Blinking her eyes, she looked around and at last, she focussed her eyes on Louis. "You are back." she said and hugged him.

Louis froze. And, he didn't expect her to act as if everything is normal.

He thought she would be angry or probably broken. However, what he witnessed is totally the opposite of what he expected

'Didn't she get my messages.' he wondered.

His heart in turmoil, yet, Louis continued hugging her as he buried his face in her neck, taking a long breath. His anxiety and fear are too evident in his shivering hands.

Brina couldn't help but hug him and kiss his forehead.

Yeah, she found out the truth… but she knew she shouldn't take a decision without proper communication.

Miraculously, Brina didn't feel it as betrayal. She somehow understood him.

"Brina?" Louis called after a few minutes. He actually thought that Brina would speak something. Or, at least question him.

He started getting more anxious and it was indeed scary to face a calm and composed Brina more than an angry and agitated Brina.

And, it is scaring him to his bones.

Few moments passed by and getting no response from her, he couldn't do anything but decided to open up by himself.

"Brina, did you read my message?" he carefully asked.

"Hmm." Brina answered briefly with a hum but kept her lips sealed. She wants Louis to talk and vent out all the fear he is facing because of his secret.

"Brina, did.. didn't you find out-" Louis tried his level best to mask his fear and unfathomable emotions, but he failed miserably in doing so.

"Didn't I find out that you are Edward Wright, the new CEO of L & E Corporations? Is that what you wanted to ask me, Louis?" Brina completed his question.

He is about to finish his sentence with his stuttering words, but Brina interjected him when she couldn't bear to see him like this anymore.

Yeah, she won't lie that she was not disappointed and angry when she found out. But giving it a thorough thought, she actually didn't feel he did this intentionally.

He is quite considerable too. He messaged her indirectly and gave her enough time to think about everything, taking all pro's and con's into consideration.

If he would have told her directly, things might have been little different, who knows? It was quite natural for anyone to lose their thinking ability while they go through some shocking matters.

And, it would intensify if that person is standing right in front of them.

It will take away their thinking ability, replacing it with negative impact. It is why fights happen followed by regrets and heartbreak.

But, now, as she was the one who broke down the puzzle all by herself and given with enough time to think, Brina is totally cool and certain

Meanwhile, Louis parted from their hug and looked at her with a heavy eyes which were filled with unfathomable expressions.

"Yeah. I found out last night by clubbing both of your messages." Brina said, expecting what could his next question be.

"And, you aren't angry at me?" Louis questioned in bewilderment noticing the calmness in her eyes.

Though he didn't expect Brina to fight with him and leave him right away, however, he absolutely didn't even think she would stay composed and peaceful.

"Should I be?" Brina questioned him in return, as she cupped his face while looking right into his eyes.

That's it! Louis couldn't control his emotions anymore and the dam he has been built to conceal his emotions, crumbled down in no time.

Now, he is nothing but just a boyfriend who needs the love and comfort from the love of his life.

Waiting no more, Louis hugged Brina. Now both of them kneeling down on the floor as they embraced each other.

"When I saw you at your friend's engagement party, I felt like you are someone whom I shouldn't miss in my life, Brina. That time I didn't think much nor have I ever thought of the consequences of lying to you. All I have thought is how good it will be to have such wonderful and interesting women like you in my life."

"So, without thinking much, I right away gave you the invitation letter for an interview. However, I didn't get you through the back door Brina. It was the interview panel who made the decision to take you into the company. All I did was nothing more but asking Charlotte to take special attention towards you." Louis explained.

Even, when it comes to Chris, I honestly didn't like how he was making his moves against your choices and rubbing them on you. I willingly stepped in to help you, not because to get into your good books. But because I felt it's right thing to do"

"And, I never intended to stalk you either. Nor I had any thoughts of forcing you into the relationship by hiding my identity. It just happened even before I realised that it was a mistake. And, I decided to confess."

"Even that time in the restaurant, on our first date after you decided to give me a chance, I tried to confess and come clean. But your friend Rhianna totally ruined it."
