Chapter 390: The Master of Earth Palace?
Translator: Transn Editor: Transn
The middle-aged puppet wiftly flew toward the depths of Firmament Palace with Su Mo.
They passed by countless palaces, towers, and mountains and soon landed in front of an antique and simple palace.
Su Mo looked up and saw three simple words carved on the top of the palace door, Great Earth Palace.
The script was very beautiful and powerful and gave one a strong sense of change in life.
“Senior, where is this?” Su Mo was confused and wondered why the middle-aged puppet brought him here.
“This is the Earth Palace!” The middle-aged puppet said with a smile. “You don’t have to call me senior. I’m the protector puppet of Brightgold Palace, so you can call me Gold One!”
“Now, I’ll bring you to meet someone and if he approves, you’ll become my master!” Gold One said seriously.
“Meet someone?” Su Mo was confused. “There are other people in Firmament Palace?”
Thump! Thump! Thump!
At this moment, the dull sound of footsteps was heard from the Great Earth Palace.
A tall, muscular figure walked out of the palace, and Su Mo stared at it.
He was a stone man who was at least three meters tall and completely made of gray stone. He gave off a sense of great power.
The stone man made the earth tremble with every step he took.
He had a rough face and when he reached the palace door, he glanced at Su Mo and asked the puppet, “Gold One, did someone become an official disciple again?”
Gold One smiled and shook his head, saying, “No, he has all the Five Elements, so I’m taking him to meet the Master of Earth Palace!”
“What?”
The stone man puppet was stunned and then shot out a stream of bright light from his stone eyes. This pierced a hole in space and gave off an icy, deadly feeling.

“Hiss!”
Su Mo gasped in shock.
“How did his gaze pierce a hole in space? How is this possible? How powerful is this stone puppet?”
Piercing through space was different from piercing through the air. Any martial artist could pierce through the air, but piercing through space meant breaking through the barrier of this world.
Su Mo did not expect this stone puppet to be so powerful. It was rumoured that only martial artists at the King Realm could pierce through space, which meant that this puppet was at least as powerful as a King Realm martial artist.
“Gold One, is this true?” The stone puppet asked in a trembling voice and closely looked at Su Mo.
Gold One nodded and answered, “Stone One, why would I lie?”
Whoosh!
The stone puppet took a deep breath. He knew that Gold One would not lie, but he still could not believe it.
For the past hundreds of thousands of years, they believed that no such person would exist, and now one had unexpectedly appeared.
“Come with me!” After a while, the stone puppet walked toward the inner part of the palace and Gold One followed.
Su Mo slightly sighed and quickly entered the palace. It did not seem dangerous.
The palace was huge and empty with a deep tunnel on its edge. Su Mo followed the two puppets into the tunnel.
After walking for about 30 minutes, a stone room appeared at the end of the tunnel.
The stone puppet opened the stone door and they walked in.
As Su Mo went into the room, he glanced around and was instantly shocked.
It was a gigantic room that was hundreds of meters wide. There were countless complicated scriptures carved on the ground that formed a huge formation with streams of white lights that looked like electric snakes moving through the formation.

A light blue crystal ball that was at least two meters wide hovered above the formation and all the white light streams were gathered around it.
A gray figure was sitting inside the crystal ball.
This figure was extremely illusory and hard to discern, but Su Mo could tell that he was very old.
This white-haired elder sat silently in the crystal ball with his eyes closed and showed no signs of life.
Stone One looked into the crystal ball with respect. As he waved his hands to transform into an illusion and formed a complicated symbol with his hands and sent it into the crystal ball.
After a short while, a heavy and intense aura arose from the crystal ball. It felt as if a powerful individual was slowly waking up.
Then all of the aura disappeared while the white-haired elder’s illusory figure became slightly clearer.
“Stone One greets the Palace Master!”
“Gold One greets the Earth Palace Master!”
Gold One and Stone One immediately bowed to the elder in the crystal ball.
“Stone One, Gold One, how many years has it been?” Whispered an aged voice from the crystal ball.
“Palace Master, it has been 6,300 years since you last woke up!” Stone One answered respectfully.
Su Mo was shocked. “6,300 years? How long has this old man been alive?”
Upon hearing Stone One, the elder was silent for a while and then quietly asked, “What’s the matter?”
“Earth Palace Master, the man we’ve been waiting for has finally arrived!” Gold One said excitedly.
The white-haired elder instantly opened his eyes and the entire world descended into chaos.
He looked at Su Mo, and Su Mo felt his head spinning. It was as if everything around him, except for the elder, had disappeared.
At this moment, he only heard Gold One continue saying, “His name is Su Mo. Although his talent is only average, his gold and fire properties are at Lv 8, while his wood, water, and earth properties are at Lv 7, so he still reaches the minimum standard!”
“Oh!”
The white-haired elder’s eyes lit up, and he instantly floated out of the crystal ball.
He then waved his hand, and an illusionary scene appeared in front of him.
It was the scene of Su Mo receiving the tests at the testing plaza along with their results.
After a while, the illusions disappeared and the elder looked at Su Mo again.
“Junior Su Mo pays his respect to Senior!” Su Mo hastily bowed to the elder.
“Hmm!”
The white-haired elder slightly raised his chin and looked straight at Su Mo.
Su Mo felt like he was in a trance under his gaze. It was as if he was recollecting his memories all over again.
