'Tsk, I don't have a choice...', Jay thought after staring at the gate that was in front of him.

He then took a look at the mission which had already started and it was quite essential for him to complete it but right now his conscience wasn't letting him do that.

'Ya... first I'll save them... them as soon as that's over, I'll head towards the so called sky dungeon...', he thought that and dashed towards the gate again with all of his might but the result was same.

He was pushed back again with great force. It seemed as if even now he wasn't able to enter the gate. The force field was still present and that was probably the reason why he wasn't able to enter.

"Huh...?", one of the official turned his head towards where Jay was present.

Jay flinched when he saw the official looking towards him but he knew that he wasn't visible to him because of the skill 'Stealth'.

"Weird...", the man said.

"What happened?", another official asked him which carrying some papers.

"I heard someone shouting there...", he said.

"Someone...?", the other official looked here and there but couldn't find anyone.

"It just have been your imagination...", he said.

He nodded his head and then returned to work of taking care of some important documents.

'Phew, That was close...I have to cease making any noticeable sounds.', was what he thought.

He then took a look at the gate that was ahead of him.

"Ya... now I have only one way left to enter the gate...", he said to himself.

After deciding what to do, he immediately dashed again with all of his strength towards the gate and just before entering it he shouted, "USE FREE PASS!!!"

The moment he shouted that, a green coloured energy surrounded him and he passed through the gate.

"The fuck was that!!!? Did you see that!!?", the official from earlier who had heard the noise, heard his shout right now and also spotted the green light.

That was why he shouted all of a sudden but the other person was talking to someone else so he couldn't listen.

"What are you saying man? Are you drunk today?", he asked.

"But...", he wanted to justify but no one was ready to listen to him.

'What should I...', he looked here and ther ein order to tell someone else when all of a sudden he found that the area was under the CCTV surveillance so he thought that he cannot joe get the footage and prove himself and thus immediately ran to get it.

Jay successfully passed through the portal and landed safely.

"Huh? The fuck? What the heck has happened here?", he could see all the boulders and rocks that had fallen.

Also there was the smell of as if something was burnt.

"Something definitely has happened here... some sort of monsters attacked? Or...", he was trying to figure out what had happened when suddenly his gazes fell upon a skeleton's body that was lying there.

"This... Someone was killed here... his bones, it seems as if Poison was injected inside his very bones!", he got chills while imagining what had happened.

The first 2 skeletons that he saw didn't have any skill attached to the body.

It seemed as if the heads were cut just like that swiftly.

The next skeleton that he encountered was completely burnt, but it seemed as if the legs were still alright.

'Uhhh', Jay felt like he would throw up any moment because the scene was disgusting.

Only the leg parts wer walroght as they had turned into statues due to which yeh fire didn't affect them much but it seemed like all other flesh and parts had completely turned into ashes.

"We're they so careless?", he asked himself and walked further ahead when he saw another body that was in the same state as that of the previous one.

The next body which he found was still in a proper way, which meant that the skin and muscles were still attacked but it seemed as if the body was completely crushed under the boulders.

"Weird... this is too weird...", he looked ahead and walked when finally he entered the next area from where green light was being emitted since earlier.

'DING DONG'

"Huh?", Jay was shocked after reading the notification.

"The... Sky dungeon?", he couldn't even believe at what was written.

"You mean to say... this is the sky dungeon!!!?", he shouted.

'Damn, that's good... now I can complete the mission as well as save them!'

The confusion and worry that he had earlier disappeared all of a sudden and now he was even more motivated to save them.

"I'm on my way!", after saying that he entered the hall slowly where many statues were kept.

"Angels...?", the statues resembled that of angels as they all had a pair of wings behind their backs.

They were all different, some were looking towards their right while some were looking towards their left.

'Why are the Statues made in such a way? Looking somewhere else?', he looked at them carefully again.

'I get it... the ones that are towards my right, are looking towards their left, and the ones on my left and looking towards their right... but ultimately all of them are looking at that door...', he thought.

There was a massive door in front of him but it wasn't as big as the dungeon where Akaluman was present.

'Are they trying to tell me that I have to enter there?', he wondered while looking at the door.

"Hmm...", he counted the number of angels that were present there and found that there were an equal number of 4 angels in each side.

"8 angels...?", he didn't think much about it and was walking towards the door that was in front of him when suddenly he paused.

He paused exactly at the mid way where the circle was present.

"A circle...? With some words?", he took a look at that because of pure curiousity.

'The Slab Of Life...?', he read it.

That was what written on the centre.

"Hmm, so these things are called slab?", he wondered.

He then took a look at each of them keenly.

'The Scholar...'

'The Assassin...'

'The Sorcerer...'

'The Beast tamer...'

'The Summoner...'

'The Knight...'

'The Necromancer...'

'The Healer...'

'The Beserker...'

"What's with these names?", he asked himself.

All the nine things that he read was inscribed to the stone slabs that were placed there.

A total of nine occupation seemed to have been written there.

"Weird... it's indeed weird...", he said to himself.

"BUT THE WEIRDEST THING IS THAT I CAN READ THEM!!!!", he shouted after realising that he read an unknown language.

It was indeed his first time seeing something like this and he wasn't even aware of such a language and probably it didn't even exit in the modern times, but he felt a weird familiarity with the language and was able to read it.

He thought that it was thanks to the language translation skill which he had gotten from the koriantans but when he took a look at his skills, there wasn't anything like that.

'Then how...? How am I able to understand the beasts and am able to read these texts...?', that was a huge question that was lingering in his mind.

He then took a look again at the texts only to find that all of the texts had vanished.

"Holy shit!!! What the fuck!?", he was shocked to see that.

He was confused and failed to understand the situation when suddenly a message popped up.

It seemed as if he was getting attracted towards a text from the slabs.

He turned his gazes towards the slabs only to find everything empty.

But there indeed was something that was written in its centre.

"The... The Black King!!?"
