Crashing Into You Chapter 9

It is past 8 p.m and Yan Mor Tee was still engaged on his office work. He occasionally sipped coffee from his favorite mug while looking at his laptop screen analyzing some reports. He has been in the office since 3 p.m and he didn't stop from working since then. He heard his stomach growling and realized that he hasn't eaten anything yet. He searched for a pizza service delivery number in the internet and was about to call when he heard his private office door swingly opened. From the opened door, a woman who was wearing a white tee, faded jeans and her long hair in a messy bun entered in his room carrying some take out foods from Johnny's Wok on her right hand and another lunch bag on her left.
"Hey" he called Song Dei Si. Shocked was written on his face while she put down the food over his lounge table. "What are you doing here?" He approached her in the lounge area. He suddenly felt happiness when he saw her entered his private room.
"Bringing you food because I am pretty sure that you have not eaten yet." She answered.
A smiled curled his lips "Oh, thank you. What's for dinner?" He asked while he sat on the couch.
She excitedly took the food out from the paper bag and said "I brought your favorite ramen" She handed the ramen bowl to Yan Mor Tee. "I also brought some left over food from our house"
Yan Mor Tee has excitedly munched the one that came from the lunch bag first then ate his favorite ramen in an alternate manner.
"Hmmm it's delicious" He was referring to the left over food from Song's household.
"I'm the one who cooked it" a smug on Dei Si's look can be seen.

Yan Mor Tee looked at her on disbelief "When did you learn how to cook?"
"Six months ago. It has been my pastime every weekend." She answered.
"Did you bring me food to showcase your new talent trying to convince me that you're ready to be the Young Madam in Yan's Mansion" he teasingly asked.
Yan Mor Tee caught how Dei Si's face blushed and it gave him a wonderful feeling.
"On a second thought, I might reconsider your proposal" he added.
Song Dei Si's eyes widened in disbelief" Are you seriously considering it now?"
"Hmmm I'll give you five minutes to lay down the clause on your proposal"
Song Dei Si was stunned and can't even utter a single word.
"You only have four minutes left." Yan Mor Tee reminded her.
"Wait, don't rush me." She stammered while she tried to compose herself.
Yan Mor Tee put down the food on the table. Rested his back on the lounge and looked intently at her. "Say your piece"
Song Dei Si has started to lay all the details to Yan Mor Tee "I will not oblige you to take responsibility. I couldn't care less if you deny my child in front of your family or in the society. I can take full responsibility."
Yan Mor Tee knitted his eyebrows and he didn't like what he was hearing from Song Dei Si "Why would I deny my own child?"
"I just don't want this situation to be a roadblock if you want to build your dream family. You can freely choose and marry the woman whom you wanted to spend the rest of your life with. You..."
Song Dei Si was not able to finish her words when Yan Mor Tee interrupted her. "And how am I going to impregnate you? What are your terms? Are you going to give me a scheduled sex with you until you we make it and then what happen next? Will I be able to see my child or will you hide my child away from me?" He furiously asked.

Song Dei Si felt the anger on his voice but she was determined to give all her cards to Yan Mor Tee since he has given her a chance to lay down her terms.
"We don't need to engage on a scheduled sex. I have already spoken to a fertility specialist and we can do the process of insemination..."
"Stop that crap!" Yan Mor Tee said angrily "Listen Song Dei Si, you cannot enforce me from donating my sperm cells just to satisfy your whim of having a baby. I cannot accept your terms. If you wanted to have a baby with me, I wanted it done my way" He glared at her deeply. "Now, if you don't want to agree with my terms then I won't..."
"Whatever your terms are, I agree!" She said helplessly.
Yan Mor Tee's looked at her intently and made a deep sigh. "Okay, it's a done deal"
