She's wondering if there's a need to invite the girls when they could have just pretended that they're not inside if the situation would only devolve into that. She can't see the point of their presence aside from Kisuke asking them to deliver something to Loki.

Filling his own cup of tea, Kisuke answered, "Another insurance."
