Tan Ja Nin sobbed like a baby on her brother's shoulder. If there was one person who can understood how she was feeling at that very moment, it was her twin brother. Since they were kids, Tan Ji Nan and Yan Mor Tee became her protectors and the people whom she can always go to whenever she feel like the whole world has turned its back on her.

But not anymore.

At that night, it was only her twin brother who was there for her and she never thought that Yan Mor Tee was the one that could give her the greatest heartache.

She felt like her heart was ripping into pieces.

Eversince, she thought that the guy who'm she will marry when she comes at the right would be Yan Mor Tee.

Her parent told her that she was destined to be Yan Mor Tee's wife.

But would she still believe them?

Can she just hold onto their parents' agreement to marry off their offsprings?

The following day it was evident that Tan Ja Nin was trying to avoid Song Dei Si. Both of the two ladies were not as ecstatic as they were during times that they were together. The bonding between the two had started to shake off when Yan Mor Tee and Song Dei Si confirmed their relationship a month later. The whole elite class wasn't surprised anymore when they came in one afternoon while they were holding each other hands.

Song Dei Si was trying to talk with Tan Ja Nin about it, but the latter was trying to avoid her in most possible ways.

The sun was up and the ray of sunlight has started to break through Song Dei Si's bedroom window.

It was Saturday and it was her eigthteen birthday.

But she didn't want to get off from her bed.

She didn't feel like celebrating her birthday.

She looked at the alarm clock at the bed side table and it was already 8:20 in the morning. She took her cellphone and saw some text messages from her classmates. She scrolled up and was disappointed when she didn't receive any messages from Tan Ja Nin.

It has been a month since Tan Ja Nin was giving her a cold shoulder.

And it hurt her so bad.

Another text message has arrived.

It came from Yan Mor Tee.

He said that he will pick her up at 10:00AM so that they could celebrate her birthday.

She agreed.

Feeling a bit gloomy inside, she forced herself to get out of the bed and strode out of her bedroom.

"Let's go to the mall later so we can have a sumptuous lunch." Her father told her as they were having their breakfast.

"I've already made some arrangement with my friends that I go out with them." Song Dei Si has turned down her father for the first time. "We can have dinner later. Date me tonight and treat me a sumptuous one." She said.

'Friends?' Song Mingsheng was elated when he heard that Song Dei Si was going out with her friends. He only knew that her daughter has only one friend- Min Lin and knowing that she started to expand her circle was a delightful news for him. So even if her daughter turned him down for lunch he doesn't feel bad at all.

"Sure. We can meet at Shila's Hotel lobby restaurant later at 7PM"

Song Dei Si nodded.

Song Dei Si wore a beautiful yellow sundress. She brought a black cardigan so she could top it later on her sundress for her dinner date with her dad.

When she saw Yan Mor Tee while waiting for her at the corner of the street near her apartment with his Ducati she can't help but laugh. Her dress wasn't appropriate with his get up and his big bike. While she was wearing sundress, Yan Mor Tee was wearing a black t-shirt, faded jeans pants and jeans jacket. Yan Mor Tee didn't mind it and found their get up which was contrast with each other somewhat cute. It seems like she was a fragile princess having the best time of her life with the bad boy of her life when she hoped in at the back of his Ducati.

"Where do you want to go first?" Yan Mor Tee asked her when she finally settled.

"I want to visit Mom." She answered. "At West Cemetery."

Yan Mor Tee nodded.

This was the first time that she rode a big bike so when Yan Mor Tee has started to speed off, she can't help but gave him a tight embrace from the back.

At West Cemetery.

Song Dei Si and Yan Mor Tee was standing in front of a grave.

"Hi Mom, today's my 18th birthday. Do you still remember? It has been 11 years since you've left us. It has been 11 years since dad took your hat. He is doing a great job being a dad and mom to me at the same time. But I never been a filial piety. I disobeyed him when he said that I should not enter into a romantic relationship before I finish high school. I feel so guilty. I wanted to be honest with him and to introduce Mor Tee to him, but I am just scared mom. I am too scared." She said helplessly. "Mom, I am with Yan Mor Tee now, can you help me introduce him to dad? I know for sure that if you will talk to him, he will listen to you. Can you tell him not to get mad of me when I introduce Yan Mor Tee to him? Please mom?" Song Dei Si didn't realize that the tears has rolled down her cheeks while she pleaded her deceased mother.

She just didn't know what to do.

She just felt that Yan Mor Tee has started hugging her. She cried on his chest until she her emotion has subsided.

"Are you okay now?" Yan Mor Tee asked her when she stopped sobbing.

She nodded.

"Where do you want to go next?" Yan Mor Tee asked her.

"Up to you. I can go anywhere with you." She answered.

"Do you want to roam around the city?" He asked her then suddenly made a pregnant pause. "Okay then, let me take you to my favorite person in the world." Yan Mor Tee told her after awhile.

Song Dei Si didn't utter any words when she realized that they were not heading back to the city proper. The road that they were taking was quite unfamiliar. It took them almost two hours before his big bike entered the gate of a beach house.

"Who are we visiting here?" She asked him as soon as they got off from his big bike.

"My old man." Yan Mor Tee answered her.

Song Dei Si knitted her eyebrows, but before she can utter another question again, a kind-spirited old man has excitedly welcomed Yan Mor Tee with a big hug.

"My favorite grandson in the world is here." the old Master Gu exclaimed.

He was his favorite because he was his only grandson.

"How are you my favorite old man?" He asked and gave him a warm embrace too.

"I'm fine." He answered, then suddenly noticed the girl standing beside his grandson.

"Take a good look at her pops!" Yan Mor Tee told her grandfather when he saw that his old man was looking intently at Song Dei Si.

"This girl is so beautiful. If she is your girlfriend then I can say you are one lucky guy!" Old Master Gu commented.

"Yes I am indeed a lucky guy!" Yan Mor Tee said smugly.

"Then introduce me to this pretty lady!"

Yan Mor Tee laughed. He knew how his grandfather was fond of a beauty so he gladly obliged.

Song Dei Si and Old Master Gu seems to like each other's company. She can't help but laugh even with the old man's corny jokes. They were talking to each other for almost three hours and yet they were not running out of stories to share with one another.

Yan Mor Tee pouted his lips because he has started to feel like an outsider.

"Old man, can I take my girl now on a stroll at the beach? Remember that she is my date and not yours." Yan Mor Tee reminded his grandfather.

The old master Gu laughed and continously talking to Song Dei Si "Young Miss, I am a widower for almost a decade now. If you have your grandmother still alive and looking for someone to be with until the sunset of her life can you recommend me to her?"

Song Dei Si can't help but burst out laughing. "Sorry Old Master Gu, my grandfather is still alive and kicking." She said.

Old Master Gu flashed a disappointment look on his face.

Yan Mor Tee then grabbed Song Dei Si's hand and walked her away from his grandfather.

"Take your siesta pops while we are on the beach"

The Old Master Gu was left disappointed.

"Dad!"

Old Master Gu opened his eyes while taking his afternoon siesta when he heard that someone has called his name.

"Xiao Yi, you're here." The Old Master Gu smiled when she saw her only daughter.

"I saw Mor Tee's big bike at the garage. Why is he here?" Madam Yan furrowed her eyebrows.

"He brought his girlfriend with her and we were introduced."

"Girlfriend?" A surprised looked was plastered on Madam Yan's face.

"Yeah, haven't you met his beautiful girlfriend yet?" Old Master Gu asked in disbelief.

Before Madam Yan gave her father a response, Old Master Gu has added "They are now strolling at the beach. I believe they are about to return now."

"I see" Madam Yan uttered after she regained from her shock.

"Pops!" Yan Mor Tee has called out his grandfather's pet name before he realized that his mother was standing right next to him.

Madam Yan's gaze has automatically fell to Yan Mor Tee's direction.

Only to be surprised again when she saw the girl who was standing right next to her son.
