When Lu Aotian was done punishing anyone who had dared to bully his family using this incident and clearing out all backstabbers, he planned to take his wife and daughter out for fun on a weekend.

It had been a little long since they last went out for fun and Little Jia was pleased. She ran off to her room to find a cute outfit to wear. Compared to the first days after she was diagnosed with Leukemia, she was more cheerful. No one dared to talk about it anymore after Lu Aotian clarified the matter.

Wan Jia had continued training in the mornings and going about her work as usual. Aside from that, she would take tonics and supplements meant to make women more fertile.

Lin Lihua, that shameless elder sister, would drag her for shopping and when she wasn't looking, she would slip some embarrassing attires into her bought goods. Wan Jia really wanted to strangle her. With her and Lu Aotian's strong love and desire for each other, did they still need those types of attires?

Lu Aotian saw his read-faced wife as soon as he got downstairs. He didn't need to ask to know what kind of thing she must be thinking about.

"Daddy," Little Jia hugged her father's leg. "If Aunty Lihua is free, can we bring her along? I miss her a lot. I miss Second Aunty too."

Lu Aotian used the opportunity to pin him down. "I won't tell you unless you apologize for what you said just now."

He had thought Henry Blanc would be reluctant but…"I was kidding just now, I'm sorry. President Lu, aren't we considered friends? Surely you won't take everything to heart, will you?"

Sighing, he got out with a bracelet. He would simply give it as a fan. If she rejected it, at least it wouldn't look too outstanding.

When Lin Lihua saw Henry Blanc, she was obviously stunned. Was this guy not just Lu Aotian's distant friend? What was he doing in what looked like a family outing?

As an actress, Lin Lihua couldn't reject gifts from her fans. She accepted it with a smile, but the man still held onto it. It was getting awkward.

Henry Blanc was starting to feel embarrassed when Lu Aotian came to his rescue. "Do the rest of us not exist?"

He smiled, put the bracelet in Lin Lihua's palm and proceeded to greet everyone else.

Little Jia was looking at Henry Blanc curiously. Hadn't she seen this man on her birthday? He came with a pretty girl older than herself. She remembered her precisely because of her brown curly hair.

Henry Blanc smiled at her. "Katy misses you every day. Do you want to give her a video call later?"

Little Jia's expression turned warmer at the thought of talking to one of her new friends. "So you are really Katy's daddy!"

"I am."

At the side, something flashed in Lin Lihua's eyes. He was a father? Why then was he acting overly close to her? For some reason, she was disappointed.
