Chapter 1329: Taishi Jue
Chixia Cave, Purple Holy Shrine, Nine Heavens Holy Ground, Taishi Family, Cloud Top Holy Gate, Cangyun Sacred Sect, Astrology Holy Gate, Sun and Moon Sacred Sect, Imperial Ancestor Court Faction, Guangyun Divine Palace Faction, Canghai Sacred Hall Faction, Purple Light Holy Door, and Wuji Holy Mount. These were the Powerful Forces behind the Shenwu Academy. These thirteen were spread out among Star Guzhou and a few of the surrounding Galaxies. Each one of them was located inside Ancient Spirit Galaxy, and they were among the extraordinary existence of the ordinary Human Tribe. When these ten over Powerful Forces allied, they were no less mighty than the Sorcerer Tribe.
Of course, Ancient Spirit Galaxy was incomparably vast and the various forces were intricate and complicated. Not to mention some other strange tribes, even if they were just within the ordinary Human Tribe, there were a lot of such Powerful Forces
Within the Shenwu Academy, each of the thirteen Factions had their own unique points. For example, the Purple Light Holy Door attracts those geniuses who can cultivate Light Martial Arts. Another example is the Imperial Ancestor Court Faction, which draws people who can recruit good warfare and expand the territory for the Holy Dynasty.
Nie Qian was talking about the skill of pouring a cup of tea and then shared everything he knew about the thirteen Factions. After listening, Su Mo feel silent. In that moment he did not know which Faction was best suited for him.
“Brother Su, although by joining a faction you will face various battles, the benefits are endless. Han Ying and my own talent’s are not high. In the past we wanted to join a Faction, but none of them were willing to accept us!” Nie Qian said with a desolate face. For disciples like Han Ying and himself, they had to wait until they had been in the school for thirty years before they qualified to enter one of the thirteen Forces. At that time, if their cultivation was impressive enough, the thirteen Powerful Forces would be willing to accept them.
“Oh, what are the benefits?” Su Mo asked curiously.
“Brother Su, you do not know this, but joining a Faction represents the forces behind the faction in the future. As such, you can get that power to focus on cultivation!” said Nie Qian.

“Yes! Brother Su, each faction often hold different types of trials, adventures, among other things. The benefits are endless and your speed of cultivation will be much faster than us ordinary disciples!” Han Ying sang in agreement.
There is such a thing?” Su Mo was shocked. He had never heard of this before. If this was true, then joining the Faction would be more good than harm.
“Of course, if not, why would there be so many people who want to join the Faction in the first place!” said Nie Qian .
“Brother Su, look at the Southern House that we are in. It looks like there aren’t many disciples, only about 10,000 people. In reality, Southern House has no less than 50,000 disciples, it is just that those people are mostly from various Factions. They are rarely in the Academy!” Han Ying said.
“Oh, I see!” Su Mo understood.
“Actually, strictly speaking, an ordinary disciple can only be considered as a peripheral disciple of the Shenwu Academy. After joining a Faction he would be considered a Core Disciple!” Han Ying said in a deep voice.
Su Mo nodded, agreeing silently. He was deeply touched by both of their words and it seemed like that was indeed the case. Shenwu Academy was a place for a dozen of Forces to recruit talents. Once Factions were joined, they would put in a lot of effort to cultivate. If one did not join a Faction, they could only cultivate on their own and could only join a Force after many years.
This difference was huge because, before joining a Faction, they would receive priority in cultivating. In the future, after entering the Force, regardless if it were cultivation power or status, the price to pay would be much higher.
It seemed that if one did not join a faction, they would be deemed as acting rashly.
Although joining a faction could result in being involved in fights with the Super Powers, it would be even more risky to not join one.
“Alright, then I will join a Faction. Which one do you think is the most suitable?” Su Mo nodded and sought the opinions of his companions.
“This, Brother Su, you must decide! Anyway, there isn’t much difference!” Nie Qian shook his head.

“Which Faction is the wealthiest and has the greatest opportunity for me to get in?” Su Mo asked.
“Wealthiest?” Nie Qian muttered to himself for a while and said, “The wealthiest Force and the one with the most opportunity would be the Imperial Ancestor Court Faction. This Country is often at war with others, expands outwards, and plunders endless wealth. Furthermore, they luxuriously reward those who possess Fighting Skills!”
“I see!” Su Mo nodded. This Imperial Ancestor Court Faction was the only country amongst the dozen Forces. As such, it was inevitable for them to conquer land through engaging in wars. And, war? Su Mo laughed internally. His Fighting Soul welcomed a large number of people, to wipe out millions of generals in one breath! Su Mo’s heart decided that if the people Imperial Ancestor Court Faction were to rope him in, he would join them straight away.
Nie Qian, Han Ying, and Su Mo talked for a while and then returned to their own dwellings. The two of them had yet to recover, hence went back to recuperate.
Su Mo sat alone in his dwelling and thought quietly to himself. The Shenwu Academy was not a place where he could stay for long. He did not know when the people from the Sorcerer Tribe would come to find him. He had to increase his power as fast as possible, so joining a Faction was not a bad idea either. By the time the Sorcerer Tribesmen came along, he would have support and it would be easier to deal with them.
Instantly, Su Mo started arranging the war spoils in his dwelling. During his adventure in Heavenly Underworld Star, he had obtained a large amount of war spoils but did not have the time to arrange them. After spending a full hour, Su Mo completed arranging the spoils on his body and the amount of wealth was extremely shocking.
There were a million Lower Spiritual Crystals and an uncountable number of Higher Grade Spiritual Stones. There were more than billions of them and the number of Lower Grade Upper Spiritual Crystals was also an astronomically large number. There were also countless valuable weapons, Cultivation Skills, and Martial Skills.
Of course, most of them were Lower Grade Treasures and Martial Arts Secret Repositories. Less than 1% of them were of Imperial Grade. Even so, it was already extremely impressive. After all, he had given a good amount to Nie Qian, Han Ying, as well as the Firmament Palace.
After a sorting out the war spoils for a while, Su Mo abandoned the thoughts in his mind and began cultivating.
…
Relatively far away from Huoyuan Peak, there was another mountain peak that was much smaller. There were not many buildings on the mountain, only a few palaces. In one of the palaces, there were more than a hundred young people sitting in the middle of the main hall, and You Tian Han was amongst them. These people all had vast auras around their bodies, filling the atmosphere with honourable aura. Amongst these people, the cultivation of You Tian Han was the lowest of them all.
At the top of the central main seat sat a young man clad in a long silver robe. This young man was very tall, his full height reaching nearly eight feet. His face was long and the opening and closing of his eyes reminded one of an eagle. He was young, yet he had a sense of superior seniority.
“Everyone, Taishi Xuan was killed by someone called Su Mo. Do you know about this?” The young man in the silver robe looked around at the crowd and asked with an expressionless face.
“Holy Son, what should we do, please advise us!” a young man cried.
The young man with the silver robe was none other than the Holy Son of the Taishi Xuan family. One of the 18 Holy Sons of the Shenwu Academy: Taishi Jue!
“He who dares to kill my brother of the Taishi family is simply asking for his own death. I have only one word for this: kill!” Taishi Jue squinted, his words icy cold. For this, Su Mo had to die. If not, the Taishi family would become the laughing stock of the other Factions.
After all, Taishi Xuan was no ordinary descendant of the Taishi family. He was the younger brother of the Taishi family. The fact that Su Mo dared to kill him was a slap to the face for the Taishi family, and a direct affront to Taishi Jue!
