Chapter 1181 Retreat!
Boom!
An earth-shaking explosion sent Su Mo back. When Wu Tianyu realized what was happening in the distance, he turned nasty.
If the battle continued like this, the trial testers of his tribe would be killed off.
For him, he could subdue Su Mo at best, but he would not be able to defeat him in a short time.
“Retreat!” Wu Tianyu’s roar rippled through the air at the sight of his tribe members dying one after another.
Then, Wu Tianyu backed up a bit, and the other Sorcerer Tribe members rallied around him.
They were already frightened by the killing and intended to retreat. Wu Tianyu’s command only quickened their speed.
Wu Sen, who was hiding far away, immediately ran to Wu Tianyu without hesitation.
“You rubes! I will avenge my tribe members’ murder on you! “Wu Tianyu growled and fled in disgrace with other the other Sorcerer Tribe geniuses, as quick as they could.
Su Mo watched them flee, but he did not chase them, because Wu Tianyu was too strong and there was no point in running after them.
It was important to take time to consider things.
Su Mo sighed and swept his eyes around the Firmament Place. He found only 60 people left. The other 40 had been killed.
Fortunately, the people he cared about the most were just slightly wounded and had stayed alive.
Swoosh!
With a flashing light, Qin Busi turned into a human form and came to Su Mo.
“Hi Buddy, your strength really surprised me!” said Qin Busi. He looked shocked.
He had thought that Su Mo was inferior to him, but it turned out to be the other way around.
“Are you okay?” Su Mo glanced at him and found his breathing heavy, with blood staining the corner of his mouth.
He had been badly wounded in the battle with Wu Tianyu.
“I am okay! Nobody can really kill me!” Qin Busi shook his head confidently.

Su Mo was speechless in surprise. He thought,”Is he really that powerful? Nobody can really kill him?”
“Oh.. buddy, the woman you just captured is not ordinary, is she?” Qin Busi asked. He wondered why Su Mo had caught only her when there were so many Sorcerer Tribe members. The woman must be of vital importance.
“I guess so. Even if she is not an important person, judging from her power, she must be a priority among other Sorcerer Tribesmen,” Su Mo said and nodded his head.
“That would be great!”
Qin Busi nodded in approval and added with a serious look, “Just in case, I also captured ten Trial Testers and put them in the Spacial Device.”
“Oh?” Su Mo was a little surprised. He did not expect Qin Busi to have a Spacial Device, too.
It was good to have Wu Xian and ten other Sorcerer Tribesmen in hand.
Afterwards, Su Mo scoured the entire battlefield and found more than 30 corpses of Sorcerer Tribe Trial Testers. He scavenged their divine elixirs and storage rings.
About 300 geniuses of the Sorcerer Tribe had been killed, and most of their corpses had been pulverized. Only 30 corpses remain intact.
“Su Mo, what are we going to do next?” Sikong Yan asked when everyone had gathered around Su Mo.
Su Mo replied after a moment of silence. “You may go back to my Divine Map Space and heal your wounds. Just leave it to me.”
Now, Su Mo had got what he wanted. His only regret was that he had failed to kill or capture Wu Tianyu and rescue Hong Qingxuan.
The others could not help with anything, so Su Mo let them enter the Divine Map for recovery.
They nodded because they were confident that, with Su Mo’s power, these trial testers could pose no threat to his life.
“Everybody!”
Su Mo stared firmly at the audience, took a deep breath, and said solemnly, “By the time you come out of the Divine Map, we will have already left the Firmament World.”

Su Mo’s voice was hard, and his eyes shone with confidence.
The audience listened and smiled as they got excited at the news. Everybody was rejoiced at the thought of leaving the Firmament World and exploring the world beyond.
Su Mo sent them into the Divine Map, leaving only the three wild monsters for company.
“Su Mo, why are you lying to them?” asked the bald man in a low voice. The passageway was guarded by Honorable members of the Sorcerer Tribe. Whether they could survive was unknown.
“I am not lying. I just wanted to give them hope.” Su Mo shook his head and sighed. Even though he did not know whether he could escape or not, he should still let them have hope.
He was under great strain because, if he failed, he, as well as millions of disciples, folks, friends, lovers, and masters of the Firmament Palace would all die.
What laid in store for him had an important bearing on the lives of millions of people. His pressure could certainly be redoubled.
He had even thought about leaving all of them here and escaping from the Firmament World alone.
At last, he gave up on the idea, partially because all of them wanted to leave, and partially because he did not want to leave them behind here.
Leaving them here may keep them alive, but they would all end up as a handful of earth.
“Su Mo, what are you going to do next? ” Qin Busi asked.
“I will go into seclusion for cultivation. I ask you to help me track down the geniuses of the Sorcerer Tribe.” Su Mo said in a low voice. He was trying to break through to the Ninth Level of the Martial Royal Realm with the help of the divine elixirs and storage rings he had obtained from the Sorcerer Tribe dead.
“Track them down?” Qin Busi raised his brows. “Su Mo, we have already reached our goals. Do we have to track them down?”
In the eyes of Qin Busi, they could hardly defeat Wu Tianyu, even if they managed to track him down. If they tried their best, they would just be able to kill more Trial Testers.
The bald man and the black-robed middle-aged man looked bewildered, too. Was Su Mo sure that he could break through his cultivation realm in seclusion?
“Predecessors, before the passageway is opened, we need to kill or take all the Trial Testers!” Su Mo said seriously. He would never let go of the Sorcerer Tribe members.
“Do you think you stand a good chance?” Qin Busi asked in disbelief. He had seen the depth of Wu Tianyu’s power.
“I am 90% sure that I will bring my cultivation to a higher level after this seclusion,” Su Mo said in earnest. The 30 divine elixirs and storage rings were necessary for him to break through to the Ninth Level of the Martial Royal Realm and the Imperial Level. They would be enough.
Qin Busi gave a start. Su Mo was no less strong than Wu Tianyu. If he could really reach the Ninth Level of the Martial Royal Realm, he would be capable of dealing with them all.
“All right, track them down. Just leave it to me.” Qin Busi nodded.
After a moment of deliberation, Qin Busi went to find the Sorcerer Tribe Trial Testers while Su Mo, the bald man, and the black-robed middle-aged man went back to Wild Sacred Mountain, waiting for news.
Su Mo was sure of Qin Busi’s strength and that he would not stumble into major risks.
Eventually, Qin Busi took his leave and Su Mo, the bald man and the black-robed middle-aged man made their way to Wild Sacred Mountain.

The Children of the Divine Limit
A realistic, psychological isekai: What pushes people to rejoice, to torture, to sacrifice, to kill? What gives some the will to survive and thrive in a new land and others the craving for dominance and exploitation? What would those who grew up without power all their lives do when given the approval and blessings of God Himself? How far will someone go to protect those close to them? How far will someone go to exact vengeance against an unjust world? How far can someone go before the abyss looks back at them? "Everything in the world is about sex — except sex. Sex is about power." - Oscar Wilde “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power.” - Abraham Lincoln Greed is the worst of all the deadly sins; all of human history lays out the evidence to support this thesis. Consider all of the above before reading this story: A 12th-grade high school class is sent to another world; a world of sword and magic called Omicron where other-worlders are revered as heroes given the divine blessing of the Lord God Sapiora, creator of Omicron's human race. It is currently a world at war. The humans of Omicron need these divine heroes as weapons against the Demon Emperor and the demihuman forces of the evil god Azazelin. However, two students within the class, Ajax Leonid and Shaula Seikennith, haven't been given the hero's blessing. They've been given something else, something more curious; the blood of a deity who noticed their specialness. As a result, after escaping the clutches of their summoners who tried to kill them for their lack of heroic potential, Ajax and Shaula enter the new world of Omicron with no one on their side except each other. While wading through rivers of blood, Ajax and Shaula seek a stable life, a life where they can salvage happiness. They have each other above all else. Perhaps the cost will be worth it. Perhaps not.

The Navigator
I'm a navigator. This essentially means it's my job to ferry goods and/or people from point A to point B. I know, shocking, but here's the thing. I don't navigate the seas or stars. Hell, I don't even have a ship, craft, vessel or vehicle of any description. 'What is it you navigate, then?' you may ask. The chaotic nonsensical void between neighboring realities. That's what. Shades of the Moon
I'm rewriting this story! I have taken down Arc 2 and Arc 3 already to avoid spoiling my new novel. The only reason I'm keeping the first 10 chapters is nostalgia; the writing is awkward and the story is not plotted out properly, but it's here if anyone wants to compare it to the new one. If you'd like to read a more professionally written version of this story, I highly suggest checking out my Synergy. Synopsis version too-many-to-count: “I see,” Kiona said. “But . . . you’re changing once again, aren’t you?” The entity considered her question, lifting a clawed hand towards the night sky. They observed the back of their hand idly, watching the glowing orange veins pulse alongside their pitch-black exoskeleton. The wind picked up right then, and Kiona shivered—just as much from the cold as from the savage grin on the creature's face. “That’s right,” the entity said, clenching their hand slowly into a fist. They let out a quiet laugh, staring defiantly at the Moon as it rose from behind the clouds. “We are shades, yet not exactly. Not like the others. Here, in this world, we've become something more. We are the Shades of the Moon.” There was a heartbeat of silence, during which Kiona joined the entity in their skygazing. The light-green Moon loomed over the city, shining like the entity's eyes. It promised otherworldly knowledge and terrible secrets. It promised progress. It promised change. In that moment, Kiona couldn't have imagined anything more beautiful. “Shades of the Moon, huh?” she said, smiling a bit. It had a nice ring to it.

Virtual reality: Chaos theory
Rak Devion is a Scion of the Devion family. Scion in this case meaning a descendant of a rich family. Rak like every other human is thrown into the virtual reality named after its creator, Chaos theory. This reality is the artful design, some would say machiniation, of the General Artificial Intelligence Chaos theory. Chaos theory has a singular purpose that has manifested itself in such a way that the world falls into its control but the apocalyptic end never comes and instead a rather dystopian world emerges, one in the form of a virtual reality and the other the changing reality everyone lives in. The story revolves around the experiences of Rak Devion, one of Devion’s family children. He enjoys creating business opportunities and follows the family motto to charge a head and forge new paths.
