxious and feared that Hu Yuanlong would take 10,000-year Stalactite if he was too late.
The Stalactite was a treasure which not only could cure Li Feng’s elixir field but also had great usefulness for him. He could not miss it.
Skygale Valley was so vast it almost seemed as if it had no end. There were dark and shining rock walls on both sides of the roads and wind blades were all over the place, greatly blocking his vision.
After Su Mo moved forward for another eight miles, he finally saw Hu Yuanlong and his friends a few miles away.
He also saw the end of Skygale Valley. About one kilometer in front of Hu Yuanlong, there was a huge cave with and entrance with a diameter of dozens of meters. The cave looked like an Archean Giant Beast’s mouth.
Su Mo guessed that the 10,000-year Stalactite was in that cave.
At the moment, the power of the wind blades where Su Mo was standing was more than ten times stronger than that in the entrance.
His Body-protection Genuine Vitality did not work at all under the attack of these sharp blades, which hit directly on his body.
The impacts of the cutting slashes on his body kept making loud sounds.
His physical defense was not strong enough to block these sharp wind blades, and small knife marks appeared on his skin causing excruciating pain.
SWISH!
He had to dodge some strong wind blades and swung his sword to destroy those he could not dodge.
Therefore, his speed greatly slowed down.
“Eh? Someone catches us up!”
As Su Mo approached them, Hu Yuanlong and others found him and looked at him in a malicious way.

Outlook: The Stars (Consciousness Unbound Book 1)
The year is 2152. Rune Yahui is a nineteen-year-old failure, not having gained entrance to college or the military, with no significant prospects in life. Even worse, Rune is the poorest of the poor, hailing from the mega-slums of New Southern Chicago, the lowest pit of America. In a desperate last-ditch attempt to gain a future more lustrous than toiling the rest of his days away in abhorrent conditions in one of the near sweat-shop level factories that dot the megapolis, Rune signs up for the Virtual Citizen program, a program to cull the excessive world population by transferring just their brains into a video game. In a stroke of rare luck, Rune is admitted into the program and happily submits himself to the surgery and digitization process. Unfortunately for him, he wakes up several hundred years later than he expected... or does he? **Author's Note** This isn't a type of story typical to RRL. You may have noticed LitRPG in the tags, but it's a relatively minor element in the story until later. You may also notice Slice of Life is in the tags. This story is going to be slow and there won't be any power tripping until way later if at all. The focus will be on character development. That doesn't mean I won't still have action/excitement, however. I encourage you to give the story a try. Maybe it will be your thing, maybe it won't. Thanks for even taking the time to read this, and if you do give my fiction a try, I hope you enjoy it. If you don't, well, I hope you find something that you do enjoy. Happy reading!

Alive
At the center of a now unmoving battlefield the remains of a corpse rose from the others. A pile of bones held together by unknown means looked over the cadaver covered soil into the starry night.
