It was past 9PM when Song Dei Si reached their tiny apartment in Heng Shan. She cried at Song Mingsheng shoulder as she narrated the incident that had happen to her.

"I felt bad Dad, I should have returned to at least say thank you to that guy who have helped me. Or have helped him fight with the bad guy. I didn't have the chance to look back at him to at least see his face. I'm such a coward." She said as she sobbed.

"Don't feel sorry for yourself, XiaoSi, it's wasn't intentional that you left him just like that. You were scared and the first thing that you wanted to do was to run away to save yourself." Song Mingsheng told her.

"I just hope he's okay."

The next day.

Song Dei Si was one of the early birds who came into the room. She took her favorite book and read it while she waits for her classmates and teacher.

She was concentrating on her reading when she suddenly heard a male voice.

"I just noticed it that you really love reading books. During your free time instead of chit-chatting with our classmates, you turned the pages of your book and immersered yourself reading it. Is it your way of dismissing someone who would want to at least hang out with you?"

She lifted her head and saw the smiling Lee Jin Ho.

"We still have 40 minutes before our first class to start. Care if you join me for a coffee? My treat."

Lee Jin Ho shyly asked her.

"Actually, I've..." she was about to reject his invitation when she suddenly remembered the favor that Ho Min Lin had asked her yesterday. To befriend Lee Jin Ho, and realized that his invitation was a great opportunity. "haven't had my breakfast yet, so sure." She said shyly.

Lee Jin Ho's face has brightened up "Alright then, let's go"

As they walked through the cafeteria, students they have passed by had a curious looked on their faces. Lee Jin Ho was one of the most popular guys in the campus. Aside from his good looks and good family background, he also excel in his academic, in fact Lee Jin Ho belongs to the top 5 of their class. Walking together with him was almost a dream for every girl who swooned over him. Envious can see in some of the girls faces.

"Are they dating?"

"Is he couring her?"

"They don't match each other in terms of social standing but they look good together though"

There were some of mumbled words that some of the students were saying, that eventhough Song Dei Si could barely hear it, she can sense it so she felt some aloofness inside.

"Don't mind them" Lee Jin Ho told her when he noticed that she kept quite a distance from him.

She shyly smiled on him.

Song Dei Si realized that she and Jin Ho has a lot in common as they conversed through meal, and it wasn't that hard to feel comfortable with him.

"I only have one friend here in the campus" she said referring to Ho Min Lin.

"Make us two." Lee Jin Ho declared.

She looked at him surprised.

"I always wanted to be your friend, but you seem so aloof."

She bowed her head. "I am just naturally shy."

"What is there to be shy about? In fact you have everything to smug about. I didn't meet someone with beauty and brain like you are." Lee Jin Ho said.

"You've met Min Lin" she corrected it.

Lee Min Ho laughed when he realized that he sidestepped her.

"Yeah" he shyly agreed. "So are we friends now?"

"Uhm" she said. Deep inside she felt triumphant and she can't wait to share with Min Lin the good news.

Most of their classmates were already in the classroom when they went back. Most of them were looking at them suspiciously as they were chatting like friends when they entered the classroom. They went to each other designated seats. When she was about to sit on her proper seat, she accidentally glance at the guy sitting next to her.

His face was gloomy. She saw a fire burning on his eyes like an angry wolf, and when she looked at him intently, she saw bruises on his gorgeous face.

"Did he make another trouble this morning?"

Before she noticed that she was thinking out loud, Yan Mor Tee took his bag and deliverately left the room.
