" Yes, I did all that while roaming the mountain. Is there anything wrong with it" asked Ray worrying that they might have been damaged?

" No they are okay and besides, this is going to bring you a lot of fortune you know" replied Ellis with a smile on his face.

" Thanks, but how am I supposed to sell them," asked Ray.

" You don't need to worry about it, Maria will help you out on that" replied Ellis while signaling Maria to take them away.

She came forward and store the beast parts in her storage ring before walking back.

While they were drinking their wine, Ellis starting to speak in a low voice that only their group be able to hear.

" In a week we'll be leaving the clan for warberry Cave," said Ellis.

" What are we going to do in warberry cave," asked Ray.

" You see, the warberry cave is one of the caves where the land derived minerals and rare ore from while mining, and recently the gnurx goblins are assaulting the workers there. My job there is to protect them from the assault" replied Ellis.

" Where is there a realm at," asked Ray.

" I heard the goblin king is in the golden core realm, but he hardly comes out of his hidden place only sending is warriors who range from QI refining to foundation realm to do his dirty work" replied

" For how long are we staying there," asked Ray.

" I don't know for the now, it could be 2 weeks or even a month. Until they stop the assault, we are not coming back. Boy, your questions are becoming too much" replied Ellis while drinking his wine.

" Up to a month, if we are staying to a month while defending the cave are we allowed to kill those goblins," asked Ray

" As long as we stop them from hurting the working we are free from killing them" replied Maria.

" Since we can do as we please with those goblins all I need right now is a new blade and equipment," said Ray while smiling.

" A new blade and equipment, are you not scared of facing the gnurx goblins," asked Kate seeing how boastful Ray is acting.

" What is there to be scared of" replied Ray feeling annoyed at how they are acting like it a big deal fighting those goblins.

" What is there to be scared of your to say, do you even know how strong their defense is asked Ellis seeing the way Ray is looking down on the goblins. For they are both in the same realm, and he knows how frightened the defense is.

" Is there a need for me to know how tough their skin is" replied Ray?

" Still showing arrogance while you don't know what you are up against. The gnurx goblins might be below you in terms of cultivation but when it comes to their defense it is not easy for a QI refining realm expert to penetrate their defense for their skin is as hard as that of a foundation realm cultivates" said Kate to the annoying Ray.

All this while when Ray, Kate, and Maria were discussing, Ellis was just drinking not even bothering with their recent discussion. Before Ellis and Maria went back to the courtyard, Ellis has already told Maria of his father's arrangement to send him to the warberry cave.

" Why are you being punished, I thought you said we are going together," asked the confused Ray.

" You could say this mission was specially made for me by my father and if they were to be involved when not needed then their punishment won't be light" replied Ellis.

" Why is your father doing all this" asked Ray who seems to be getting angry to hear that a Father will be this heartless to send his son to a fight without any helper.

" He is doing all this because am too weak of a son and want to teach me a lesson for neglecting my training" replied Ellis while continuing with his drink.

" Since you're looking down on, why don't you just leave the clan and before an adventurer," asked Ray.

" I can't do that, for if the other clans were to learn of the matter with my weak cultivation taking me as a hostage to be used against the clan will be too easy" replied Ellis.
