Julian said Daisy to stay in the town while he trains on Mt. Chimney, Daisy agreed to him as she didn't want to interfere with his training, Julian then took out his bike from his dimensional pouch and rode off towards Mt. Chimney.

Once he reached near Mt. Chimney he saw cable cars which would take tourist to the top, Julian decided to take his time and ride his bike to the top of the mountain, the mountain roads were pretty rough but his bike was made for mountain rides so he faced no problem while riding it. ​​

After reaching the top of Mt. Chimney he felt the temperature rising, it is because Mt. Chimney is an active volcano, he looked around and saw that this place was perfect for training, he then called out, Trapinch, Milotic, and Larvitar out as they were the best pokemon he had which could go against fire types.

Julian started with Milotic first and tried to teach her Aqua Ring and Aqua Tail, he then moved on to Larvitar and thought him how to use Earth Power more efficiently, he even asked Heatran to guide Larvitar, Julian then taught Larvitar how to use Crunch and Larvitar learned it easily and his Bite turned into Crunch, next he mad Larvitar learn Rock Slide.

He then moved on to Trapinch, Trapinch already had good moves even though they were not much, Julian decided to level up Trapinch as he will learn some moves automatically.

For the next few days, Julian trained these three pokemon, that doesn't mean Ralts and Grovyle were left alone, he made Gengar and Venusaur train Ralts and Grovyle respectively, even though Gengar was not a psychic type he could go head on against any strong psychic pokemons using only psychic energy, and Venusaur was master in controlling plants and grass energy.

Ralts and Grovyle had to go through some strict training under Gengar and Venusaur.

After five days of training Milotic, Larvitar and Trapinch are having a 3-way mock battle, Julian is just watching them and see how they perform without any instruction, he had Infernape on his side so that nothing would go wrong.

Milotic started off strong with a powerful Water Pulse since Trapinch and Larvitar were weak to water type moves they quickly dodged it, Trapinch used Dig and escaped underground, Larvitar was a little slow but he used Iron Defense, suddenly he was protected was a layer of Iron which reduced the damage of Water Pulse severely and since Larvitar had very powerful defense he was fine.

Milotic went defensive and became very observant as she knew Trapinch can attack anytime, Larvitar took this chance and used Crunch, a huge dark jaw appeared in the air and came crunching down on Milotic, Milotic was very intelligent so she used Aqua Ring and surrounded her self in water and made it easy for herself to move on the rough ground, she escaped the Crunch but suddenly got caught off-guard by Trapinch, Trapinch came out of the ground right in front of her and used Bite, being so close to the attack Milotic couldn't escape so she tried to take down Trapinch with her, she used Aqua Tail and hit Trapinch and sent him rolling on the ground, Milotic got hit by the Bite and got injured, but her Aqua Ring slowly started to heal her, Larvitar saw his chance and dashed towards Milotic using Iron Head, Milotic saw Larvitar charging towards her and once again used Aqua Tail, they clashed and with a bang Milotic was sent backward and Larvitar stood his ground, mainly due to the move type and his heavyweight.

Milotic got up, Trapinch also got back to his feet and all three came into a stalemate once again.

Julian "Ok that's enough, you all did great"

Julian stopped them and was quite happy with the results, all of them had greatly improved and understood how to battle properly.

Julian went towards them and rewarded them with their favorite snacks.

Julian then looked at Grovyle and Ralts.

Julian "Ok you two are up next"

Grovyle and Ralts are going to have a mock battle now, Ralts was ready to evolve but she was restricting her self to evolve as she wanted to get good at controlling her psychic powers before evolving.

Julian "Ok Begin"

Ralts started strong by increasing her Sp. Attack using Calm Mind, Grovyle increased his speed using Agility and bolted towards Ralts using Pound.

Ralts suddenly used Double Team and dodged the attack, she then used Psyshock and sent it towards Grovyle with full power, Grovyle once again used Agility and increased his speed and bolted towards Ralts using X-Scissors.

Sensing the danger Ralts teleported and appeared right behind Grovyle and used Psyshock, to her surprised Grovyle turned around and attacked her using Pound, both got hit and were sent backward, Grovyle kept his ground as his physical body was strong, Ralts, however, fell on the ground but she didn't give up and stood up suddenly her body started to glow, she started to evolve, her body became taller and she grew a pair of legs, her horn separated into two and now she had each on one side of her head.

Ralts evolved into Kirlia

Julian 'She finally decided to evolve, it good, evolution shouldn't be kept suppressed for long'

Kirlia got up and used Disarming Voice, this move couldn't be dodge at all unless a pokemon is underground or high in the sky, Grovyle got affected and got damaged.

Grovyle once again used agility and increased his speed and bolted towards, Kirlia once again used Disarming Voice but this time Grovyle had a surprise, he suddenly created an Energy ball and sent it with extreme speed towards Kirlia, Kirlia couldn't escape as the move was right in front of her.

Both of them got hit, Grovyle went to his knee and Kirlia was sent rolling backward.

Julian "Enough, lest stop here, you both did great"

Julian patted both of them and gave them their favorite snack but before they could have it, Trapinch suddenly jumped and grabbed on to them and ran away, seeing this Grovyle and Kirlia got angry and chased after Trapinch.

Julian laughed seeing this, he looked at Infernape and saw he was smiling as well.

Julian smiled and patted Infernape's head.

Julian "They have improved haven't they?"

Infernape nodded with a smile on his face.

Julian looked at his five young pokemons who were running around the field happily.
