Chapter 1151: Palace Master Su, Please Calm Down
Translator: Transn Editor: Transn
Su Mo glanced at Mu Bingxue, and he knew clearly that she had recognized him.
Her eyesight wasn’t the best, but he did not hide his identity too much.
When he came to Qingyu Island, Su Mo only slightly changed his face and converged his aura.
Therefore, it is perfectly normal for Mu Bingxue to recognize him.
“Bingxue, are you crazy?” The Third Elder’s face darkened. How could she ask him to apologize to the young man?
This was ridiculous!
If it weren’t for Mu Bingxue, he would have slapped her!
Was there anyway a nobody from the Lv 4 Martial Royal Realm afford his apology from him, a Lv 9 Martial Royal Realm martial artist?
“Third Elder, the only way you can save yourself is by apologizing to him.” Mu Bingxue had been staring at Su Mo and paying attention to his expression.
She was worried that Su Mo might kill him in a rage.
She had recognized Su Mo. Although he had changed his appearance, she could recognize the aura emanating from him.
Mu Bingxue did not reveal Su Mo’s identity. Since he changed his appearance, he did not want to be known.
If she revealed his identity, it would probably irritate Su Mo, so she only reminded the Third Elder to apologize.
However, for her kind reminder, the Third Elder was simply ungrateful.
“Mu Bingxue, I think you are crazy. Go away!” The Third Elder was angry as he shouted at Mu Bingxue.
“Apologize to save your life?”
That was ridiculous. Aside from the ten Emperor-to-be Realm experts, nobody was capable of killing him in the Firmament World.
After saying this, the Third Elder gathered the frost air in his hand and formed a Dark-ice Spear, with the intention of shooting Su Mo.
Mu Bingxue saw this and her expression changed immediately. She knew clearly that if the Third Elder launched an attack against Su Mo, the Third Elder would surely die.

The Third Elder, as the super expert at the Lv 9 Martial Royal Realm, was the backbone of the Icy Palace of North Sea. He should not die.
With sharp eyes and agile hands, Mu Bingxue moved swiftly and stopped in front of the Third Elder.
Then, she immediately bowed to Su Mo and said, “Su … Palace Master Su, we have been disrespectful to you, please don’t blame us!”
Now, Mu Bingxue had to reveal Su Mo’s identity. Although she might annoy Su Mo, she had to save the Third Elder.
Everyone was startled and confused.
“Why was Mu Bingxue so afraid of this unknown youth?”
“Palace Master Su?”
“Which Palace Master Su?”
They could not respond. Nobody could think of Su Mo’s real identity.
After all, there were too many forces that used “palace” as their suffix.
Seeing this, the Third Elder, who was ready to launch his moves, immediately raised his eyebrows and looked shocked.
However, he had to take it seriously.
“Palace Master Su?”
The Third Elder murmured. In the next breath, he immediately opened eyes wide and looked at Su Mo incredulously.
“You … you’re the Firmament …! ” He said in horror because he had guessed Su Mo’s identity. Only Su Mo from the Firmament Palace could make Mu Bingxue so humble.
However, before he finished his words, the Third Elder came to an abrupt end, his eyes almost popping out of their sockets.
It was not because somebody had interrupted him. At the moment, Su Mo wriggled his facial muscles and returned to his original appearance.
The world suddenly quieted down.
Qingyu Emperor Qing Gu, Princess Qing Ya, people from the imperial family, the Icy Palace of North Sea experts, and the countless spectators in the sky outside the palace, were petrified.
Everyone stared with their eyes wide open, their faces frozen, and their mouths wide open. They were all looking at Su Mo in a daze.

One breath!
Two breaths!
Three breaths!
Nine breaths!
Ten breaths!
After ten breaths, the crowd suddenly came to their sense. In a flash, the whole Imperial City was boiling!
“What? He is Su Mo?”
“This … how is this possible?”
“It really is Su Mo!”
“Oh my god! I won’t be dazzled!”
“What did I just see? but is it really the case?”
Instantly, the whole Qingyu Imperial City was boiling, and the boundless sound waves rushed up to the sky.
“Who is Su Mo?”
“He is the miracle of the Firmament World!”
At present, he was the number one expert in the Firmament World, an invincible existence, a legendary figure who could defeat a Martial Emperor.
His name had already spread to every corner of the world.
His portrait was already circulating in the world, even three-year-old children would know him.
Some families and sects had started to hang up his portrait to inspire their disciples.
Qingyu Island was hundreds of millions of miles away from the Central Continent. For martial artists on Qingyu Island, Su Mo was just a legendary figure and an illusory powerful existence.
For some young martial artists, Su Mo was their idol and their dream.
But now, Su Mo actually came to Qingyu Island and appeared in front of everyone. How could they not be shocked?
Emperor Qing Gu, Princess Qing Ya, the imperial family experts, the Icy Palace of the North Sea experts, and numerous martial artists from the Qingyu Imperial City all felt like this scene was not real.
But all of this was real and there were no mistakes.
No wonder Mu Bingxue asked the Third Elder to apologize.
Mu Bingxue had already recognized Su Mo!
Qu Tan’s face changed wildly, but he did not resist because he was under Su Mo’s control.
Right now, apart from Su Mo himself, the calmest person was Mu Bingxue.
She recognized Su Mo before everyone else did, so she was not too shocked.
“The Third Elder, what are you waiting for?” Seeing the Third Elder lost in his thoughts, Mu Bingxue reminded him again.
“Ah!” The Third Elder came to his senses, and his face changed rapidly. If he had sinned against other Emperor-to-be Realm experts, he could still say something depending on the authority of the Icy Palace of North Sea.
However, he had sinned against Su Mo. He lacked the power to deal with the situation.
In the current Firmament World, no one, no power, could compete with Su Mo!
Even if he was unwilling, the Third Elder had to admit defeat.
The Third Elder grinded his teeth and cupped his hands to Su Mo, as he said in a low voice, “Palace Master Su, I just have sinned against …!”
Before he finished his words, he was interrupted by a voice of indifference.
“Three breaths have already passed, it is too late to apologize!” Su Mo lightly said.
When he raised his hand, the Dark Force surged out. He wanted to kill the elder.
Seeing this, the Third Elder’s face was filled with horror.
Although he was very strong, he was not confident that he would be able to withstand one strike from Su Mo.
“Palace Master Su, please calm down! I was wrong! No … I was wrong!” Seeing that Su Mo was about to make moves, the Third Elder immediately shouted loudly.
Now, the domineering momentum when he first arrived was gone and he was trembling all over like a frightened lamb.
He did not choose to run away because he knew that if he did, there was no way he would survive.
Only by a sincere apology could he have a chance to live.

Shift (Ben 10+DCU Fanfiction)
Omnitrix+ DCU, what's not to like? The main character will not be Ben Tennyson, rather someone from our world who gains the Omnitrix Hello! This fanfiction Shift is what I wanted to do for an homage to what I thought were underrated pieces of media, Ben 10 and some DCU characters. However, I would be remiss if I didn’t add context to two of the major works that inspired Shift, Dial, and A Practical Guide to Evil. Dial is another ben 10 fanfiction, however that story takes place in the MCU, and with an adult that is already a grown-up at the beginning of the story. Dial, by my own accounts, is more superficially Like shift, even though the Omnitrix is a central device in both. My protagonist starts out around 18 years old, so is less serious and can build relationships with some of the junior justice league members, and then later on in the story meet the Justice League officially. The tone will be more light-hearted at the beginning of the story as teenagers are known to use sarcasm and jokes at each other’s expense. Furthermore, in Dial, the protagonist has a well-developed knowledge of the MCU which he uses to have knowledge on events and characters, that the character in Shift will not have. While the MC will have some knowledge of people's abilities, lesser-known characters and people's real identities will be not included as much, but the MC of Shift will have some knowledge. APGTE's influence is deeper than Dials'. The epigraphs at the beginning of every chapter are an example of that, a place for light-hearted jokes and worldbuilding that's not pure exposition, but I also want to incorporate narrative stories to Shift (heroes win more than lose, providence, etc) on a lighthearted scale. While the heroes of Shift will have to work to win against villains, the MC of Shift will be allowed limited precognition, through narratives tropes and archetypes as a trade-off of less knowledge of the DCU. For example, a villain a hero faces might monologue, but the MC will not instinctively know how to counter every villain they encounter. I also wanted to bring in more realism than usual superhero stories, ie: the MC cannot just walk and have a meeting with Batman or Superman, he would have to “work his way up” in terms of credibility and whatnot. The Aliens that show up in Shift I tried to make different than the ones in Dial, just to share the love for lesser-known characters. And to make it fairer for the villains of the DCU, the main character will not wantonly use if gain at all an Alien X or a ben 10 form of Kryptonians, just so the characters have to work a little bit for victory. I urge anyone reading to consider checking out both APGTE and Dial as they are both amazing works, and I hope you enjoy them. The beginning of how the MC enters the DCU will not be as important as him actually existing in that universe, so that is why a ton of time is not spent on that part of the story. Chapters will be around 2.5 thousand words and come out around every weekday.
