"Calvin Keller, I just saw my cousin's wife now and she was acting insane and unstable!!" Louis impatiently said.

"Your cousin Trevor is the culprit, Louis. That was the answer I got in my investigation and your dad ordered him to be executed. However, his wife Sahana didn't know that her husband died. So, when she found out, she went mad. And her in law's sent her to a mental asylum but she escaped a few days back." Calvin indifferently answered.

"But, I didn't think that she would go searching for you, Louis. Don't worry. I will right away ask my team to send her back to asylum." Calvin told.

Louis narrowed his eyes. "How come, I was not even informed about this? He is my cousin for god's sake." Louis scoffed.

"Your dad and brother didn't see any meaning in informing you, Louis. You have after all decided to stay away from all these and they are respecting your choices." Calvin replied.

"Fine!! But I will not just sit here quietly, if something happens to Sahana just because of some mere, internal fights in family. She was my friend who got married to Trevor. And, I'm the one who introduced them." Louis warned.

"I will pass that message to your father." Calvin told.

"Good!!" Louis briefly answered and immediately shut down his laptop with a loud thud.

He was totally out of his family affairs and no one ever forced him to be attentive in these matters.

He never got involved in this stuff and he just visits his parents and siblings once in a while. But that doesn't mean he don't love them. In fact, he is extremely close to them, however, kept his fair distance from their matters.

And, he never saw this as something that will make Brina feel overwhelmed. As he don't get involved much, there is no need for Brina and him to attend all those social events and other stuff which Brina doesn't like.

So, Brina is safe from getting attention.

Now, Louis is still more adamant to stay like this forever, keeping his distance from those issues.

Moreover, no one cares as well. They has his big brother, Leo to take care of. Even their father knows very well that Louis will never agree to any of his decisions.

He like to live like a free bird, void of heavy responsibilities to swallow him away from enjoying his life.

As his family is totally familar to his way of thinking, they are also aware that Louis would also say farewell to this position as CEO if someone forces him into their lifestyle.

Despite his young age, Louis have already reached the greatest heights of his life and he has enough money to live a luxurious life.

If he wanted, he could even build up his own company too. Not to mention that he is the master mind of famous investment firm which has spread its wings in many countries by now.

He isn't like Leo who is dependent on his family for power and money. He has his own image and name, totally independent from his families name tag highlighting him.

After talking with Calvin, Louis went inside the cabin and sat down on the bed beside Brina's sleeping figure. He caressed her pink cheeks and kissed her forehead before getting under the blanket.

However, despite of his effort to sleep, he couldn't get into the deep slumber. Everytime he closed his eyes, Sahana's face started appearing. Her red eyes and sickly face started to haunting him.

She was his friend who came into his family just because she believed that Louis would always be there for her.

Louis sighed and sat down thinking about it, He started feeling so guilty for abandoning his friend just like that.

He decided to make a visit to check on Sahana before she will be taken back to asylum. He at least want to apologise to her and give her some courage that he is still having her back.

First, he felt reluctant to leave Brina at midnight. But, he started feeling that he is the reason for Sahana's misery. He was after all the one who introduced her to his cousin Trevor and dragged her intontheir complicated family.

After some time of internal fight, Louis got dressed up and left the cabin after asking half of his men to keep a watch on Brina.

After ten minutes of short travel, he reached the motel where Sahana is being held by his people.

He was in total hurry that he didn't notice Chris who was following him. Louis hurriedly entered the motel and asked his men to wait outside.

Then, he kneeled down in front of Sahana who was having her head craned down, pointing to the floor.

"Sahana." He gently called as he dabbed her face, to wake her up.

Sahana woke up startled and as soon as she saw Louis, she started crying so hard that she slumped on to the hard floor, in front of Louis.

"Brother, Trevor is dead. Someone set him up.... h.. he.. never di…. did anything…. aga.. against…. your.. ma-" Sahana tried to finish her words but she broke down so badly that her words shivered.

Louis felt his eyes getting hot because of the anger that is threatening to explode. However, he composed himself and hugged Sahana.

All she needs for now is someone to console her and provide courage to lead her life.

"I will bring justice, Sahana. Please hold on." Louis pleaded, not wanting to lose his best friend from college.

"Justice? I want my husband back.. I want my Trevor back!!!! Cou.. could you bring him back, Edward? Can you?" She asked, getting angry.

She started to hitting him so badly but Louis beared it. At last, Sahana gave up and started crying so badly again.

Louis pursed his lips and patted her shoulder. Not knowing what else to do.

Meanwhile….

Chris was standing just outside and he used his micro cam to fly inside the room and click some juicy pictures.

A cunning smile appeared on his face when he saw the emotional drama getting enfolded upstairs.

"Let's see what will you say this to Brina later on. Didn't you blame and humiliate me by claiming that I am a cheater and opportunist? Let me see what you will do now?" he laughed and clicked on the forward symbol.

And, within a second, those photos got forwarded to Brina's mobile.

On the other side.

Brina just woke up when she felt something amiss. She got accustomed to the warmth eluded from her boyfriend's warm body. So, when she felt the other side of the bed empty, she woke up, assuming Louis to be still busy with his meetings.

However, she didn't find him anywhere even after searching whole cabinet and patio .

'Did he go out?' She wondered.

Decided to make a call , Brina walked to the beside table where she kept her phone. Howrver a frown marred on her peaceful face when a notification lit up her mobile.
