"I'll open it for you." she said and opened it. Xia Rou wanted to protest but it was too late.

"Are you going to read the results or should I read them for you?" She looked at her spacing out mother. "Come on mom, you'll have to face it sooner or later."

"What if....she's not my baby?" this was her only fear.

"Are you kidding me? You should take a good look at Little Wan. Anyway if she isn't my little sister, I'll find my little sister within 24 hours. How does that sound?" Lin Lihua knew for sure that there was no way she would be wrong. She had been extremely careful when handling this matter. How could she ever get the wrong person? She was only trying to convince her mother.

Xia Rou was at ease now, so she looked at the report.

Moments later, her cries could be heard in the night. "My baby....she really is my baby...you really found her. Thank you Lihua." she hugged Lin Lihua in tears.

"Mom, why are you thanking me? She's my sister, I was glad to look for her."

"Oh, I found my child. Lihua, can I met her?"

Lin Lihua was flabbergasted at this request. Meeting her was not really a problem but..."Mom, you look so much alike. Are you going to tell her the truth then?"

If she wasn't going to tell Wan Jia the truth, it would not be safe to really meet her. "I can't tell her yet. It's too soon. What if she hates me?" Xia Rou was defeated.

Lin Lihua understood her. After all, she had been away from her all her life. Wouldn't Wan Jia act out if someone popped up from nowhere and claimed to be her mother? She had to wait and build a few ties first.

An idea flashed in her mind. "Mom, you can disguise yourself. My disguise skills are remarkable. No one ever notices it's me when I'm disguised. Then I'll call Little Wan over and you will pay me a 'surprise visit'."

Such an awesome idea. It was decided.

The couple arrived at Southside Villas quite late.

"I have to go to work early in the morning, I may not be able to drop you off at Elder Qian's." Lu Aotian said.

"What's the big deal? I'll have the chauffer drive me there." she replied.

"The big deal is that my little love likes to spend as much time with me as she can." he went on and pulled her to his side. To be exact, he used one arm and held her by her waist, sweeping her off the floor like a doll and carrying her into the house.

Wan Jia rolled her eyes at him. "Why do you like carrying me off like that? Do you think I'm some stuffed toy?" Although she complained, she couldn't deny that she inwardly liked being swept of the floor like that. His arms were just too strong. Or perhaps, she was just so little and adorable that she gave people the impulse to carry her off.

Lu Aotian smiled when he saw that her attention had been shifted successfully. He had seen how she had looked at him at Tyler's apartment and knew that she suspected what he did.

It would be troublesome to explain it if she asked. Wouldn't he look like an unreasonable man spying on his wife? Although he was not doing anything wrong and was only looking out for her safety, it would still be better if she didn't find out for now.

The two of them went to check on Little Jia first.

"Shh, quiter. She must be asleep." Wan Jia told Lu Aotian who was being a little noisy.

The little girl was sleeping soundly while holding a white stuffed koala. This koala was her favorite toy. Wan Jia had seen her with it more times than other toys. She held it closely and turned in her bed adorably. Wan Jia felt like she was holding that toy just the way she would hold her arm when she wanted to be coaxed.

"She looks a little like you." Wan Jia remarked. Especially the way she knitted her little brows and turned in her sleep. Her mannerisms were a little similar to her father's.

"Of course she would look like me. Did you expect her to be completely a clone of you?" He was swelling with pride.

Wan Jia saw her baby turn again. "She looks a little restless. She misses her mommy. I'll take a shower and sleep with her with my room."

"Can I come too?" he asked while looking at his daughter who was about to steal his wife away.

Wan Jia shook her head. How could you be jealous of your own daughter, not even letting her spend a night alone with her mother?

"No." she said seriously.

The abandoned Lu Aotian had to spend the cold night alone.

After freshening up and wearing warm pajamas, Wan Jia went back to Little Jia's room and 'stole' the little girl from her bed very carefully.

"Mommy," the little girl was still awoken by the familiar presence.

"I'm here. Go to sleep." she kissed her little forehead and proceeded to her room. The little girl clutched onto her mother's pajamas and fell back asleep happily.

She had missed her mommy all evening. Oh, how nice it felt to be stolen away in her sleep!
