Julian was meditating as it always helped him maintain a peace of mind in his past life and now it has become a habit, while meditating he hears buzzing noises and gets alerted both Chimchar and Bulbasaur also look at the direction the noises are coming from after a second they see an old man with gray hair and white coat running and behind him a swarm of Beedrills chasing after him, he suddenly tumbles and fall down seeing this Julian knew that they were in trouble.
Julian "Chimchar use ember on the Beedrills, Bulbasaur use razor leaves"
As they attack the Beedrills Julian helps the old man get up, he returns his pokemons back to their Pokeball and escapes while the Beedrills are still distracted by the explosion, Julian takes the old man behind a big bush and hide inside it until the Beedrills go away
Julian 'These Beedrills are really annoying' he curses inside his head
Oak "Thanks, Young man for helping me"
I look at this old man and I know who this is, he is professor Oak
Julian "Its ok mister but how did you get yourself in this trouble?"
Oak "You see I was monitoring this new colony of Beedrills leaving hear, but by mistake snapped a twig under my foot so they became alerted and started chasing after me"
Julian "Ah, I see these Beedrills are very aggressive you should be careful mister"
Oak "I know I will be careful, Ah where are my manners, My name is Samual Oak I am a professor who does research on pokemons, you can call me professor Oak"
Julian"My name is Julian and I like to travel to different parts of the world and catch new Pokemons"
Oak "Nice to meet you, Julian why don't you come with me to my lab there are a lot of pokemons you can see there"
hearing him asking Julian to visit his lab he becomes excited, as with this opportunity he plans to build up a good start to his journey.

Julian "Then please excuse me for troubling you"
Julian brings out Chimchar out as he doesn't like being inside his Pokeball, seeing Chimchar professor oak is surprised as Chimchars are very rare in Kanto region
Oak "Your Chimchar looks very healthy looks like you take very good care of him"
Hearing him say this Julian just laugh it off as he cannot say that it has not been even a day since he met Chimchar, but Julian personally think that his bond with Chimchar is really strong.
As they walk further outside the forest Julian sees a jeep parked on the road he assumes that it must be Professor Oak's, Professor Oak hops onto the driver seat and Julian follows him, after half hour drive they reach Pallet town, the people here are very lively and it looks like everyone is very respectful towards Professor Oak after some time they reach the Pokemon laboratory, Professor Oak gets out of the jeep and walks near the door to open it.
Oak "Julian come inside"
Julian follows him inside and looks around the facility as it is filled with lab equipment, computer and many books on pokemons, he goes towards the back door and open it to be visited by the site of a huge ground filled with many pokemons of different types and sizes, professor Oak comes behind him and start explaining
Julian "All types of pokemon come here as there are many different environments for the correct development of all kinds of Pokemon. There are areas of grass, sand, rocks, and lakes to promote good interaction between the different types of Pokemon. The laboratory also has the technology to keep Pokémon healthy and to make the largest scientific investigations in the world, trainers also come here to leave their pokemons so that we take care of them when they are not around"
Julian "It's really impressive, say professor Oak can I stay here and do research on the pokemons and I can also help you in your research as well, what do you think?"

Oak "I will be happy to get some assistance in my research but are you sure you want to do this?"
Julian "To be honest I was planning from the start to visit you so that I can come here and study some pokemon luckily I met you before I planned to so I have no problem"
Oak "Haha, that's great I will let you use the guest room to stay and you can live here as long as you want"
And so Julian started living in the Pokemon laboratory while studying the pokemon and their habits, he noticed that different pokemons have a different personality and will prefer a different type of food taste depending on there personality like his Chimchar who has a joyful and brave personality enjoys a little spicy food and my Bulbasaur who is a little timid, he enjoys sweet food, seeing his discovery Professor Oak also adapted to it, he also learned how to make pokemon food.
He now had to make different types of food for each of his pokemons, he gave the pokemon food he had to professor Oak he was shocked to see so much pokemon food with Julian so he just bluffed that he overdid it by making so much, Julian also helped in taking care of the pokemons in the field and pokemons of different trainers, sometimes he would get annoyed by Professor Oak's grandson Gary as he comes and asks me all sort of questions,
Gary thinks that Julian super cool looking and because he was also impressed by his Chimchar and Bulbasaur strength, Julian also trained his pokemons by making them do special training, he trained Chimchar in some hand to hand combat training and Bulbasaur to have precise control over his move execution and so time has gone by as 80 days passed away just in a flash.
All of his pokemons were ready to evolve, with the help of the AI-system scan their progress and today was one of those days.

Seeing all his pokemons stats and they were ready to evolve he was realy happy even though they are evolving a little slow because he mainly focused on training them in perfecting their moves so when they evolve they do not lose controle due to loose foundation, after all the training they had gone through perfecting their skills and have also learned new moves making them very versatile, they have grown realy healthy, bigger and stronger then compared to others of their own species.
Julian "Even though my Magikarp stats looks weak but still my Magikarp is literally the strongest I have ever seen and the scariest thing about it is its speed just imagine when it evolves into Gyarados gives me cold sweat"
Julian "I think I am ready to start my Journey to become the greatest of all"
