'Ding'
[ You have used the Key Of The Nether World ]
[ -> Used: 1/5 ]
'Ding'
[ You have entered the Nether World ]
[ All your dark attributed stats will be doubled ]
[ Your MP will be increased by 500 ]
[ Your HP will be increased by 500 ]
[ Your Light attributed skills will no longer work ]
[ HP: 5005+500/5005|| Max. HP: ??? ]
[ MP: 4005+500/4005 || Max. MP: ??? ]
The increase in HP and MP were clearly visible, although the capacity didn't increase permanently, it increased for the time being!
[ The skill Heal will no longer work ]
[ The skill Light Heal will no longer work ]
[ The skill Koriantan Combat will no longer work ]
These three skills became temporarily disabled, at least until he remained in the Nether World.
He had no idea that these skills were of light attributes, but whatever it may be, not having a healing skill had put him at a disadvantage!
"I did get some interesting increase in stats but at the same time I got some debuffs...", he said in a low voice.
He then finally looked here and there.
There was a sky right above him, of course, just like he had imagined it was red in color.
The clouds were also present, however, they were reddish-orange too!
'Does it rain blood instead of water here?', was what Jay asked himself after staring at the sky.
There was no sun however the sky was still bright, he knew not how and didn't even want to know.
"Hmm, so what should I do here...?'', he took a look at the mission again.
[ Mission - Save The Netherlanders ]
[ Use the key of Nether World ] [ completed ]
[ Protect the Netherlanders from Arcane Demon Lord ]
[ Become the King of Nether World ]
[ Time Limit : 09:23:57:41 ( 9 days 23 hours 57 minutes 41 seconds ) ]
[ Rewards will vary depending on the way in which the mission was completed ]
[ No penalties on failure ]
"Hmm, so I need to protect the Netherlanders..."
"However where will I even find them?", he asked himself.
The ground was a bit hot. Although it seemed as if it was made up of rocks, it was actually made up of cooled lava, of course, that meant that lava was just under it which was heating it constantly.

He was sweating profusely while walking.
He couldn't help it, the temperature was indeed quite high!
"I wonder how long it will take before I find any settlement...", he asked himself while walking.
He turned his gazes in almost all directions, however, he didn't find any living creature nearby, at least he didn't find it until he crossed the Lava Zone!
The message popped up on his screen.
'Ding'
[ You have crosse the Lava Zone ]
[ Your immunity against fire has been increased ]
[ Your resistance against heat will increase ]
The message not once popped up about him arriving in such a place, but it popped up when he exited. Probably it was planned or happened according to schedule.
"Huh...?"
"That is...", he soon found a settlement.
The Lava Zone was a lower land area, after crossing it he had climbed up a hill and after reaching its peak, he spotted an entire city.
"Holy..."
"I never imagined the settlement to be in such a way.", what he witnessed in front of him was unimaginable.
A part of the settlement was on fire while the rest was completely fine. Indeed, the houses looked as if they belonged to the old era, however that was only true for the side that was engulfed in fire.
The other side had large buildings, of course, not as modern as that of earth, but it could be clearly seen and said that the right side was quite advanced than the left!
In any case, one thing was for sure, Jay knew it at once after seeing the city that he had to save the left side.
'Ding'
[ You have used the skill Dash ]
[ Your... ]
He almost instantly vanished from the area.
Of course, his speed wasn't higher than what it was when his stats were altered, it could still be considered pretty high!
It took him around ten minutes to arrive at the left side of the city, of course, he arrived at the entrance.
There was a huge gate that was stopping him from going in, but was that really the case?
Although it was a gate meant to keep outsiders outside, it couldn't contain Jay, that was because of his Stealth Skill!
'Ding'
[ You have used the skill Stealth ]
[ Your presence... ]
He then almost immediately passed through the walls of the gate and entered the city.

"What the-"
The sight that he saw in front of him made him puke at the same place in the same state of stealth!
'Blerghhh'
He had killed many monsters earlier so it was nothing new to him, seeing many monsters killed that is.
However, the ones that were killed in front of him looked like humans, indeed they had reddish skin, however, they completely resembled humans for sure!
The heads were arranged on ropes and those ropes were hanged on the buildings. Others were brutally chopped uop while many buildings were set on fire.
Blood had been spilled, probably everyone in the city was dead!
When he was walking, the sound of his feet bashing the blood was being heard by him.
Blood? A pool of blood? A river of blood?
It looked like it was an ocean of blood. It might have been an exaggeration but that's how he perceived it to be!
He continued to walk on it despite anything since he couldn't possibly make his feet get affected by stealth, it never did to being with, the blood was sticking to his shoes.
He could see how brutally they were killed, no humans would do that.
But then again, he wasn't even among the humans, to begin with.
"Just who the heck would kill their own kin in such a brutal manner?", he asked himself.
The houses were painted in red and so were the things inside the shops. Everything had been thrown here and there.
All things were thrown here and there and tons of those were wasted. Jay's anger kept on growing for reason unknown.
And just when he was going to scream and ask about who killed so many, out of which almost all were innocent for sure, he suddenly heard a voice.
"Y-your highness..."
"Is..."
"Is that you...?"
"Huh?", Jay was surprised ot hear that.
He knew that the voice came from his right so he turned immediately towards his right only to find a person lying with his left arm missing.
One of the eyes had been pierced with arrows too and there seemed many cut marks on the body. There was a pool of blood right under him too, however, he was still alive.
Jay walked towards him, who was raising his right hand up while saying this.
"You..."
"Are you alright?", he asked in a low voice.
"Your..."
"Your highness...", when the man said this, tears ran down his eyes.
Even though he wasn't a human, even though Jay had no memories about him, even though he hadn't met him till now, his heart was beating fast with the pain while tears ran down his own eyes!
"Yes...", he ended up responding to him.
"Your highness, thank the Supreme beings you are here..."
While the humans mentioned 'Thank God', the Netherlanders probably mentioned 'Thank the Supreme Beings'.
"Your highness, please..."
"Please save them...", was what he said.
'Save them?'
"Save whom?", Jay asked in a low voice.
"Your highness..."
"Your highness, please save th-"
"Them..."
He said again, unfortunately, Jay wasn't able to understand whom he was referring to.
"Who-", and just when he was about to ask about it, the person cut him short.
"It's..."
"It's dark."
"It's pitch dark your highness..."
"I am turning blind.", was what he said.
'No way...', what he said resembled someone approaching death.
Jay couldn't have possibly wanted him dead because he was his only clue on finding what had happened. Also, he wanted to know whom he had to save.
On top of that, he just didn't want him to die!
Jay then almost immediately concentrated on his hand and tried to heal the person only to fail.
'Ding'
[ You cannot use the skill Heal ]
"The heck?"
"Why did it have to be now?"
"Wasn't I given the authorities to all the skills?"
"Then why the f*ck is the system preventing me from using it?", he was genuinely angry and it was probably the first time he had been so angry.
"Your highness..."
"Hang in there!"
"Let me search for some medics...", there should have definitely been some medical shops around since it was a city.
He was about to go and search when the person said, "Did you say something, your highness...?"
"Your highness...?"
"Are you there?"
"Your highness...?"
"Yes I am here!", Jay replied.
"Where did you go your highness?"
"Your highness...?"
"..."
To be continued...

A Crone's Trade
Latgalay lusts for beauty, power. When her tribe’s raid is repulsed, and when a wizard counter attacks, Latgalay seizes power. But there is a cost: her soul. Setting is in an alternate reality during the Roman incursion of Britania. Latgalay is from an embellished tribe of Picts, there are Spirits, Magic, and some pretty dark shit. I wrote this one back in 2015, when I was in a completely different headspace. Like, seriously. Dark. I've gone through and edited some of the worst of it out, but the tone is still there.

They aren't content with sharing, and will do absolutely anything to stop Gareth from becoming who he was destinied to be. Caveat: While the novel does contain the LitRPG tag, this is not the primary focus of the story. Instead, the LitRPG structure is used as a plot device within this story.

Small Pond
In a world without systems, levels, or any standard power levels, Faust is a naturally skeptical person who always asks questions first and accepts after he gets confirmation. A lot of it. With some information unknown to the reader, represented as [?], Faust is left to discover who kidnapped him, where he is, if magic exists, and what to do while the reader silently observes him. And as for the YOU dear reader, I'll need your help choosing some things... Small Pond isn't meant to be a high-paced action light novel, but instead, there's a greater focus on world and character building in order to create a greater narrative. Expect the unexpected in this story ;) The release schedule will be paused, for now, I'm going to try and spend some time rethinking the intro and work on school. The Czarina's Buccaneer
RELEASES EVERY MONDAY AT 18:30 CST ----- After suffering the torments of slavery, the destruction of his nation, and the massacre of his band of brothers, Rodion Kazansky craves revenge and yearns for the freedom owed to him as a proud Cossack. A lost horse and a chance meeting with the Catherine the Great set him off on a journey that will take him from the steppes of the Crimea to the beaches of the Gold Coast of Africa and back again. There he will face British slavers, pirates, and the ghosts of his past to become the bane of his enemies as the Czarina's Buccaneer. ----- DISCLAIMER: This novel acknowledges the fact that the Cossacks, and the Ukrainian people by extension, are unique and not simply a "different variety of Russians." The main character views the Russians as "moskal foreigners" and does not see himself as one. This also acknowledges the fact that the czarina deprived many of the Cossacks of their freedom, something that the main character resents.
