He then turned to Mo Yi, “Are these flowers Zheng Xuan bought for you?”

Mo Yi nodded and said flatly, “Yes.”

“Since they are yours, why didn’t you carry them yourself?” said Lou Yu grumpily.

Mo Yi gave Lou Yu a hard look and said with a standoffish tone, “The young master insisted he carry them for me.”

Lou Yu then turned back at Mo Fei and said apologetically, “Sorry.”

Mo Fei shrugged his shoulders and said, “It’s fine. Those flowers are from Zheng Xuan. Maybe, I mean maybe, he might ask you to compensate for it.”
