Chapter 232: 232
Chapter 232: Dimensional Fold, 1269’s Visit
Bai Ya consumed the three treasures of heaven and earth, and the result was…
Far beyond her expectations!
After consuming the life-enhancing liquid, her body had strengthed by several folds.
After consuming the gene elixir, her self-healing ability had been terrifyingly enhanced.
After taking the Gene Arcana strengthening liquid, her level rose from Level 8 straight to 9 in a single go. She had officially become a Level 9 Arcanist.
With just three treasures causing a dramatic change to her strength, the growth… was just outrageous.
Bai Ya was shocked.
“Just three ordinary treasures, what about them?” Ling Jiu asked.
“Ordinary treasures?”
Bai Ya snorted. “I’ve already broken through Level 9 and you’re telling me this is an ordinary treasure? Be honest now, what exactly did you give me?”
“All right, all right, I’ll tell you…”
Ling Jiu knew that he could no longer hide it any longer and he told her the specific information of the three treasures.
“Three… stellar-level treasures worth one million contribution points each?”
Bai Ya gasped. “You gave me three stellar-level treasures just like that? You dunce, why didn’t you use them for yourself?”
“They are no use to me, so why should I use them?” Ling Jiu was speechless.
“Even if they do nothing for you, you can still keep them.”
Bai Ya said, “You can even sell them, or at least exchange them for a treasure that is useful to you! Why did you give them to me? It’s too precious, and my heart ache for you!”
“Precious? In my eyes, you’re the most precious thing, and no treasure is comparable to you.” Ling Jiu said.
“Honey, you’re so nice to me!”
Bai Ya was touched as she hugged and kissed Ling Jiu. “My dear. My entire life is yours, and I shall be yours forever!”
“A pity we are too young, otherwise we can get the registration for our marriage,” Ling Jiu said half-jokingly.
“Get the registration for our marriage?” Bai Ya’s eyes lit up. “The legal age for marriage now is 16, and we both seem to meet the conditions for a marriage certificate.”
“You want to get your marriage certificate with me?”
Ling Jiu teased.
“Of course!”
Bai Ya nodded.
“Hahaha, you better think it through. Don’t be regretting it if a better guy comes along, yeah?” Ling Jiu guffawed.
“What do you take me for?” Bai Ya said angrily. “I’ve already taken you as mine, yours in life, and in death. I swear!”
“No need for that, I believe you.”
The two shared some intimate moments for a while before getting out of bed. Ling Jiu smiled and said. “Honey, let me show you another treasure.”
Ling Jiu then took out the stellar-level airship.
The airship was not big, about the size of a van, much smaller than a normal airship, but when the two entered it, they were immediately shocked.

The airship may look small from the outside, but it was extremely vast inside as if a separate dimension existed in it.
The first thing that caught their eyes was the exquisite lawn and trees, with elegant stone carvings, rockery, and a beautiful artificial fountain, behind it was a beautiful European-style villa…
“This airship…”
Bai Ya’s eyes widened. “It’s so big inside!”
“Yeah, it’s stupidly big!”
Ling Jiu was also shocked. “The inside is no airship, it’s a bloody manor alright! Heh, I don’t know how they even built this thing. Maybe it involved dimensional folding technology?”
“Welcome home!”
Just as the two were dumbstruck, the villa’s door opened as a well-dressed butler-like person walked out.
Behind him were eight servants in maid costumes as they lined up neatly in two rows and bowed at Ling Jiu and Bai Ya.
“You are…”
Ling Jiu and Bai Ya looked at each other.
“We are the smart home robots of this airship.” The butler explained.
“Ah, robots I see.”
“Heh, as expected of a stellar-level airship. Sure is advanced.”
Ling Jiu and Bai Ya looked at each other and were even more astounded.
Next, the two toured the villa guided by the robots. In the words of the butler, the villa inside the airship was no different from the ones outside, and was even more advanced.”
Hygiene, food, cleaning were all taken care of by the robots. As masters, Ling Jiu and Bai Ya only needed to enjoy the place.
After the tour, Ling Jiu realized the power of this airship. It was many times stronger than an ultimate-level airship.
The most outrageous thing was, this airship was made of special materials and can withstand a stellar lifeform-level attack, serving as a secure fortress.
Ling Jiu immediately fell in love with the airship and directly placed it on Ares Plain as his future residence.
For the next two days, Ling Jiu stayed in the airship to train, and until the third day, 1269 suddenly visited.
“Why are you here?”
Ling Jiu was very surprised by 1269’s arrival. Was 1269 not following Emperor Might? Why did he come all the way to Mars?
“Came out to catch a breather. That brat Emperor Might only trains day and night, and don’t take me out to play, so I can only come out myself.”
1269 smiled faintly. “Of course, I’m not just taking a random stroll. I came to be your guide, so that you can open up wormholes as soon as possible.”
“Also, Emperor Might wants to ask your help on something.”
“Oh? What’s the matter?”
Ling Jiu asked with some puzzlement. With the character Emperor Might was, was there anything that he needed his help with?
“To collect crashed spacecraft in the solar system.”
1269 smiled and said, “You may not know, but for countless years, many spaceships have crashed in the solar system, and they haven’t been able to be excavated due to limited technology. But now, with your talents, it’s time to bring all these spaceships back.

“Of course, this is what Emperor Might meant. He has asked you for help, and once done, the rewards will definitely not be insignificant.” 1269 added.
“If the chairman needs me to do something, all he needs to do is call.” Ling Jiu smiled. “In that case, let’s not delay. Shall we get going?”
“Anytime!”
1269 shrugged.
“Okay!”
Ling Jiu nodded and told Bai Ya. Bai Ya also indicated she wanted to tag along, and Ling Jiu would naturally not refuse such a request.
So the two created their duplicates to continue planting trees, training as they departed under 1269’s lead.
“First, open up a wormhole between Mars and Europa. Then, open up a connection between the two to send the seawater from Europa,” 1269 said.
“Not a problem!”
Ling Jiu nodded. “1269, where’s Europa at?”
“That direction!”
Under 1269’s lead, Ling Jiu took only 3 hours to open a wormhole leading to Europa.
The moment the wormhole was successfully opened, a large amount of seawater poured into the wormhole and flowed continuously to Mars.
“At this rate, Mars will be an oceanic planet like Earth in 50 years’ time.”
“Fifty years? That’s too slow!”
Ling Jiu shook his head. “Let’s open up a few more.”
“Sure.”
The next day, Ling Jiu opened up five new wormholes, and in an instant, the flow of the seawater increased greatly.
“With this flow rate, it won’t take 10 years for Mars to have an ocean like Earth.”
1296 sighed. “Heh, as expected of the ability to open wormholes, sure is useful. Say, Ling Jiu, where did you replicate this ability?”
“The void worm.”
Ling Jiu hesitated for a moment before replying.
“I knew it.”
1269 was a little surprised. “Across the universe, there are many creatures with the ability to open wormholes, but there are only a few that can open wormholes at your level. The void worms are one of those few.”
“Yeah.”
Ling Jiu nodded.
“Let’s go. Let’s head to Ganymede. It’s the closest to Europa.”
1269 said.”According to my previous scans, there are three spaceships on Ganymede. We’ll have a big haul at Ganymede.”
As it said that, it leaped onto Ling Jiu’s shoulder. Ling Jiu then grabbed Bai Ya’s hand and entered Europa together as they once again came to the dark ocean beneath the ice.”
“My dear, where are the luminous floating mountains? I want to see them!” Bai Ya looked at the dark water and asked with curiosity.
She had been thinking about Europa’s luminous floating mountain for a long time now.
“Simple.”
Ling Jiu took out the life detector 9527 had given him to search for life. As long as he finds a large number of life signatures, he can usually find a luminous floating mountain.
After all, the luminous floating mountains were paradise for all life on Europa.
Unexpectedly, 1269 exclaimed after seeing the life detector. “Ling Jiu, where did you get this detector from?”
“This…”
Ling Jiu hesitated for a moment before saying slowly. “Someone else gave me.”
“You’re lying. This life detector is only worn by us Emessian warriors, and ordinary people will not have it.” 1269 snorted coldly. “Be honest now, where did you get it?”
“It seems like I was right on the mark with my guess, you are also an intelligent life created by the Emessian civilization.”
Ling Jiu said with a smile. “It’s true that this life detector was given to me by someone else.”
1269 was shocked. “You met another intelligent life? What number? Where is it now?”
“9527.”
Ling Jiu said. “As for where it is, I’m sorry for not being able to tell you. Before I tell you where it is at, I need to seek its opinion on this.”
” 9527? So it is it.” 1269 suddenly understood before looking at Ling Jiu. “With 9527 giving you the life detector, it should have given you something else as well?”
“It had given me all of that am Emessian warrior should have.”
Ling Jiu said. “The Emessian battle suit, the Emessian warblade, gravity bracelet, Dimensional Ring, single-person aircraft, and the battle beast chip.”
“I had given you the six-piece suit.”
1269 exclaimed. “Did…did you passed its test?”
“That’s right.”
Ling Jiu nodded.
“My goodness, you’ve actually passed its test? How is this possible?”
1269 looked like it had seen a ghost. “I’ve been entrenched in the solar system for thousands of years, and the test had been set since the appearance of humans on Earth, and no one had passed the test for tens of thousands of years. How did you pass that test?”
“Luck I guess.”
Ling Jiu shrugged.
“Luck? To be able to draw upon Dark Bio-energy is not something possible for someone not of superb talents. It’s not something that can be described by mere ‘luck’.”
1269 stared at Ling Jiu. “Boy, show me the process of you drawing and absorbing Dark Bio-energy. I want to see if you can really absorb the Dark Bio-energy from the dark universe!”
“You actually don’t believe me!”
Ling Jiu was speechless, but he still showed it on the spot. When it saw Ling Jiu easily absorbing the Dark Bio-energy, 1269 became very excited.
“A genius! A true genius!”
“On this point alone, you are better than Emperor Might and Vulcan.”
“1269, I have a question for you.”
Ling Jiu said. “9527 kept saying that once I become a stellar lifeform, the Emessian mothership will summon me. Do you know where the mothership is?”
“I don’t know the specifics either.”
1269 shook its head. “But after so many years of reverse-detection and research, I can roughly infer the location of the mothership.”
Ling Jiu perked up as he said. Tell me, where is it?”
“It’s useless to tell you!”
1269 shook its head. “Even if you find the mothership, you cannot go in. To open the mothership, you must meet two conditions: first, to pass the assessment, and become a true Emessian warrior; and second, to become a stellar lifeform…”
“I should’ve met both of these conditions.”

PROJECT focusing on 3 (+1) protagonists within the same world set around fictional 14th-century-esque Europe. Each story has its own protagonists (Male or Female Lead), genres (mainly Western Fantasy), and can be read as a standalone. Status: OngoingUpdate(s) per week: 1Words per chapter: 3000 - 6000 *** ‘A human or not; a king or a servant; hope or despair; a hero or a villain.’ Depending on one's perspective and how each story portrays, one will view an individual or a group as evil or virtuous. Because of that, it depends on the reader and listener to believe which one is the truth. More people read and trust multiple (trusted?) sources that either complement or contradict one another. The contradiction becomes the source of debates between those who believe and those who don’t. From that difference in belief, two groups appear: The Majority and The Minority. The majority, having more people, suppress the minorities’ beliefs, claiming theirs, the majorities’, to be the truth. However, the majority are not only composed solely of those who share the same belief but also those who know the truth but afraid to admit it. They have to keep quiet and turn a blind eye for their safety. The majority had to submit to those with power and authority. With the majority under control, those with power and authority can create, manipulate, and/or fabricate truth and lies by force. The reason was for one’s or group’s personal benefits. In the end, there is no such thing as ‘absolute truth’; only sugar-coated lies created by the top. Don’t believe me? It is up to you to decide. Go and read it yourself.
