Chapter 1346: Lup-dup
Translator: Larbre Studio Editor: Larbre Studio
“Understood!” The group answered in unison.
“Deputy Commander Ren, you don’t have to dig, just stand guard outside!” The general instructed Ren Yun Du.
“Mmph!” Ren Yun Du nodded his head. He was a Deputy Commander and naturally would not need to do such laborious work.
“It is just great that 3 days later I will have to make a trip down to the fort and report to General Zhu Long about the situation here, as well as deliver the Spiritual Stones back. In the period that I am not around, Deputy Commander Ren, you will be responsible for the affairs here!” The general instructed again.
The mine here belonged to Black Mountain Fort and everything that happened here had to be reported back to Black Mountain Fort.
“Deputy Commander Wang, rest assured and do your duties!” Ren Yun Du assured him.
This Deputy Commander had the last name ‘Wang’ and was called Deputy Commander Wang.
“That’s good!” Deputy Commander Wang nodded his head.
Then, the immediately ordered men to bring the group of Shen Wu Academy disciples down to dig.
At the entrance of the mine was a humongous cave.
Once the group entered the cave entrance, they followed the path and went down a full kilometre before reaching the Spiritual Stone mine.
A depth of a kilometre underground, everywhere around them was full of hard rocks. Occasionally, white Spiritual Stones could be seen in these rocks.
The deeper underground they went, the more Spiritual Stones there were.
At 1.5 km underground, the hard rocks were full of Spiritual Stones.
These Spiritual Stones were typically all High Grade Spiritual Stones.
In this Spiritual Stone mine, Qi from the dragon vein continually poured out and morphed non-Spiritual Stones.
The dragon vein was a formation of the great earth and it was a mystifying existence.
It could cross through the grounds before stopping at a certain place and emitting an endless flow of Spiritual Qi that would slowly morph into Spiritual Stones.
Hence, the excavating of Spiritual Stones in this mine could not be done at a large scale. Otherwise, it would awaken the dragon vein and cause it to move away from this place.

If it weren’t for this, a Martial Royal would be able to instantly retrieve all the Spiritual Stones in this area.
Once the dragon vein moved, it was very hard to find it again.
Even a strong Martial Sage wouldn’t be able to easily locate a dragon vein.
For instance, the Sorcerer Tribe in Heavenly Underworld Star managed to obtain the dragon vein only with the help of a Priest personally capturing it and binding it to the ground.
However, even without a large scale excavation, it was very easy to retrieve the Spiritual Stones for Martial Emperors like Su Mo.
In a short time, they were able to retrieve a large number of Spiritual Stones without causing any damage to the mine.
Besides the few hundred Shen Wu Academy disciples in the mine, there were around 300-400 other black alpha troops who were digging.
At the same time, there were a few Martial Emperors who were supervising the entire action and taking the Spiritual Stones retrieved by the labourers.
“My god, what a large High Grade Spiritual Stone mine, it is definitely a treasure!” Xie Bin’s face was filled with awe and surprise as he dug through.
Although High Grade Spiritual Stones were inferior to Spirituals, with such a large mine, it was enough to increase the powers of the whole group.
“It is indeed a treasure!” Su Mo nodded his head in agreement but couldn’t help but sigh inwardly. If he could find a Spiritual Stone mine like this, then he wouldn’t need to ever worry about the Firmament Place anymore.
There were almost a hundred thousand people at Firmament Place. Even if everyone there were to have one High Grade Spiritual Stone each day, it would still amount to a hundred thousand daily.
However, a Spiritual Stone daily for a Martial king and a Martial Royal wouldn’t be enough. Even a hundred wouldn’t be enough.
Hence the amount of resources that the Firmament Palace needed was an innumerable number.
Although he always gave the Firmament Palace a ton of resources every time he returned, it was hardly enough.

If the Firmament Palace had a Spiritual Stone mine, even if it was a small one, it would be of great benefit to their advancement.
However, no matter where, this Spiritual Stone mines were always controlled by large superpowers.
It was a foolish dream of his to obtain a Spiritual Stone mine.
Unless he could capture a dragon vein and create a Spiritual Stone mine out of it like the Sorcerer Tribe and build a cultivation room.
However, even for a Martial Sage, it was hard to capture the dragon vein. It was even harder for him.
“Brother Xie, what do you know about the dragon vein?” Su Mo asked Xie Bin as he dug through for Spiritual Stones. ‘
“Dragon vein?”
Xie Bin was surprised by Su Mo’s question and he laughed, “who doesn’t know about the dragon vein? This is one of the Earth’s wonders and it is a mystifying existence. Every time a dragon vein is created, it requires tens of thousands of years!”
“I heard the dragon vein has a will, is its intelligence high?” Su Mo asked again.
“Nope, the dragon vein has a low intelligence but is very wary. Once it encounters danger, it will immediately escape. They can go through the earth and even a Martial Sage may not be able to chase it!” Xie Bian answered.
“I see!” SuMo nodded his head slightly as he thought to himself.
The dragon vein had a will and had intelligence. This meant that it had a soul, otherwise how could it have a will and intelligence?
If that was the case, could his Devouring Fighting Soul control the dragon vein?
Su Mo wasn’t very sure. Afterall, even a Martial Sage found it hard to capture a dragon vein, to say nothing of Martial Emperors.
However, if he had the chance, he would definitely try.
“Brother Su, you seem to be very interested in the dragon vein?” Looking at Su Mo’s expression, Xie Bin curiously asked.
“Ke ke! I am only curious!” Su Mo laughed.
With that, he did not talk further and continued retrieving the Spiritual Stones.
This Spiritual Stone was very big as it spanned a few kilometres wide. The group of them dug continuously yet it didn’t seem like the number of Spiritual Stones was decreasing.
Time passed by and quickly, three days had passed .
The group of them seemed to have become labourers as they continued digging for Spiritual Stones without rest or breaks.
Even Su Mo was annoyed. He specially came for this expedition but became a labourer, there was no benefit at all in this.
Not only him, all the disciples were all annoyed and unhappy.
These days, they still had to pull through this for another half a year.
Hong dong dong!
Right at this moment, a series of booms sounded from above. Even those who were 1.5km underground could feel the ground shaking.
“Attack, everyone go out and battle!”
A loud boom came from above and with that, everyone from the mine, disciples of Shen Wu academy and black alpha troops quickly flew up above.
Su Mo was just about to fly up and fight when he suddenly had a thought. Since everyone had left, could he go and survey the dragon vein below?
With this thought, his heart started pumping quickly and he couldn’t suppress this desire.
If he could really capture this dragon vein, he would reap tons of benefits. If he couldn’t capture it, and the dragon vein escaped, then this Spiritual Stone mine would be useless, and he wouldn’t need to stay another half a month here anymore.
Wasn’t this mine under the control of General Zhu Long? He offended them, and now, Su Mo would make them pay back!
Su Mo did not quickly move up. After waiting for everyone else to leave, he turned around and broke apart the hard stone wall before rapidly burrowing his way underground.

A World Forgotten
***This story will contain lite-litrpg elements, mainly character pages and a town page. There will also be settlement building and adventuring, missteps and achievements. But one thing it definitely won’t have is a harem. Nor will it have an overpowered MC. Contains mild cursing.*** ***feel free to critique my writing and offer input. This is my first venture into writing. I've always enjoyed litrpg/gamelit books. I feel like I write how I talk, so it may be a little different. You won't hurt my feelings if you see something wrong or out of place! *** ***What follows is a condensed part of chapter 1. Enjoy!*** Drew Cooper is thrust into a new, unfamiliar world. Waking up in his sweats and t-shirt near what seems to be a forgotten path through some woods, he struggles coming to terms that he's no longer in his apartment. As he tries to cope with his new reality, he hears a horse coming down the path. He hides behind a nearby tree dreading what may happen next. As the horse approaches, he sees a man walking next to it. The horse is burdened with packs and gear. When the man nears, Drew nearly panics. He has a large sword strapped to his waist, obviously a fighter. He continues to hide as the man slowly passes only for the man to stop a dozen meters past his hiding spot. "You may as well come out, ya know. You weren't as well hidden as you thought," the man stated matter-of-factly, letting the horse’s reins go and putting his hand on the hilt of his sword. Slowly and scared for his life, Drew raised up and walked from behind the tree. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't planning on attacking you. I-I don't know where I am. I heard your horse and hid. I didn't know what you'd do if you saw me. I'm sorry," he nervously blurted out. A minute passed. Then two. The man seemed interested with Drew and stepped closer, eyes squinting as if trying to see something. "What's that on your shirt? Is that. What is that? Is that, Pac-man?" The man was visibly shaken while pointing at me. Looking down at his t-shirt nervously, "Yea. Yea. I woke up here a few hours ago I think. 3 maybe 4 hours. I’ve just been sitting here. Where am I? What's going on?" Drew asked. "That's not important right now," the man replied. " What's important is where you're from. What year is it?" "What year? April something 2020. Why? What's going on?" Drew continued now worried. The man was taken aback. After a few moments, he seemed to calm himself some. The man sighed and looked at Drew in earnest. "Well, I've got good news and bad news for ya. Bad news is you're not on Earth anymore. Good news is you happened to run into me and not someone else. You’re either really lucky, or it’s fate we met in these woods, and I don’t believe in luck." The man continued to walk towards Drew while talking and put out his hand. "I'm John Mitchell from St. Louis or thereabouts. You’ve got nothing to be scared of by me. Walk with me and let’s talk."

The Supreme Cultivator
This story is a parody for xianxias, and some litRPG, where our protagonist, Bòhé chá, faces no problems at all in his life controlled by the evil author... Is the author actually evil? (This is not a rhetorical question, I'm actually curious.) PS : this is only written as a method of wasting time, so don't expect me to upload regularly. Edit : removed the LitRPG and replaced it with Satire since that is more accurate.
