On Sunday, Yun Jifeng went shopping with Wan Jia. Well, the shopping was just an excuse: his main aim was to show her places where Yun Xuan frequented, as well as tell her other things she did not know yet, like Yun Xuan's group of close friends and their characters. He also toured her around Yun Xuan's studio under the guise of looking around his sister's studio.
At the same time, Lu Aotian asked around and was told that Yun Xuan was probably in her studio, where he went immediately. He was intending to meet her first and propose before meeting her parents when they came back home the next weekend. He sent his assistant to pass her a message and waited in the waiting room on the ground floor.
Ten minutes later, the door opened slightly revealing a fair and slender hand. Lu Aotian looked up from his phone to see a very beautiful girl in the company of a young man who Lu Aotian guessed must be one of her brothers. Although she had on a serious expression, her eyes sparkled with life, tempting whoever saw them to draw closer. Lu Aotian felt his throat tighten and let out a dry cough.
"Nice to meet you, Miss Yun, can I have a few minutes of your time?"…." In private?" he added as he glanced at Yun Jifeng. The latter smirked and whispered something in Wan Jia's ear before leaving.
She sat nervously opposite Lu Aotian and waited for him to speak.
"We have not met before, my name is Lu Aotian." He said while extending a hand in greeting. When the little warm and soft palm came into contact with his, he almost had the impulse to smile. Was her palm made of cotton? He scanned the beauty before him. She was way more beautiful than she was before her accident. (General Yun had told the public that his daughter had an accident which affected her face, forcing her to have a cosmetic surgery.The family thought she wanted a new look and he didn't question his little princess, lest it makes her unhappy. Only his second son knew that her real motive was just to run away from home and have someone replace her, which could make one wonder, why then, did she not make her substitute have surgery instead?)

"Nice to meet you Mr. Lu." She smiled shyly. Her smile made her beautiful cheeks look even more beautiful.
Not wanting to waste any more time, he went straight to the point.
"Yun Xuan, my father and your parents hope that we can get married."
"…!!!" didn't Yun Xuan have a boyfriend?
As if the shock he just gave her had nothing to do with him, he continued. "However, I'm only doing it for my father and I can't guarantee to have feelings for you, but I'll definitely treat you with utmost respect." Wan Jia stared blankly at him.
"I have a boyfriend." She said between gritted teeth.
"A boyfriend who your parents do not trust to let you spend the rest of your life with."
'Her parents do not want her to marry her childhood sweetheart? Is this why she ran away?' Wan Jia thought.
'Did she know that I would not agree to marry on her behalf and chose to ignore me as soon as we swapped places?' how outrageous!
"I'll let you think about it." He said and stood to leave."
"What's there to think about? I don't even know you! How am I supposed to think about marrying a stranger?!" she would have shouted at him if she wasn't scared of his slightly cold presence .
"I already told you my name is Lu Aotian. I only have my father Lu Tongyan and younger brother Lu Shaoting for family. I'm currently a businessman. Am I still a stranger, future wife? He deliberately emphasized 'future wife' and enjoyed her annoyed expression. She looked so adorable that he was tempted to pinch her soft cheeks. He wasn't falling in love, right?

"How did it go?"
"She wanted me to talk to you. Did you block her number?"
"Of course! Do you want her to keep pestering me if any little thing happens?"

His first reaction was not to turn around, but to stare on as he felt his body react to what he was seeing.
He only snapped out of his daze when Wan Jia awkwardly pulled a dress from only God knows where and covered her chest as she shrieked.
