Tan Ji Nan pulled her closer and put his right arm around her neck and continously kissing her. Ho Min Lin wasn't sure if it's the beat of his heart that she was hearing but hers? She pushed Tan Ji Nan away. She lied down to bed and hid on the blanket.

"Let your body get the much needed rest now. I've spoken to your doctor and he said, you can be discharged tomorrow"

She tried to close her eyes to get some sleep but can't knowing that Ji Nan was just an inch away from her.

"Ji Nan."

She never heard a reply. She looked at him and saw that his eyes were shut closed.

She stared at his handsome face and smiled.

"You must be tired as well. Thank you for taking care of me." She said softly then shut her eyes too.

A smile formed on Tan Ji Nan's lips.
