Because to subscribe, you have to pay a non-refundable ¥30,000,000.00 just to be a Bronze member and an opportunity to enjoy the 12-day free accommodation inside the Deluxe suite for the whole year. If they wished to stay a little longer, they had to pay US$ 20,000.00 - US$ 25,000.00 per night.

But considering the luxurious treatment that they will enjoy while staying, it's all worth it. Also becoming a member or a cardholder at QPRC had become a symbol of status in Beijing and the rest of the world. Their target market were those billionaires and their heirs who were so eager to flaunt their wealth to the world.

So, imagine how much Nathan Bai had to pay just to become a Diamond card holder and had the luxury to avail the 60-days free accommodation in the Penthouse of this 60-storey hotel.
