[Your second brother is home] she quickly texted Yun Xuan for further instructions. She waited for over five minutes but the latter did not reply.

'Oh God, please don't let him look for me' Yun Xuan had told her how close she was to all her brothers, they would definitely notice if something was wrong with their sister. Who knows what would happen to her if second young master Yun discover her?

Just as she was praying that he doesn't look for her, or for Yun Xuan to reply her, can one of these two prayers please get answered?!

"Where's Xuanxuan?" Yun Jifeng's voice rang faintly from the living room downstairs.

"Young miss is in her room."

Then she heard footsteps heading upstairs after a short while. According to Yun Xuan's photos and descriptions, Yun Jifeng's room should be on the second floor. Why was he walking along the corridor of the first floor? He wasn't really going to pay her a visit, right?

Just then, she heard a knock at her door.

"Xuanxuan?" She held her breath. Why was Yun Xuan not replying?! She had already sent a whole load of texts.

'Wait; if I pretend to be asleep he won't bother me, right? Of course! He dotes on his sister so much he wouldn't want to wake her. Bah! Why didn't you think of this, stupid Wan Jia?'

"Xuanxuan, are you asleep?" Wan Jia so badly wanted to rush to bed but what if she made noise and alerted Yun Jifeng? The man outside attempted to turn the doorknob.

'Thank God I locked the door.' A few seconds later, she heaved a sigh of relief as she heard footsteps going away and took the chance to jump into bed in case he came back. Sure enough, he did come back with a spare key and directly unlocked the door.

When he had not heard any response from his sister, he had been worried, especially because his sister never locked herself in her room even when she was sleeping, unless she was upset. He loved his sister so much; of course he would never let her be alone if she was upset. For this reason, he had always kept a spare key to her room.

Wan Jia's body instantly froze when she heard footsteps approaching. She closed her eyes and pretend to sleep, even breathing slowly and slightly heavily.

Yun Jifeng stopped by her bedside for a fewseconds and stared at her face while muttering to himself. Wanjia could only make out that he was wondering why his sister would want to change her looks, it was suspicious and that he would ask her when she woke up.

He kissed her forehead before turning to leave. Wan Jia was so shocked she almost opened her eyes. Apart from her father, she had never been that close to any man much less received a kiss! Even her father had never kissed her before. What kind of situation was this? Was Yun Xuan and her brothers THAT close?

The next morning.

Wan Jia opened her eyes slowly and examined here surroundings, the unfamiliar environment that she had to pretend to have spent 23 years in. 23 years? Even her own life was not that old! She yawned and stretched her tired body. She had not been able to have a good rest thanks to her nervousness.

She pressed a button according to Yun Xuan's directions and nanny Rong instantly appeared.

"Is second brother still home?" she asked in a coarse voice. She had intentionally eaten a lot of ice cream at night to make her voice coarse so no one would detect the difference. She had tried to imitate Yun Xuan's voice the day before and found it quite similar but she was still scared. What if the people closest to her managed to find the slight difference?

"Second master is waiting for you to have breakfast together," relpied nanny Rong.

She sighed and took a quick shower and headed downstairs.

"Second brother," she greeted, trying to sound as natural as possible. Yun Jifeng smiled and gestured for her to sit.

'Xuanxuan has always called me 'old two'. What's with this sudden 'second brother'?' he thought as he looked into her black eyes. 'Last I checked, Xuanxuan had blue eyes…'

Wan Jia noticed his gaze and remembered something. She had forgotten to put on her contact lenses! From the way he was looking at her, he must have noticed it. She tried hard to stop her heart from beating too fast.

"Second brother, does my new eye color look beautiful?" she asked and smiled to mask her nervousness.

"They look beautiful, but you can't have contact lenses on for too long."

"Got it second brother,"

"You have flu?"

"Yes," Wan Jia desperately tried to find a way to make him stop talking.

She poured him a glass of milk and said "let's eat now."

However, Yun Jifeng was staring at her.
