Ralts has now become part of the team as she would follow Julian everywhere he goes so Julian decided to catch her, now that Julian had three pokemons with him he finally decided to go to Patelburg Gym to challenge it.

Julian was now currently training his new pokemons on how to control their powers and energy flow, the fastest one to understand it was Ralts, she was very attentive, Treecko and Larvitar were not far behind as they also started to understand the powers inside them. ​​

And so the three trained diligently until they finally reached Petalburg city.

Julian was surprised by seeing that the city was bigger than he expected, he went to the nearest pokemon center and gave his new pokemons to nurse Joy to examine, he didn't give his old pokemons as Julian knows them pretty well and he was more confident in treating them that nurse Joy but his new pokemons were still young and needed to be checked every once in a while.

Julian was instructed by nurse Joy to wait for a while as today was a very busy day and many pokemons were admitted today, seeing that he had to wait he decided to take a stroll around the city.

The culture here was very similar to when he was in Kanto, the only difference was that the pokemons were very different, occasionally he would see some pokemons from Kanto but most of them were from Hoenn.

Julian entered a shopping mall and he saw few people dressed in tv crew uniform running around, Julian was confused seeing this, he saw few people on the top with their pokemons trying to fit a huge screen near the ceiling, some were trying to hang out banners.

He got curious and stopped a crew member and asked him some questions.

Julian "What is going on?"

The crew member didn't know what happened but the started to explain everything he knew.

Crew Member "You don't know, the member of the elite four Sidney challenged the champion Wallace for an exhibition match, this announcement was very sudden so everybody is busy preparing for it"

Julian was surprised by this information, he let the crew member go and thought about this upcoming event.

Julian 'An exhibition match, things just got interesting I should stay for a few days and watch this battle'.

Julian then walked into a grocery store to buy some candy for his pokemons there he saw his companies food product but they sold it a dollar more than the one in Kanto, Julian knew about the increased price of the product in other regions but by what margin he had no idea it was all taken care by professor Oak and Jimi, he then moved on and bought some candies and headed back to the pokemon center to get back his pokemons.

Nurse Joy "Here are your pokemons"

Julian "Thank you"

Julian took them back and went towards a five-star hotel to rest for the night.

Once he was in he started to look about the Patelburg gym on the internet and how good the gym leader was.

Julian "So his name is Norman and he must be May's father as well, looks like he has recently placed as the gym leader of Petalburg gym, his win record is also impressive for a newly acquainted gym leader, his pokemons are Spinda, Linoone, and Vigoroth. Vigoroth being his go to pokemon"

Julian 'Larvitar is fully concentrated on hard-hitting physically, Treecko focused on all-rounder ability and Ralts defense is weak but she has good move-sets which will be a great help in battle'
