Ho Min Lin has kept on staring at the girl across the coffee table at the coffee shop located at the school ground. She had been with Song Dei Si for several years now but there was something different about her the past few days but she cannot pinpoint what it was. But the change was definitely there.

Song Dei Si has noticed Ho Min Lin's survey look.

"Are you done sizing me up?" She asked as she knitted her eyebrows.

"There's something in you these last few days. Something has changed but I don't know what it is." Ho Min Lin uttered. She was still looking intently at her and then her face has lighted up like a bulb in an instant. "You're blooming!" She exclaimed.

"Yeah, it's the glow that makes you totally different." She said with amazement. "I am wondering who gave you with that glow that I can see in your eyes right now. Are you inlove?"

Her face suddenly turned crimson.

"You're blushing. So my guess was right, you are indeed in love" Ho Min Lin told her with affirmation.

She straighthened her body and said "I'm not"

"Don't deny. Don't tell a lie." Ho Min Lin teased her.

"So what, if I am in love?" She said hastily.

"If you're inlove then you're inlove. It's a good thing" Ho Min Lin said. "Just make sure you fell in love with the right person."

She looked at her bestfriend and ponder what she has said.

"Is there a thing that you fell for the wrong person? And how would you know that you are not with the right one?"

"I think you can only say that you are not with the right one if it just a one-sided love affair. But if you are both in love with each other then it is something that you can say that you've found the right one." Ho Min Lin told her then eventually shrugged her shoulders. "Well I don't know. Just my two cents."

"Have you been inlove, Min Lin?" She suddenly asked her.

Min Lin was startled by her question.

If she was not in love with Tan Ji Nan she didn't know what's the meaning of love is. She thought she was at the verge of falling in love with him and she cannot confirm or deny this yet so she did not answer Song Dei Si.

"Tell me, is it Yan Mor Tee that you like?" She asked instead to divert the topic.

Song Dei Si's face has turned red when she heard that straightforward question from her bestfriend.

"Of course not." She tried to deny. "Let's go back to our room now. Class break is over." She said as she began to walk away from Ho Min Lin.

Her bestfriend followed her.

"I have quite a news to share with you regarding Yan Mor Tee but since he doesn't have anything to do with you. I rather keep it to myself" Ho Min Lin told her.

She suddenly halted her step and looked back at Ho Min Lin.

"What is it?" She curiously asked.

"You can fool everyone else but not me Song Dei Si. I won't tell it until you admit that you like Yan Mor Tee."

She raised an eyebrow and hastened her steps. Even if she was already a 10 meters away from her annoying bestfriend she could still hear her annoying laugh.

Song Dei Si couldn't concentrate listening to her teacher during class. Her mind was swimming in deep thoughts. She was curious to know the news that Min Lin has intentionally keep regaring Yan Mor Tee.

She knows her bestfriend. She will not share it with her unless she got what she want. She will not divulge any information until she admit to her that she likes Yan Mor Tee.

'That girl was just bluffing me. I will not fall into her trap' she said to calm her curiousity.

If there was something about Yan Mor Tee, she had her full trust that Yan Mor Tee will not keep that bit of information from her. He has been honest with her since day 1, so she should continue trusting him and his words alone.

She had washed away any bit of curiosity that Ho Min Lin has given her and tried to focus on listening to their teacher in Calculus.

Yan Mor Tee has waited for Song Dei Si at the school gate after their last subject for the day has ended. He did not appear in front of her until Ho Min Lin has drifted away.

Song Dei Si smiled at Yan Mor Tee when he took her bag.

"Our mid-term exams will be three days from now. Is it okay if we study together to get ready for our exams?" Yan Mor Tee asked her as they walked together out of the school vicinity.

She looked at him in disbelief. When did Yan Mor Tee start having an interest to study for the exam?

"Would you mind? I've already had my review points taken." Yan Mor Tee added to convince her more to study alongside with him.

"Sure!" She said with a smile. Her heart was elated when she saw Yan Mor Tee's eagerness to prepare for the mid-term exams.

"Great! We can dine in at the Brook's Cafe this weekend to study together. I'll come pick you up tomorrow at the corner of the street of your apartment."

She nodded and looked at Yan Mor Tee with so much happiness in her heart.

She just couldn't imagine that the boy that once a trouble-maker has came this far? All she could see in front of her was a boy who has full determination to study real hard and to pass the mid-term exams together with her.

When Yan Mor Tee smiled at her with gratefulness her young heart has suddenly beating rapidly.
