However, it still gave an unbearable heartache to Louis.

He cautiously sat down on the chair beside her bed and kissed the back of her palm. "I will not leave those people who did this to you." he promised to Brina and a tear escaped his left eye. He caressed her face and gently placed the escaped strands of her hair behind her ear.

He kissed her bandaged forehead and the other tears escaped his eyes.

Damn!! He is getting so emotional!!

He never cried nor have he ever felt this kind of emotional ever since his mother died. He swore to himself that he will stay strong no matter what. However, it just crumbled down when he saw Brina in this state.

Louis took Brina's right hand into his hand and pressed it against his cheek. When her frigid palm came into contact with his wet cheek, Louis could no more maintain his strong façade.

His lips quivered and his eyes blurred with tears. His nose tip became red as the blood surged into his face, making him look like a tomato.

It might be because he never loved anyone to this extent as much as he loved his mother. And, Brina is the first person he loves after his mother!!

So it was natural that he cried.

He was also grateful that no one saw him like this.

Harry and others are considering enough because they have been in the situation like Louis is now.

Louis continued staying like this till god knows when. After it felt like an eternity, Harry gently knocked the door.

It's been almost half an hour!!

"Louis, the doctors want to do some minor tests it seems. They are waiting outside." he said in a low pitched voice.

Louis nodded his head and stood up. He stared at Brina for a few seconds and sighed.

He don't want to leave her. All he wanted to do now is nothing but stay with her.

He leaned down and kissed her forehead before exiting the room reluctantly.

And, as soon as Louis came out. Uncle Thomas, Rhianna and the other doctors went inside.

Louis who noticed Rhianna who also going in couldn't help but look at her with confusion.

Why is she going inside when she isn't a doctor?

In meanwhile, Harry already knew what is going on in Louis's mind.

"Rhianna is actually a doctor and scientist who used to work in my dad's team. I fell in love with her and wooed her." Harry explained.

"However, after Brina decided to leave S & S corporations, Rhianna left her career to help me. But she still practice it whenever she got time." Harry told as they walked back to the lounge.

'Brina worked in S & S? But it was not mentioned in her profile.' Louis wondered.

"So, was she your secretary before? I mean Brina?" Louis asked. As Rhianna is personal secretary of Harry, Louis thought in that way.

Harry let out a small laugh. "What do you think?" he asked as he chuckled.

Louis shrugged his shoulders. After seeing these many angles in Brina, he couldn't predict anything about her past.

"Louis, my sister wasn't my secretary. She was the CEO of S & S corporations." Harry said.

Louis felt his lower jaw almost touch the ground if it isn't for the joints that are holding back.

His cute and calm baby girl was the CEO??

Well, that he didn't even think in his most incredible dreams as well.

Seeing Louis's expression Harry couldn't control his laughter. That's hilarious to see the cold and aloof Louis with a silly face.

"There are so many things about Brina you doesn't know yet but those were all in her past. I might not reveal everything about Brina but I can only give you an outline of her story so that you can th-" before Harry could finish his sentence, Louis interfered.

"No matter what she was in her past, she is still the Brina I know and I love. So, don't even think that I will have a second thoughts." Louis said confidently.

Harry raised his brow and asked, "What if that is something life threatening? I am warning you before handed Louis. If you are willing to come into Brina's life totally, it might even come to the point where you can get killed." Harry warned.

Louis imitated Harry's serious expression and replied, "Do you think I am afraid of dangers? I have been through that already and I will not back off even if I have to face it again."

"So, don't think of me as a coward. I love her with all my heart and I would not be even called as a man if I can't even protect my woman." Louis said.

Harry nodded his head in approval.

'At least you are not a coward like your brother.' he thought.

"Then I must show you how Brina's life used to be." Harry told.

"Now?" Louis asked.

"Yes. If Brina wakes up she might deny to tell you. My poor sister is still thinking that you are an employee and she doesn't want to risk your life." Harry said.

Louis gave a look. "I was about to confess to her tomorrow. And I even thought of giving up my CEO position for Brina if she is still not okay with my Identity." he told.

Harry widened his eyes in surprise.

Why both Louis and Brina are like this? Giving away this prestigious position as if it was some hand me downs!!
